161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wasted 3-4 months in bounty and at end got nothing ?? on: August 07, 2018, 10:11:03 AM
I was a part of korona coin signature campaign from the bountyhive portal after working of 3-4 months i get to know that ICO did not reached the soft cap and i was not awarded any thing....that has caused me depression now....how the hell i choose a good bounty...after doing some research users suggested me bountyhive is good and i got this...what now...how to choose a good bounty that atleast pays somthing...some say good bounty managers but some of those campaign pays as well.....which ico rating sites are best for this please help....

Currently which is the best campaign to join can anyone suggest.... Huh

Sometimes happens. On the other hand you get bounties, that will give you very nice returns. If you read the forum maybe check on the projects that higher ranked members are campaigning for. This should point you to some good projects.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will every crypto coin survive? on: August 02, 2018, 02:51:26 PM
What do you mean survive? It is crypto and it always will have the value! I think that you can sold any dead coin for few satoshi anytime. For example Bitconnect still traded.

That is kind of true. Insane that bitconnect is still trading. Does not make any sense from where I am sitting. I think a lot of coins will eventually die as the project is not generating revenue or traction with users. Still some of the % estimates of number of coins/tokens surviving might be overly pessimistic.

Not every project needs to be completely groundbreaking to use a token and be profitable. The real high fliers will only be a small number in the end the same as it was for dotcom.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO 2018 on: August 02, 2018, 02:44:41 PM
hi all just start investing in ICO
what do u all think of the recently upcoming ICO
i.e Tomochain, RocketICO and GCOX
think this 3 is promising.
what do u all think?
can share your view with me?

Be careful with ICO right now. I got a number that are -90% to ICO price right now a couple of months later. Only reliable indicator remaining is hype and I am not talking about the size of telegram groups. The telegram groups help if you start monitoring activity there. Apart from that check the spreadsheets of the main opinion makers like Balina to find worthwhile ICO. Even in that case buy with clear intention to hold or flip.

Successful flipping difficult in this market. Start checking for options to buy in presales, which has its own risks like not reaching soft cap.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bull Market has come? on: August 02, 2018, 02:40:19 PM
Bitcoin breaks $8,000 and still increases every hour. The whole market, altcoins are also  green and solid growth. This is the best new today for crypto enthusiastic. I think that the Bull Market has come. What do you think?

well I do not see 8K right now but if it goes up next time it will be quick. And the topic of ETFs trading on COE is coming up rapidly now. Also still a fact that a Goldman Sachs subsidiary has purchased Poloniex. Institutional money definitely getting ready to move in. A lot of people moving to stable coin at this stage will get burnt if they are not super quick once we go green again. If you want a better feel for that just start monitoring the trading volume in Tether.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is a bubble? on: August 01, 2018, 09:56:21 AM
Hello. I want to hear your opinion. Cryptocurrency is a bubble? How long will it last? Is it worth continuing to invest in it?

There is no bubble any more. Prices are so down you find plenty of serious projects at a market cap below 10 million USD. Some really cheap right now are CND PARETO HKN SEN and a multitude of others.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How helpful Bitcoin in future? on: August 01, 2018, 09:49:45 AM
Hey everyone i want to know about how helpful bitcoin in future? Give the real life example! As you know in many country bitcoin is not legal,so behalf of that give your opinions?

As obvious alternative to gold and fiat for value storage I do not see Bitcoin going away at any stage. Also a lot of crypto trading still relies on Bitcoin. People first buy Bitcoin to then using it to buy their favourite ALT. I would always prefer Bitcoin about any of its forks.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: which exchange you usually trade ? on: July 31, 2018, 12:04:34 PM
HI there ,

what and which exchange you guys usually trade ?

Binance, Kucoin and Idex. Idex can be good fun for buying dumped ICO at the moment. I also like Cobinhood. They now have added fiat gateway and VPN for their Chinese customers. Also very safe with 97% of assets in cold storage.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and the ALTs suck on: July 31, 2018, 11:59:20 AM
Bitcoin price increases BIG TIME and the ALTs do not go up
Bitcoin goes down a LITTLE BIT and the ALTs go down BIG TIME
This has turned into a circus for losers
Guess what: The ETF will never be approved!
I am holding but I am a FOOL- I should sell the lot and be done with this BS!

It is interesting to watch the chart for the BTC dominance. I am still super bullish for ETFs to get approved. Bitcoin will go up first of course but the ALTs will follow closely behind. Blockchain is a key technology for the future. There is also plenty of projects making money already that are sitting on a market cap of a few million USD. It does not make sense.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: €800к [Bounty] Hashbon: Multiblockchain Framework €800k BOUNTY on: July 31, 2018, 09:26:09 AM
sorry where do I find the signatures for Bitcointalk?
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to buy Eth? on: June 29, 2018, 08:32:01 AM
Newbie here... I've been thinking about buying my first crypto. I think I want to buy ETH, but wondering if I missed the boat already?

Primarily I'm choosing ETH because I think there are less foreseeable limitations than BTC, and it seems like ETH is basically accepted everywhere BTC is. Plus its cheaper  Grin

Is now a good time to buy it? Should I wait?

