161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which will be the most valuable altcoin? on: December 18, 2019, 05:13:09 PM
Bitcoin's will surely have good days ahead post halving but which will be the most valuable altcoin for 2020?  I vouch on Ethereum and Tron but I would like to know expert's opinion as it would help other members while choosing their altcoin investment as altcoin does pump along with bitcoin so those who cannot afford to invest into bitcoin can invest into altcoins.

I agree, ethereum will be one of the rising altcoins. but tron, I'm a little doubtful because despite having a good and experienced Team there is still no real use for their Platform. almost 90% Demand on average for to hold. so I think it will be difficult to recover if the market experiences bullrun. there will definitely be a sell wave when that happens.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: New Ethereum DEX with unique features. Is it useful? on: December 18, 2019, 05:06:38 PM
too many DEXs have been released, and on average they aren't too popular, some don't even have a trading volume. I think there are enough DEX right now and the community doesn't need it. although the new DEX has many good features, if without users I think it will be useless.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IEO] LIVE! MOOZICORE - World's 1st music streaming service on blockchain! on: December 17, 2019, 01:11:51 PM
MZG is listed for trading @ https://logicdex.pro/#MZG-ETH also now trade directly on the BUSD market https://logicdex.pro/?#MZG-BUSD
Decentralized and one of the lowest trading fees around
Maker Fee 0%
Taker Fee 0.25%

there is no trading volume, and this is worse than in coinbene. MZG should be listing on a bigger exchange, why does Dev prefer this kind of exchange. in my opinion rather than being in this exchange, it's better to add a BTC / ETH pair to the coinbene.
Yes it's a good idea to add another pair, and the most important thing is the team has to spend some of their finances to buy back it is an effective way to increase the volume of trading, it is not very interesting to be seen with very low volume trading

The buyback option is always a good idea, but the team should be very active in the development and it will surely help the coin to increase its' price in the market. Before IEO, we have seen some great articles return by the team, which will easily help the coin to increase its price quickly.

Buyback is not a long term solution, it will only cause new problems later. when the buyback ends there will be a dump that will happen and it might get worse, so I don't like this. With the hold campaign currently underway I think it works. what Dev has to do is think of ways to make their apps popular or be able to compete with existing popular platforms like Joox or Sportify.

and one of the ways that I thought of was massive promotion on various popular social media like Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. and looking for some famous singers who want to be brand ambassadors
164  Economy / Speculation / Re: EOS Price Prediction 2025? on: December 17, 2019, 12:40:05 PM
first it's difficult to compare EOS with bitcoin. so it is impossible what happened with bitcoin can be repeated on EOS. bitcoin has no competitors and it's difficult to rival bitcoin. In contrast to EOS, EOS has several competing platforms and they are much more popular. this will be the most difficult challenge for EOS, they will not be able to achieve maximum results before becoming the most popular.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 100 Most Influential People In Crypto on: December 16, 2019, 02:31:49 PM
If Satoshi goes to public, I'm sure he will be number 1 on the list. You know he was the one who introduced this technology, and without it there were no crypto and bitcoin. but unfortunately he prefers to be anonymous. and I'm also surprised to see CEO Binance in first place, I think the first place is Vitalik.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10.000 Euro longterm (2-3 years) - in what 2 altcoins should i invest? on: December 16, 2019, 02:21:34 PM
Hello,

if i had 10.000 Euro, in which 2 altcoins would you invest longterm (for the next 2-3 years)?

I thought about investing 5.000 Euro in Ethereum and 5.000 Euro in Iota, or do you find two other coins more reasonable?

my advice is better bitcoin and ethereum. Enough with these two coins, you can get profit. forget to look for other coins that are more profitable, because coins like that never existed. this year is the year for bitcoin and ethereum, so believe what I say because you won't regret it later
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin vs. Dogecoin - FML on: December 15, 2019, 06:03:56 PM
So I invested in Litecoin at around 0.015 BTC because of the halving but it has been such a massive disappointment. Dogecoin on the other hand has maintained its value against BTC and is now even higher. I don't get it? There's only gonna be 64 million LTC ever but DOGE is over 120 billion now with no max supply and keeps adding about 5 billion new DOGE to its supply every year. Why is DOGE holding stronger than LTC Sad

