The ecosystem of cryptocurrencies is currently attracting different people. Sites offering free Bitcoin is often called the term "bitcoin faucet". Freebitcoin is one of the most famous sites for free bitcoins. It has been operating since 2013 and is very popular for its simplicity. The more choice to get cryptos is joining in various bounty programs. Today, these programs are very popular and there is countless numbers in this forum. 162  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Converting my ETH to BTC on: July 23, 2018, 08:46:52 PM
My advice, you could have a verified account at Bitstamp.net for the future. Here is parity btc/eth, bct/fiat currency, btc/xrp and btc/ltc. Through this exchange you have a change of Ethereum to Bitcoin and you have this transaction and the process is solved very quickly. That is my opinion for your future exchange process. This exchange has low fees and is certified by many satisfied customers.

164  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to identify a good blockchain project? on: July 19, 2018, 10:03:17 PM
Currently, thousands of cryptocurrencies are on the market and dozens of other new ones are created daily. Many of the new cryptocurrencies, which have no use or are simply scams, will quickly disappear. On the new coin i notice these main points -
1. A well-developed website - to have professional content developed.
2. Existing crypto has its blog - it's got enough update.
3. Functional Partnerships - Partnerships certainly make the project more important.
4. Honorable statement - Team members issue frequent interviews and statements about how their project progresses.
Before any investment, make sure you know a lot of information about the project and consider your investment. Never rely on a single source of information.
165  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where should i buy bitcoin. on: July 19, 2018, 03:18:47 PM
An increasing number of companies around the world are beginning to accept bitcoin as a payment for their products and services. A large number of people take this opportunity with joy and exchange classical money for bitcoins. Bitcoin can be purchased from local resellers located near your home via localbitcoins.com. The next option to buy bitcoin is, where i have the best experience, always safe and fast-resolved transactions - buy over exchanges - Coinbase, Bittrex, Kraken or Bitstamp. In some you can buy Bitcoin for fiat currency or for other cryptocurrensies such as Ethereum, Litecoin and others. Personally, i prefer buying Bitcoin for other cryptos. The best experience i have with CoinBase - accepting credit cards, quick transaction, great user interface and Bitstamp - the same as CoinBase.
166  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How would you define the BLOCKCHAIN? on: July 18, 2018, 03:44:01 PM
Simple words - Blockchain is a database. In the world of crypto, this term refers to the place where the information is stored. Blockchaine is often referred to as a distributed database where all the records we have inserted are stored forever. Data is stored in separate storage units called "block". These blocks are included in the string one after the other, therefore "chain". The database is protected by encryption so it guarantees the security of information. I do not write the exact definition, everyone can find it from Wikipedia.
167  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: EOS wallet on: July 18, 2018, 01:59:36 PM
The EOS Token is a relatively new digital currency that was released last June, but very popular. While there is a lot of wallets for this currency, i would be looking for the safest solution, and that's a hardware /cold/ wallet Trezor. You can also use it for other currencies and not just for EOS. It is the safest solution from my point of view. And after realization of trade, you should not leave your EOS at the exchange for safety reasons. Safety always at first place.
168  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Explain crypto to someone like he's five? on: July 17, 2018, 04:55:01 PM
Learning this digital currency is complicated. There are a lot of things one must know before investing in it, especially if you do not want to lose any amount you cannot afford to lose. So how would you explain Cryptocurrency and bitcoin to someone as if he is five years old?
How would you explain cryptocurrency and bitcoin and what is bitcoin? Bitcoin is a digital currency that exists, unlike physical currencies like the dollar or the euro, almost entirely in the virtual space. It is a currency used on the Internet, but not just there. With Bitcoin you can / and also with these most widespread currencies - ethereum and litecoin / pay for the goods as well as payment for the sale of goods. With cryptos you can pay for services, goods or even for meals. It is widespread in many countries of the world, but they are places where it is not used. Bitcoin is not as widespread as physical cash but is on the right track to reach it.
169  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin price of sale and buy on: July 17, 2018, 03:28:53 PM
For this example, even if you buy bitcoin at a higher price, and the current bitcoin price is lower than the buy-in, you sell it at all times for the current bitcoin price. Few buy bitcoins at a higher price than current coinmarketcap - https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/. These are the basics of trading and not just in the crypto area. In my opinion, if I bought a bitcoin for $ 17,000, i would certainly not sell it at a price of $ 6700. To conclude, the price of bitcoin is governed by supply and demand in the market.
170  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to Bitcoin. Should I mine or buy coin with my $6000 on: July 16, 2018, 08:01:26 PM
You have a hard decision, when choosing NVIDIA cards for mining, you always have the option to sell your cards to potential gamers. In this case, ASICminer Equihash 40K is ROI for about 200 days. It's a big investment of $ 14,800. Who knows how to develop the difficulty and also the cost of mining coins. My advice is to invest in bitcoin, its price in the future may increase, while hardware on mining is the opposite - over time, hardware loses value. The decision is up to you, my opinion is to buy bitcoin or invest in altcoins.
171  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why still Jr.Member?? on: July 16, 2018, 02:42:21 PM
What is the difference between activity and merit? Merit evaluates the quality of posts whereas activity is just the frequency of posting?
I'm in the same position as you, i also have a lot of activity but no "merit" points. The difference between activity and "merit" is that "merit" points you can get from other members of this forum, but activity points are one point per post. So you have to work harder to the "merit" points gained by others. You have to write quality contributions, beneficial to many members, simply HQ posts.
172  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can I do more than one signature campaign in my account? on: July 15, 2018, 12:51:14 PM
Just rearised that I have attained the height of a Jr member and very excited about this development that I can do more as a member of this forum. With that being said, I want to know if I can do more than one signature campaign in my account as a junior member.
Hi and i congratulate you for getting a higher rank Jr.Member. I think it's against the rules to use more than one signature campaign. Rather, you should collect more "merit" points and get the next rank - Member, which is the way you should go so you can get more reward from the campaign. You do not need a lot of "merits" on a rank Member, i think it is 10 merits.
173  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My Experience From Crypto Trading on: July 15, 2018, 12:35:23 PM
The Internet is full of tips, tricks and rules to deal with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. But no one can guarantee that the investment will bring you the desired result. The crypto market is still too dynamic. Bitcoin trading is similar to other investments /for example, in shares or raw materials/ and is certainly not easy. Start with less investment - do not invest big money right now. Spread your investment - Do not put all your eggs in one basket. Watch the development of popular cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, Litecoin or Ripple. These are my experiences and the rules that i keep in trading in the crypto world.

