542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CoronaCoin More drama, third exit scam and discord deleted on: August 21, 2020, 07:11:45 PM
coronacoin is pure scam..

Be careful of coins that take advantage of moments like the covid pandemic, they only want to get profit from the coins they make. There are already many coin scams, but don't be fooled easily. Find out about the team and developer behind it and you'll be safe.
don't worry, the members here have been wise enough in responding to crypto coin projects that try to take advantage of the "PANDEMIC" as it is currently happening (don't know with people out there)..  fraud does not only occur in the crypto world, in the real world I read the news that many people misuse COVID-19 donated funds from citizens for fun such as buying a car, and so on..
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what new coins are promising? on: August 21, 2020, 05:17:19 PM
DeFi is really very promising..  many think that the HYPE that is happening to DeFi will not last long but if we look closely, the DeFi project has attracted attention for a long time.  Chainlink, Aave and Ox are DeFi projects that are growing high this year.  I highly recommend that you take the DeFi project into consideration for your investment plans..

545  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is marriage a kind of punishment? on: August 20, 2020, 11:45:27 PM
marriage is not a punishment but a process of survival..  life must go on, you work all your life, you will definitely leave behind your wealth and it would be very strange if you only gave up the wealth that you are painstakingly looking for to other people who are not your descendants.  Marriage is not as cruel as many people think, many say that getting married will only create new difficulties such as children and other costs, it is true that when you get married it will create new difficulties, but when you get married you will find a new focus and new purpose, which is to make your wife and children happy.  therefore, if you have found suitable opposite sex then immediately get married..
546  Economy / Economics / Re: Second COVID-19 wave is coming...Infinite loop? on: August 19, 2020, 07:19:41 PM
snip..
the impact generated by the second wave is unlikely to be as severe as the first.. I see that most countries are already thinking more about the economic impact than this "pandemic", governments around the world are aware that the spread of this disease can no longer be controlled, so they are more focused on recovering their countries' economies faster.  the fact is that the residents no longer care about this "pandemic", like what happened in my city, as many as 80% of the residents leave the house not wearing masks anymore, the residents are really tired panic over this "pandemic"..

Bayern winger Serge Gnabry, refuses to underestimate Lyon. Moreover, Lyon penetrated the semifinals by eliminating the leading teams.
I really salute the Bayern players, they don't see Lyon an easy team at all..  this respect will make Bayern put on their best play.  I definitely predict that Bayern will win but I also believe a big surprise (Lyon Win) maybe could happen in this match..

a sensible concept..  I've also been to a business seminar and the speaker said the same thing like this.  the hardest part of doing the above is finding what good or service works for us (self)..

551  Economy / Economics / Re: What brings economy of a country down. on: July 29, 2020, 03:38:52 PM
corruption is indeed one of the causes of a country's economic down but it will only cause fatal collapse if done en masse..  from what I've read, this is the main cause of a country's economy down;

Quote
1. Stock market crash
The stock market is composed of stocks that investors own in public companies. Changes in shareholdings can be a reflection of how an economy is doing. When the stock market crashes, it can be an indication of investors’ declining confidence in the economy.

2. Decrease in manufacturing orders
A business flourishes on the demand for its products and services. When manufacturing orders reflect a decline, especially for an extended period of time, it can lead to a recession and worse, to an economic depression.

3. Control of prices and wages
Price controls happened once during the term of former U.S. President Richard Nixon when prices kept going higher. Also, when wages are controlled by the government and companies are not allowed to lower them, businesses may be forced to lay off employees to survive.

4. Deflation
Deflation is basically the lowering of consumer prices over time. It may seem like a good thing because people can now afford to buy more commodities but underneath it is the fact that prices are lowered because of a decline in demand, too.

5. Oil price hikes
How oil price hikes can cause a ripple effect on almost everything in the market is common knowledge. When it happens, consumers lose their purchasing power, which can lead to a decline in demand.

6. Loss of consumer confidence
When consumers are no longer confident in the economy, they will alter their spending habits and eventually reduce the demand for goods and services.

552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting biggest winners. on: July 27, 2020, 03:24:13 PM
I envy with numbers 3 and 4, they won millions of pounds with just a small bet..

