Let's see I negative trust rate him, he photoshops or edit the html of a priv message and claims i threatened him, after that lie i just were honest and told him what i would do to him in that moment, I then get negative trustwd by lauda, I don't know what to think but more than that such a veteran member gets playes is that heshe might be part of the scam pump and dump and whatever the lil trust that user had meant since heshe came like that. I left negative rating for both.

Alright so this fucker tagged me with fake picture that i threatened him, i never done such thing however after i did warn him that i would slit his throat for this if i could, he tagged me aswell before saying tjay and proved he aint anything over a scammer, willing to hand my account to two trusted members under supervision to prove that the picture he has is modified (probably soon erased) and the real story of the messages could be seen.

As far as I am aware, the project is not a scam. No money has been raised and there have not been any attempts at fundraising either.
I am not sure how strongly you believe projects isn't scam and not involved with money. Are not they selling their coin/token on exchange? So from where came this coin/token on exchange. Obviously from team, the of course fund is going to team as well. Since team members/co-founder involved with scam previously how we believe him that he will not scam or he will not skip after sell his token/coin. For your info, if just listed on exchange doesn't prove legitimate of any project's. Coin/token might be drop or delisted any time when team will skip or inactive. So there is huge chances of scam in my opinion. People buy and sell tokens on an exchange in anticipation of profit, people are free to do their research whether they believe an investment will generate profit or not. Is IOTA a scam? It's currently -51% from its ICO price. What about Ontology? Also -50% from its ICO price. The fact that Bitcoin Air has any value at all makes it worth infinitely more than zero. I could understand your concerns if people invested money into it, then it dumped on exchange, but simply trading on exchange is in no way an indication it is a scam, the logic you used is so flawed I can't even imagine why you'd say it. Practically every single project with a token is listed on an exchange. Total sell orders on Coinexchange.io are Total: 33495 XBA... A tiny fraction of the circulating supply. Or do you think that the co-founder only has 33,000 XBA and is trying to crash the market with $600 worth of coins? Even if the founders decided to dump the entire supply on an exchange, it's a free market. As I stated before, I find it highly unlikely the project is an overt scam, if it is then it's an absolute failure of a scam. The evidence provided in this thread is paper thin at best, could you imagine this taken to court? Since Jamal invested his money into this project, everything he touches must be a scam? Better hope he hasn't bought any Amazon shares or we're about to see one huge exit scam. |

I'm not going to defend either Bitcoin Air or Jamal, based on the conversations I had with the team when I launched the bounty there was no reason to suspect it would be a scam. I know for a fact that Jamal's co-founder status relates to the fact he pumped a lot of money into the project, but had practically zero involvement from then on. Similarly, the actual operations and management of the project was handled by Anthony.
A community coin struggling to gain momentum shouldn't be called a scam in my opinion, otherwise, practically everybody trying to make something is a scammer.

Based on my knowledge, Jamal simply financed the project, he does not have any involvement in its operations or even in the conception of the project.

For lending escrows are not needed,OP can choose right person to lend amount without getting anything as collateral as a beginner he don't have to complicate it too much.
This can be used as building reputation too because OP is not going to lose any amount by lending to the reputed members but when everything goes fine OP will get feedback which is trust.
The thing is, people get reputation for lending out or doing deals on the forum all the time. How is this buying trust? Is all lending businesses in this section buying trust then, just to build up their reputation? Is people trading goods buying trust because they are using money to buy goods and in exchange getting feedback and trust? See this doesn't make any sense, imo. We shouldn't be tagging new people on the forums like this. It will just discourage others from being here. This person clearly says he is giving out 0% fee loans to reputed members in order to build his reputation here. This is equivalent to saying OP is risking money, with the only hope that he will earn trust in return, essentially fast-tracking his way to positive ratings which could then put him in a position to recoup any losses with an exit scam. I am not saying this is necessarily the case here, but this type of behavior is certainly suspicious and people should be aware how trust was earned when dealing with people here on the forum. I believe a negative tag was justified, but I have given OP the chance to show me I am wrong. If he does so, the neutral rating will be removed.
Grow up, I don't want to expect that comment to be removed from my trust scan as mine wont be removed from yours EVER it's that simple.