175  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get bitcoin? on: July 13, 2018, 11:51:35 AM
How to buy a bitcoin, so the possibility is now more, up to you which you choose.
localbitcoins.com - It's a very widespread choice and you do not have to pay any fees for trade.
Excellent site on which it is possible to arrange a personal purchase or sale bitcoin a person close to your residence.
Bitcoin from an ATM - You can use these ATMs to buy and sell Bitcoin for your cash.
Or, you can buy bitcoin directly on the stock exchange. Always have an account on the stock market, which is one of the largest in the trade.
Of course, your options for buying bitcoin depend on the country where you live, because there may be some limitations.
The answer to the last question is that the price is variable, but it is now $ 6241.46.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MSI ARMOR RX470 4Gb Eth Mining Bios Mod on: July 12, 2018, 10:57:02 PM
Hello friend, with modding bios i do not have any experience, but if i can advise you, here's the whole thread on this topic - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1954245.0
The value of 25.5 Mh/s is, in my opinion, totally decent for that MSI armor Rx 470 4gb.
177  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My short experience in crypto on: July 11, 2018, 07:41:15 PM
I have been in crypto since 7 months, it doesn't look so long time but i have had really good experiences  which i would like to you share with you.

1)  Never but never  share your private key .

2) Never but never  share your private key .

3) Never but never  share your private key .

4)  Create 2 or more e-mail accounts for airdrops & bounty.

5)  Create new twitter  and facebook account. They should be similar to orjinal.

6)  Join Telegram & Reddit.

7)  If you haven't any experience on trading  commodity exchange  before, away from  short term & daily  trading on crypto.

Cool  Your first investments should be less amount to cover your fails and mistakes easily and it will not  damage you.

9)  You should be improving yourself by reading articles about projects, ico's and market regulations.

10) Try to learn technical analyse at least basic level.

11)  Do not share your KYC randomly, just share on reliable exchange markets.

12)  Try to pick up  big exchange market for trading , especially  which has huge volume.

13)  Save your investments in cold wallet.

14)  Keep your all passwords on  paper which is hand written.

15)  Finally, Golden rule; Be Patient.
Exact Rules for Newbies who still have no experience and want to start working in this crypto world. I would add a rule that you can secure a login with 2FA security and make a screenhot with a 16-digit recovery code in the case of a mobile device error. And I would improve the last - be patient and not make decisions in panic. And the last, so frequent phrase HODL.

How to stop others from copy/paste my post?
Insidious type of activity /copying and pasting/ is very difficult to prevent, and you can not prevent it in any way. You can only report this to the moderator of this forum and he will deal with it. Then the moderator will be in charge of this matter and he will solve your problem for you. It has already happened to me that one member copied my answer and used it as his own. Unfortunately it does happen and the only way to fight this is report him.
179  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which BTC wallet to use? on: July 11, 2018, 01:02:44 AM
For bitcoin and not just for him i would use an online or offline wallets. You can choose from several wallets. Among online wallets i would say these - Exodus, Coinpayments - this online wallet supports over 75 cryptocurrencies and is free, BlockHain.info - millions of satisfied users, Electrum -  is one of the first to have been created and has a rich history of satisfied users. The big advantage is offline wallets - Trezor - i recommend, if you want to invest a bigger amount of money and Ledger S Nano - a high level of security. For bitcoin transactions, you should first seek the security of your investment.
180  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Airdrop on: July 09, 2018, 11:50:54 PM
Newly-emerging projects often give tokens or coins at the beginning of their existence free of charge, for example, watching on Twitter, Telegram, and so on. Expertly, these offers are called Airdrop. Most often tokens or coins are given for watching a group on a Telegram or watching on Twitter. The new project needs promo at the beginning, and social networks are both doing so. For their promotion, you can get a reward in the form of an airdrop.
