1061  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A good advice for every traders. on: January 01, 2020, 10:37:45 AM
snip..
I appreciate the advice you give.. but what you suggest is only a theory of how to trade well.  while in practice, self-control is what determines whether the trader is losing or profitable.  self-controlling includes controlling our greed because successful traders are traders who are not greedy and are able to control themselves and their time.
1062  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Bet Or Gamble Before New Year, Or On The New Year on: January 01, 2020, 09:58:16 AM
I want to know will you gamble before the year-end to try to get the most before the year-end or will you prefer to gamble after the new year to welcome the year, or will you prefer to do both, I'm having second thought betting before the year-end I might end up empty-handed, coming to the new year, and I'm also having second thought gambling in a new year I might end up starting the year with a lost.
I have not gambled since mid-December 2019, I'm just afraid I will lose. because my small family and I need a sizable fee in the new year, I have to go home to my parents' house, and right now I'm gathering with my extended family in my hometown.  maybe I will gamble again at the end of January 2020, when my energy and mind recover.
1063  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Steemit.com: Blogging is the new Mining on: January 01, 2020, 05:37:15 AM
Really big if true, rumors are circulating that Justin sun will buy steemit inc. price already saw a pumo.

https://steemit.com/steem/@whatsup/article-states-that-justin-sun-and-tron-will-acquire-steemit

That would be pretty wild, and maybe open Steem holders to TRON airdrops. Even right now you can pay for some Steem assets with TRON on Steemmonsters.
Steemit needs refreshment and development.  I think this will be good for the future of Steemit (if this news is true).  right now I think Publish0x has attracted a lot of Steemit users because the concept of Publish0X is better and the reward isn't just 1 cryptocurrency (sorry, it's not my intention to compare).
1064  Economy / Economics / Re: Mistakes That Make You Poor Poor In Cryptocurrency on: December 31, 2019, 09:25:42 PM
For me one of the biggest mistakes people make when they're on the cryptocurrencies market is trading without a strategy, many people are trying to become traders without any experience. The success rate, as you may expect, is very small, not only because they have almost no knowledge of how to trade, but because they have no strategy. they let their emotions take control of them and that is the fastest way to become poor in cryptocurrencies.
without strategy means without goals!!  I have seen many people fall into poverty due to lack of strategy, experience and are very greedy. in trading cryptocurrencies, self-control is very important.  want to get rich quick (greedy) and impatient when trading will only make you lose all your money.
1065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it safe to exchange big amounts? on: December 31, 2019, 08:46:04 PM
Hey.
Is it safe to exchange big amounts on non-custodial exchangers like changelly or shapeshift, or are they designed for small transactions?
I'm a newbie and I want to know if it's safe
I have never exchanged large amounts at Changelly or Shapeshift, but I think it's safe.  btw, if you are a little doubtful you should not exchange large amounts there.

Also, I want to know if it's safe to exchange crypto on classical exchanges like binance.
of course safe, I highly recommend Binance as the best exchange, I always exchange there, I have been very comfortable doing transactions in Binance and I have never experienced any problems so far.
1066  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hong Kong Police Freeze $10M Fund for Protesters - Bitcoin Becomes Attractive on: December 31, 2019, 05:26:39 PM
Now that their funds were locked out, I think it's time for them to take Bitcoin seriously.

Storing them in banks is such a bad idea, especially if they are using it for protests. If they could have stored it in Bitcoin, the police and government cannot stop them as they do not own or control the blockchain technology.

Bitcoin took out the third party or intermediary in peer-to-peer transactions, and this is what Hongkong protesters should need if they want to keep their funds safe from being frozen.

This is Bitcoin's time now. We're not just focusing on the price itself, but how can it be used without the risk of having our funds frozen.
my question is.. are they there already imposing Bitcoin as a means of payment, if not, it will be very difficult for them to get funding, because their local exchange will certainly work with local banks and it will be very difficult for them to withdraw the funds they have collected (if in the form of Bitcoin).

deviated from the discussion a bit.. I personally support their struggle, what they want is a country that is free and without intervention from other countries, whereas to this day, China still rules over Hong Kong (although not bluntly)
1067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: A book about success and failure in crypto. on: December 31, 2019, 05:04:48 PM
The problem with these types of books is that the one who writes about success should at least be successful himself in that field.

If you have already launched a successful coin, token or project in your resume then write about it from the perspective of experience and authority it means your book can be taken seriously.

What is your level of involvement in crypto?
I agree with you.. it is impossible for someone who has not been successful in the crypto world to give advice or learn about tips for success in the crypto world.  I strongly support the book you intend because it will definitely help other people who are not familiar with crypto to better know what cryptocurrency is.
1068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which are your recommendations for best coins to invest in 2020? on: December 31, 2019, 11:52:42 AM
of course.. I would recommend Bitcoin and Bitcoin Hardfork (like Bitcoin Cash, Diamond & SV) but exchange tokens are also very good for investment in 2020.

With the frustration I had this year, I will choose BNB to invest in 2020. Maybe we will have some successful projects by 2020 but to protect my money, invest in BNB would be a smart choice.
BNB, Huobi Tokens, Kucoin Shares, and OKB are the best exchange tokens that can be chosen as an investment in 2020.
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 give new hope to Altcoin? on: December 31, 2019, 09:57:50 AM
2019 had been not so good for altcoins as this year has given us number scam projects and as a result, some of the genuine projects have been failed wherein people just pretended any projects with ICO as a scam. I think 2020 will bring new hopes and some good project in the market by considering 2019 as a learning area.
we can only hope that 2020 will be better than 2019.  I feel optimistic that Altcoin will rise again (like 2017) in 2020.  I was a lot disappointed with the scam ICO / IEO project in 2019 but I have to forgotten it..  let's welcome the new year 2020 with enthusiasm and positive thoughts.

