161  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 25, 2020, 07:50:17 PM
New ATH today..

Glad if you did not send the BTC, yet.. because, sure we are close and sure we might break it today, but so far we have "only" gotten to $24,662 and that was about 7.5 hours ago as I type this post... .. Seems that there are good odds for today.. and even decent for the end of the year, but still who knows?

162  Economy / Economics / Re: Value Today of $1000 Invested 5 Years ago (Bitcoin and Stock) on: December 25, 2020, 07:34:16 PM
snip..
Bitcoin was the least interesting in investors 5 years ago of everything on the list but proven by the data is the most profitable asset.  a habit that always recurs is Bitcoin will be in demand when the price is high.  Bitcoin will definitely break through $ 25k soon..
163  Economy / Economics / Re: which will u choose to buy on: December 25, 2020, 06:27:51 PM
what are you gonna do if u have millions dollars of cash ? are  you  gonna spend it all for ferrari high class car or invest bitcoin for survive ?
If I buy a Ferarri then I have to pay annual taxes on the car and experience a price depreciation (decrease in asset value) of the car if I want to sell it.  but if I buy Bitcoin then every year I will have an increase in the value of my Bitcoin investment and will not be obliged to pay tax year.  from the illustrations above then you understand which one I should buy --- Bitcoin..
164  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Solusi terbaik untuk investasi saat harga BTC dengan Convid-19 on: December 25, 2020, 05:59:45 PM
snip..

165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So much fud and scams in crypto and BTC on: December 25, 2020, 05:07:22 PM
So much fud and scams...

And from the guys who been in yale kind of universities... Lol :

The xrp situation is good example of this all.
Also now they talking about delisting of xrp lol?

My message is clear teose yale university kind of guys wearing nice suit but they are fraud and scam nice smiling and nice suits and nonsense talking... Lol

How come so many university people are in crypto space just to scam others?
Is that university education teach them no better then scams?

If so why go to university like yale If you study only how to scam others honest crypto traders.
It means probably the financial scams market manipulation are only things you can learn those schools.... Lol  and now they come in crypto world with their scams... Is the stock market not enough for them?
a scam will always be there because the campus always teaches hard to its students to be able to be the best no matter what.  just ignore any of their fake happiness offers, shitcoin is immortal shitcoin.  so that you live happily always = sell all your shitcoins then buy Bitcoin and HODL..
166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 25, 2020, 04:56:16 PM
Man I’m regretting the fiat rainy day fund I have right now.  Fiat is the real shitcoin.

A shitcoin that rests on violent coercion to maintain its value. Bitcoin has never used threats of violence or imprisonment to encourage its adoption.

ps  *shitcoin is real
167  Economy / Economics / Re: Some Company are holding more than 10000 Bitcoin on: December 24, 2020, 07:42:29 PM
There will be more and more companies will hold bitcoin as their alternative investment, since bitcoin touch it's new ATH it will bring more attention to other companies. I cant wait what will happen to bitcoin in the next year. but since companies hold big amount of bitcoins we will face big dump later if they decide to sell all their bitcoins and we will need time to recover from that.
the decisions they took were brilliant (making Bitcoin an back-up of company assets/funds).  they must have started buying Bitcoin a long time ago, it's not easy to make a decision like this.  going forward we will definitely see more and more companies that make Bitcoin as a fund/asset for the future of their company..

@danheld
The US dollar has fallen to a 1/23,000th of a Bitcoin.

And it will keep falling.
170  Other / Politics & Society / Re: London went full lockdown on: December 22, 2020, 07:10:27 PM
Btw I've already met people that are having their 3rd infections already.
Shit, really? Do they get sick every time or just no symptoms?

Anyway, mutations are one of the traits of coronavirus. Why people seem surprised?! Lockdowns only make things worse as herding immunity will never be attained.
What if all flu-like symptoms, all this time, are coronavirus/covid-19 with different strains? Shocked
https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/viruses/change.htm the coronavirus (covid 19) is the twin sister/brother of the flu virus, so it is not surprising that the mutation occurs, even the flu medicine is currently always changing to keep up with the flu virus that continues to mutate..

prepare for the possibility of another mutation upgrade (covid 21)..
171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: December 22, 2020, 06:03:23 PM
Exactly and that's why I'm pretty sure the game between Napoli and Juventus will be played even it can't be played for any existent sportive law.

As expected, Napoli won the appeal without any law in support of them, welcome in Italy.
The game between Juventus and Napoli will be played.
there will be no obstacles in the Juventus vs Fiorentina match, Juve will definitely win by a score (possibly) 2-0 or 3-0 (as the host, Juve must score a lot of goals).  Juve will shift Napoli's current position (rank 3)..
172  Economy / Economics / Re: Buying a Tesla with Bitcoin on: December 22, 2020, 05:40:40 PM
A very interesting illustration. And it does seem that the longer the price of Bitcoin is getting higher, so maybe the more you delay investing in Bitcoin, the more expensive the price will be and the harder it is to get. then make the most of the time. And maybe in 2021 the value of Bitcoin will be much higher than Tesla.
very curious, maybe we will see 3 Tesla model S priced at 1 Bitcoin in 2021 (who knows)..