I don't know why, but price is one of the factors doge can survive. doge is a cheap coin that has a large volume and a lot of exchange support. so this is one of the advantages of this coin. When compared to LTC, Litecoin is superior in all aspects, but the market has other ideas.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New solutions on existing industries on: December 15, 2019, 05:59:56 PM
Just checked out Sapien Network... it doesn't look convincing. Seems nothing is really going on the website. Coinmarketcap volume =$37.08 USD. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/sapien/  It's almost two years since the social media was conceived.
There are some important scam accusations against it on the internet and here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2739033.msg29401625#msg29401625

Agree. The price and volume of the project says it all. You can't really say this is going to have a good future to the project when its not proving itself. OP is just making it like it did have success when its not. I heard about this project before and was also posted by a user who shills it. The solutions that is really needed these days is for token to help adoption.

yes you're right, adoption is everything. and be the only solution here.

sapien is good, they have different technologies and innovations compared to other projects. but that's not what we need today. look at their platform users, and try to think whether an amount like that can have an impact ?. I don't think so, because they don't affect the crypto market.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin could reach $100,000 in 2020: Ross Ulbricht on: December 13, 2019, 12:24:50 PM
what we can trust from bad guys. I think he just said something that didn't make sense. being too optimistic will only make you more hopeful. this will only make you disappointed deeper if it doesn't happen. anyway $100k in just 1 year, i'm not sure. even bitcoin is difficult to do.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto trends that happened in 2019 on: December 13, 2019, 12:18:45 PM
don't forget about new exchanges. Throughout 2019 there were many new exchanges released and collecting development funds from investors, but many of them failed. this has become a trend and and this concept is probably the most widely released so far this year.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are stablecoins a definite solution against a bear market? on: December 13, 2019, 05:54:30 AM
In a dreaded bear market that's lasts a long time, do you think that stablecoins are the definite solution for preserving one's investments?

So far, there has been a few stablecoins like Tether and NuBits which have gone lower than $1 at rare occasions. For investors depending on stablecoins as safe-haven assets against a bear market, this brings some disappointment. Still, stablecoins are able to retain their value against the USD most of the times. If they remain as is, then one could simply pour money into stablecoins to protect yourself against a long-lasting bear market. If prices for cryptocurrencies on the market go even lower than usual, you can even sell your stablecoins back into crypto to get more coins for your money. But this might turn to be extremely risky in a volatile crypto market.

What are your thoughts? Huh

it can be done, and I don't think that's a bad way. Stablecoin is indeed quite reliable when the bear market. investing in stablecoin when prices are low is the right choice. and we can get bigger profits when big coins like bitcoin / ethereum go down.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to create a valuable altcoin without conducting ICO? on: December 12, 2019, 05:28:51 PM
Features? Well, at present we have all sort of altcoins. PoS, PoW, privacy coin, anonymous coin, no-fees coin, instant confirmation, unlimited supply, limited supply, ERC-20, independent chain, coin with dapp platform, altcoins today have all kind of features. I don't think investors care about features at all while buying coins.

Big Names? A coin backed by big name may have a higher chance of getting valuable even without conducting ICO. Roger Ver and BCH is one such example. But not everyone is as famous as RV, so?

these two things can make a new project popular. features that other platforms don't have and big names that promote, or become one of the project teams, can boost their popularity.

and I don't think anything else needs to be made to make a new project famous.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ferrum Network | BITMAX | DAG Interoperability Network | DeFi Apps on: December 11, 2019, 06:28:19 PM
news alone is not enough to make the value of FRM go up, FRM requires more volume than it is today,
the way is to add FRM in some famous exchanges, such as Kucoin, Huobi, Binance, Okex
I think the volume on Bitmax has also been quite large, prices have not been able to go up with the good news maybe because of the current market downturn
take it calm, Ferrum is a project with good fundamentals, you have to be patient in this matter,
Ferrum has also been added to a project with a silver title by tehmoonwalker he is a famous TA on twitter, maybe you can follow his advice
Yes ferum goes slowly not too hasty as other projects are in a hurry and finally they lose ideas and die just like that, if we follow the ferum project we must be patient and slowly will be achieved
buying some Ferrum might be worth it now, because this seems like the right time before returning to $ 0.0087,
or maybe you can collect it slowly if there is a dump on Ferrum and hold for up to 1 year