I see the enthusiasm of the members here is very high to be able to join the 24k Casino signature campaign. Good luck!!
by the way.. the site runs a little slow on my opera mini browser.
1071  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bituary.com a legit exchange? on: December 30, 2019, 09:35:35 PM
Hi all,

Off late, I have seen a good amount of arbitrage opportunities on ibituary.com and would like to know if this is a legit exchange at all. Has anyone traded here? Any experiences then kindly share...Thanks

bituary.com?? I just heard the name of this exchange..  I strongly recommend to you, don't use arbitrary exchange.  You will only regret it if the exchange close or runs out of the coins/tokens that you have deposited, you better only use an exchange that already has a high reputation and trust.
1072  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptocurrency Trading Group - Earn 500% profit per week on: December 30, 2019, 09:11:10 PM
That's what I wonder if they can predict 500% profit per week why they are on roads and looking for clients to join them and pay few bucks? Better trade yourself even if you lose you will learn something new.
hahaha, I totally agree with you!!

big profits and accurate predictions are just pulled words to attract people who want to get rich quick. I've been disappointed twice with this kind of group signal, I'm not saying you will make your members disappointed, but it's better to be careful and not easily be tempted by sweet promises.
1073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IEOs is a game for top exchanges. on: December 30, 2019, 07:28:34 PM
I really think these IEO thing is only good for the top exchanges and these is because they have the liquidity and the traders to pump a coin after listing, which is why their IEO projects are usually successful.
But the smaller exchange don't have the same and their IEO success rate is no way near the top exchanges. Maybe 2 out of 10 IEOs conducted on the small exchanges would succeed, while top exchanges boast of a success rate of like 9 out of 10.
It is undeniable that IEO's on large exchanges is more desirable and trusted than on small exchanges.  I followed IEO on Binance and followed IEO on P2PB2B, I compared that coins/tokens of IEO on Binance were able to last longer (prices did not immediately fall "Dump").  IEO's on a small exchange on average very quickly becomes worthless than IEO's on a large exchange.
1074  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Any chance you do a content for free? on: December 30, 2019, 06:48:31 PM
snip..
to be honest.. I make content (videos or blogs) because of money.  I don't take them seriously in marketing their products if they don't pay.  at least they have to prepare funds for marketing at the beginning because a good product without marketing costs will be difficult to develop at this time.
1075  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: December 30, 2019, 06:28:04 PM
the average player who moves (from the Premier League (English) to the La Liga (Spanish) is a very good player, not an easy job to be able to join and play with Real Madrid.  I see Bale hasn't made a big contribution to Real Madrid (compared to Cristiano Ronaldo).  hopefully, in the following year, Bale is able to show his big contribution to Real Madrid.
1076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 10 (Celebrating the 10th Week!) on: December 30, 2019, 05:43:18 PM
What if,...
Before this year ends you finally get to win a Jackpot then suddenly a big disaster came up out of nowhere then brings an outrage for people outside. Would you care to enjoy your winnings for yourself? Or be a good human being to help to save others.

If you're going to be a good fellow human, what's the first thing you'll gonna do?
if I win the jackpot when there is a disaster outside, then I will donate 25% of the winnings that I get.  personally I donated several times to victims of natural disasters in my country, even though the amount is not much but I'm happy to have participated in lightening their burden.
1077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain is not Bitcoin on: December 30, 2019, 05:33:59 PM
Bitcoin still has a blockchain connection and in the first place you can think of bitcoin immediately. As far as I know, bitcoin is the first adopter of the blockchain, so we can't unlink the two. But it's right that we open our eyes that blockchain is not just for bitcoin.
That's right.. without Bitcoin, Blockchain technology would not be known. both are different, Bitcoin will not work without blockchain technology, but Blockchain technology is capable of running without Bitcoin.  in the future, I am very confident that governments in various countries will make use of Blockchain technology en masse, and will most likely turn their currencies (fiat) into cryptocurrencies (because they use Blockchain technology).
1078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Superstition in Number 13, What About the Casino? (Lucky Six) on: December 29, 2019, 06:02:14 PM
personally I do not believe in unlucky numbers, especially number 13, it's just superstition that is still circulating today.

stop fooling yourself with superstitions because as what i've seen in your posting most of this are believing in stupid things.
you always create tread that only you understand or others that has same views in life like yours.but the totality?majority of people here don't get what you are saying so stop it .
I respect your opinion, but what the OP is saying is a superstition that has emerged for a long time. in my country alone some people believe that the number 13 is bad luck, don't punish OP with words like this.
1079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel more lucky than usual when it's New Year's. on: December 29, 2019, 05:40:30 PM
I feel like it's normal (new year or not).  I personally do not feel the new year is a new fortune because anytime I might get lucky.  in 2019 I've been lucky several times in gambling, and it happens randomly (not only in the new year).
1080  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do you avoid high withdrawal fees from exchanges? on: December 29, 2019, 04:04:45 PM
until now if I want to transfer my Bitcoin to another wallet (from one exchange to another exchange) then I will convert it to Stellar or XEM.  convert to Stellar is the one I recommend the most because usually, the cost is very very cheap.