Elon Musk has also been memeing about Bitcoin. Is he looking for his own dip? Cool
Elon Musk is an innovator who adopts the "why so serious" notion.  every "joke" post he posts about Bitcoin or Doge give a good price impact on that both crypto asset.  look foolish!! but I love his ability to entertain his 40 million followers on Twitter..
173  Economy / Economics / Re: Steve Wozniak's Blockchain Venture Reaches $950M In 13 Minutes on: December 22, 2020, 04:51:00 PM
This is the power of the Name.

snip..

"NAME" is the best branding, someone who has a good reputation and great influence has a magical influence to attract investors//buyers.  This is the reason why hiring a big actress or politician for advertising will give a company a big return (profit)..

snip..

Indeed it is a record! But let me tell you why it has happened! It didn't happen because of the coin itself. It did happen because of the brand value that Steve Wozniak carries! The coin is known as EFFORCE and the ticker name is WOZX. Steve Wozniak was the brain behind the most successful company of the world - Apple! So his name itself carries a lot of weight and trust!

Btw, the market cap has now reduced to around 37 million USD.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/efforce/markets/ the volume of trading transactions in 24 hours is very large, I am very curious whether this is only a HYPE or not..

Get ready.. for another BULL

175  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Protocol Finance Plagiarized Whitepaper on: December 21, 2020, 06:19:53 PM
here we go again, another plagiarism whitepaper.  The project team is completely out of ideas for the whitepaper of their project so all they can do is copy the concept of another project.  buying coins/tokens from their project is very risky, even though they are listed soon on Hotbit but the potential will be "shitcoin / token" in the future is very huge..
176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk on Bitcoin: "Bitcoin is almost as bs as fiat money" on: December 21, 2020, 06:05:17 PM
snip..

I highly doubt this guy.

1st tweet: bitcoin is my safe word.
2nd tweet: Just kidding, who needs a safe word anyway!?

I meant what the hell? We certainly don't want this kind of influencers. It may be beneficial to us in terms of profits but it is not a good practice.

this former dogecoin CEO (posted on his Twitter account) really like Bitcoin and Doge "LOL".  I cannot deny that Elon has great sympathy/influence especially when it comes to technology.  many presidents love Elon mainly because of the foresight and success of his companies (SpaceX and Tesla).  To change the view of the government and the public opinion, it requires the role of someone who has a big influence..
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big Merchants Now Accepting Bitcoin on: December 21, 2020, 05:31:43 PM
We can hope that in the future there will be lots of merchants who can accept bitcoin for their transaction system. because this makes it easier to use bitcoin. so I think it's just waiting for the right time to get bitcoin to penetrate all merchants in the world
this is an old hope (since I first got to know Bitcoin).  Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency that is very high value and has extraordinary price volatility, online business people do not want to accept payments via Bitcoin, it's just that some state governments have given prohibited rules to use Bitcoin as a means of payment if there is no such prohibition we've seen all online shops (merchants in the world) accept Bitcoin payments..
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be Emotional, Don't be Greedy on: December 21, 2020, 05:14:12 PM
The current crypto market is exciting as everyone is happy that new funds are being pumped into the space, investors are making profits and people are aiming for new ATH for bigger profits. I  remind us all not to forget to take profits, cut your greed and find new opportunities. Never be emotional about any project, buy when it's right, sell when it's right.

changing the coins we want to invest in is very good, focusing on one coin alone will not bring you more profit.  Just imagine if you have been profitable from HODL Bitcoin for this year then you sell your OIN then buy ETH (example) then ETH is bullish and touches ATH, you've made a good decision..
179  Economy / Economics / Re: David Rosenber: Bitcoin is in a 'massive bubble' on: December 20, 2020, 05:57:04 PM
After years we still see and read people talking about Bitcoin being a bubble, Paypal think it's just a bubble some years ago and now they are making huge profit by adopting Cryptocurrency, they should now realized that Bitcoin have withstand the most harshest FUD and scenario and yet it's still standing.
until Bitcoin touch $100k price they will definitely go on and on and think Bitcoin is a "massive bubble".  how stupid he is because not buy Bitcoin last March and miss the chance to make a huge profit from this "massive bubble" (as David Rosenberg says).. "LOL"
180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Example > Another odd opinion about Bitcoin on: December 20, 2020, 05:45:36 PM
Bitcoin has become increasingly in the discussion, since Bitcoin touched and even passed ATH ($ 20k, Jan 2018) a few days ago, but some funny opinions emerged.  as expressed by Mark Andrew Skousen (an American economist)..

he did not even know (or maybe wanting to fool the audience) that currently selling or buying Bitcoin can be done with a Smartphone (not only a computer) as long as it is connected to the internet "LOL"..

speaking in front of an audience shouldn't look stupid, one can dislike Bitcoin and believe only in physical coins like gold or silver but don't throw away Logic and the fact that Bitcoin is far more profitable than gold or silver..

you can freely drop the image here if you find someone odd opinion about Bitcoin..