hold for one year? come on, there are lots of coins that are more profitable than this project. 1 year is a long time, and no one can be sure that this project will develop in the future. if at this time FRM doesn't have a chance to go up, it's better not to be too optimistic because the pump for this coin is over.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How about investing into altcoins? on: December 11, 2019, 06:20:42 PM
We are more focused on bitcoin than ever as most of the users wants to invest into bitcoin assuming a bull run post halving but nit many are planning to invest into altcoins, I think we need to focus on altcoins as well as there are coins like Tron, ADA and all which can pump anytime and priced extremely less as of now and even if bitcoin pumps it will have positive affect on altcoins as well so I think we should invest into reputed altcoins as well.

I don't think it's necessary, altcoin investment right now isn't very profitable. there are no rumors that make altcoin excited. better to hold bitcoin, especially next year is a very good year for bitcoin investment. I also doubt that large altcoin can survive at this time.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deutsche Bank said Crypto will Replace Fiat Currencies by 2030! Really Possible? on: December 11, 2019, 06:06:49 PM
if seen from the development of crypto today, it might happen. because some countries have begun to show interest. and only a matter of time for other countries to follow. from the very beginning if the government wasn't too afraid of crypto, maybe crypto replacing Fiat would happen faster.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Christensen, founder of Maker DAO Optimistic about Ethereum 2.0 on: December 10, 2019, 05:06:55 AM
I think not only is he optimistic, but everyone here is also optimistic that ethereum 2.0 works. because if 2.0 doesn't make changes, there's no hope for ethereum. because competing platforms will slowly take over ethereum users because ethereum's technology is outdated.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference? on: December 10, 2019, 02:42:45 AM
Many people want to see their governments adopting crypto currency and using it to replace fiat in their daily life. If it happens futurely, it will be in a centralized way of course. Governments will create their own crypto currencies and force people use it.
But my main concern is: why would they do this if there is already digital cash?
Isn't a centralized crypto currency the same than digital cash? What is the difference, if there is any?

Share your thoughts, please.

yes you're right, crypto issued by the government cannot be said to be crypto. so none of that will help improve the crypto market. but what about the big projects that will be launched in the future. if the government legalizes crypto, this could be a way of mass adoption. crypto is not only used as a means of payment. there is a lot that can be done by this technology and projects that are currently proven. so what is needed is a regulation that legalizes crypto, not the government to replace its currency with crypto.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO vs ICO my opinion, tell me yours on: December 09, 2019, 01:17:21 PM
IEO is safer than ICO, but until now ICO still has a record of success. in 2017, it was as if most ICOs had success. but that does not apply to the moment, where there are many fraudulent projects in it and trends are shifting towards safer IEO

IEO is not really safe, scams can still take investor money with the help of bad exchanges. so nothing is safe, if we want to invest in new projects. I think both of them look the same because long before IEO was popular, the initial sale of tokens on exchanges was already there when ICO was still popular and LAtoken was one of those exchanges.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Potential ETH Prices in December the Lowest 98$ and the Highest 222$ on: December 09, 2019, 01:04:27 PM
I think ethereum will be stable this month at $150, not going up before the turn of the year. I see this because bitcoin is stable, but if suddenly bitcoin moves again, ethereum will definitely be affected as well. and that's not a good thing for ethereum. at this time ethereum is still struggling to reach the price of $200, we hope that early next year there will be a change.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alibaba cooperates with new blockchain platform, Is this project worth following on: December 09, 2019, 07:40:30 AM
this will be big news ...
Alibaba is a large company from China and has a large business unit. I'm sure the project will have a big impact. what's more now that China has supported the blockchain project, this could become a new force in the cryptocurrency market later. I can't wait for the project to be truly released.