I'm okay with the number 10, "a  £0.30 bet won a £500,000 ".. that's too lucky and if I lose, I would not even think or it will not move me unlike with my regular bet which sometimes cause me some sleepless nights. I call this one as a way of investing or saving your money,   £0.30 is an amount that anyone that has a job can afford to lose on a daily basis, and who knows our time will come, we will be in the list soon.
I don't really want a miracle like this to happen to me but who knows what will happen in the future, I'm just afraid too much hope it will stress me out..  Grin

554  Economy / Economics / Re: How will look the world in 2100? on: July 23, 2020, 08:18:22 AM
But most of the predictions are not really happen exactly. Yes that was the duty of scientist to make a predictions and to look forward in the future. Still i do believed that everything will go back to normal even this pandemic cause a lot of damaged in every country that affected it too much.
scientists are not God so many of their predictions are missed but the predictions they make are that we (humans) have to anticipate things that are likely to happen in the future..  I still remember what a great philanthropist said "we should not underestimate the slightest prediction"..

...
corruption will continue even though this "PANDEMIC" does not exist.  before our outdated transaction system is updated, corruption will continue to run rampant and difficult to stop.  greedy people who are hungry for power, money, and position will certainly increasingly use this "PANDEMIC" moment to enrich themselves..
555  Other / Serious discussion / Re: WTF!! hospitals in Bangladesh sell corona-free certificates.. on: July 23, 2020, 07:57:02 AM
in my country something similar like this is being highlighted, it was reported that a company where one of the employees had been exposed to COVID-19 had to oblige other employees to take care of corona-free certificates and the cost of making these certificates was ten bucks..  I imagine if thousands of companies in my country were required by the government to take care of corona-free certificates, how much profit would the hospital receive for making certificates like this??  This is a big business opportunity..
556  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Problems covid19 cause on: July 23, 2020, 07:16:24 AM
snip..
this is the toughest challenge we face, those who control the media are those who will determine the direction of public opinion today.. look at how extraordinary the media is in frying how dangerous the coronavirus is while in fact, the possibility of death caused by the coronavirus is not up to 1%.  but this has all happened, we ordinary people can not do anything, those who have power have locked our lives with the interests of their groups..
557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: "Poker Tournaments" are reopening little by little. on: July 23, 2020, 06:14:17 AM
At least we are now moving forward and trying to live up again but we would adjust to the new normal in order to continue those tournaments and events.
every postponed tournament must start again, the organizer must adjust to "NEW NORMAL", adjusting to New Normal is indeed not easy but we have to run it until the vaccine is really there..

snip..
the good news is that we are getting closer to the vaccine.  hopefully, in the next few months, the vaccine is fixed..

558  Economy / Economics / Re: How will look the world in 2100? on: July 21, 2020, 02:11:19 PM
Nice study, but I think it is largely theoretical and unrealistic, because there are a lot of unexpected things that can happen and change everything, for example the Corona virus that is circulating in the world now no one expected to happen and has led to major human and economic changes .
Another issue that has not been taken into consideration is wars and forced migration that occur due to wars, as happened in Syria, for example, and which led to a large mass migration to Europe and the world.
One last thing, though, is that no one can predict it, but it can happen and can change everything, which is the emergence of a third world war, which many people warn of and if it happens it will lead to major changes in the economy, climate, population and even politics.
the predictions that are issued are definitely not haphazard, scientists must make comparisons from the past and present then consult with anthropologists to decide what changes will occur in humans in the future..  apart from the chaos that is happening right now (war and disease outbreaks), in the end, everything will return to normal, for example this "Pandemic" which is happening right now, will definitely end until the best treatment is found, the world will return to passionate and life will return to normal as usual in each area..
559  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic situation declining and famous celebs not paying workers on: July 20, 2020, 02:24:41 PM
celebrities who don't pay their employees' salaries like taking advantage of this moment, they are really embarrassing.  I'm sure their income is not at all impacted heavily..

This virus has much worse economic impact rather than medical
the medical impact that will be borne by sufferers of corona which makes the economy worse..  medical workers continue to suggest that we stay at home as long as the vaccine has not been found even though the death rate due to corona is only 0.1%.  the medical workers have worked very hard even willing to not meet their families for months, we all just need to work together to break the chain of distribution of COVID-19 by following the rules of "new normal" even though it is very uncomfortable..
560  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID-19's "New Normal" is Creating Opportunities in Crypto on: July 20, 2020, 01:16:12 PM
Crypto space will continue to provide opportunities, just how do we find that opportunities..  working patiently and consistently at this time will enable us all to get through this difficult time until the vaccine is truly found, the hope will always be there..

Before that, I fill myself with new stuff, learning new things, even trying to remember what I always did back in 2013 when the first time I know Bitcoin. Even though my finance is not yet back to normal, I learned myself a thing or two.

Would love to hear story from others who got impacted by this pandemic, specially those who work in the industry.
learning new things in this "pandemic" period is a good thing..