Currently the chart analysts have started shouting out lower target prices for Bitcoin. The lowest now 1300 USD. Difficult to imagine for me as the total market cap is already like 237 billion USD with BTC on 101 billion. Some stage the market will go up and the move up might also be quick, very quick.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favorite Exchanges? on: June 29, 2018, 08:28:44 AM
What exchanges would you prefer to see your crypto coin listed on?  Smiley

For a quick start in a normal market idex and switcheo depending if neo or eth based product. After Kucoin is good, Huobi keeps growing on me and of course Binance.

From the maybe upcoming exchanges I like cobinhood and also coinmetro. Cobinhood good security and if that market ever goes back to heavy trading again they are ready with a strong engine.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tell us about the dishonest bounty you encountered and remind others! on: June 28, 2018, 09:54:02 AM
If you focus on good projects there is a number of ways to really make a good success with a bounty. If you have a high bitcointalk rank the signature might be worthwhile. You can always go for translation bounties if you have an additional language to English. Also I have seen a lot of people very successful with Twitter bounties, if they have a following over there.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2018 Crypto predictions on: June 28, 2018, 09:43:43 AM
Given the year that 2017 has been, what are your predictions for 2018 for cryptos? will Bitcoin continue to rise? I think governments will be involved more in cryptos in 2018, more regulation maybe?

More regulation would not only be a bad thing as Bitcoin clearly is getting manipulated. The total market cap for blockchain is still very low. Still a number of good projects have already secured good financing or are even making money already. No matter if Bitcoin goes lower like 5K or not, at the end of the year it will be a good performance again like all the years before.

Bitcoin going lower at some stage would generate a clear green light for the chart analysts, too.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We trust in crypto! on: June 26, 2018, 03:18:59 PM
How long do you think will the cryptocurrency be popular? Does she substitution the usual fiat money? How many years will pass before this?

Well the starting trade wars might help with the popularity of crypto in general. Crypto is volatile but we might live to see the day where paper money is not worth anything anymore. Bitcoin is getting bullied at the moment but enough important projects got already all the financing they will need. Actually Verge might really reach mass adoption it they add more partnerships besides pornhub.  Grin
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world. on: June 15, 2018, 02:03:55 PM

Bitconnect was an obvious scam. Supposedly they had a trading bot generating the needed revenue for the insane interest earned  by holders. At the same time at their official office address they were not even known. There is a youtube video on that. People were getting in knowing it to be a scam with the plan to exit in time.

For a start airdrops and bounties can help. Apart from that keep digging and learning.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This market is unhealthy! on: June 15, 2018, 02:01:01 PM
You can say what you like but markets go down when there is no confidence!
If it crashes big time the media will make cryptos look worse than they already have!
Such is life!

That is the whole agenda to make bitcoin unpopular. It is more effective than just trying to ban it. Banning it would people get even more attached to it. If you want to do yourself a favour, buy some bitcoin and move them to your ledger. After just wait. If there is manipulation, even that will reach its limits at some stage.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will reach $ 15000 in this year. on: June 15, 2018, 01:58:51 PM
I think Ethereum will be worth $15000 or more in this year.
What you guys think ?

Normally I would just say yes. With the SEC declaration that ETH is not a security I am not sure, if and how you have to factor that in. The start of futures trading clearly did not help bitcoin. If price suppression/manipulation is going on, the btc manipulation would already be enough also to keep ETH down.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Coins are a great LONG-TERM investment ???? on: June 15, 2018, 01:54:30 PM
Hey folks,

what do you think, which tokens are a great investment for 5-10 years?

All people tend to speculate on short-term moves but I am more interested in tokens that will go up x times over the next couple of years...

so to say, the Amazons and Googles of the crypto world.

Which coins are REALLY GROUNDBREAKING in your eyes and why?

I mean Bitcoin started the whole thing but technically there are so much better, safer, faster, more anonymous coins that should take over in the long run.

Please share your opinions

Bitcoin
Bitcoin Private
Ethereum
Neo
Iota
EOS
Wanchain

of the smaller caps
cindicator
Pareto
Matrix
Hacken
consensus

ongoing ICO you might consider kairos or see signature
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is a bubble? on: June 15, 2018, 01:31:01 PM
Hello. I want to hear your opinion. Cryptocurrency is a bubble? How long will it last? Is it worth continuing to invest in it?

Crypto currency did not get to the place where it is in a bubble. If you compare to some other charts there might be truth in that theory about a "cartel" suppressing bitcoin and the whole blockchain market, because the powers that be are scared of the technological and political potential. If you look at the current market cap it is a joke and super early days.

Right now the whole crypto market does not even have half of the market cap of facebook. If that makes any sense you will have to answer for yourself.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why hold ethereum on: June 13, 2018, 03:17:51 PM
If I could pick one crypto that suits for holding, that would be ethereum. Do you agree that this one is good for a holder ?

It's more established than other alts in the market and  companies are adopting it.

I totally agree with that sentiment. Ethereum will be one of the cornerstones for Blockchain in the future. Blockchain market cap currently at 270 bil USD. I could imagine the market to go higher at some stage.  Roll Eyes
