There goes the season for United. a backlog at West Ham United. Always a tough game but they can't lose it, can they? Very favorable for Newcastle, which itself loses to Arsenal today. Arsenal have been very good all season, but City are slightly better, especially in the last few weeks. Arsenal must be on a kind of pink cloud right now. But on the other hand also frustrating because there is 1 team that is just a bit better. In any case, we will see Arsenal again in the CL next season, it was about time that the Gunners started playing there. After all, that was a while ago. I remember Arsenal being undefeated champions of England once, they were really good. With Bergkamp etc.

Verstappen will be very disappointed with yesterday's qualifying. Without his fault he can now start in 9th place. That's the risk of going out so late to set up a lap. If there is a yellow flag or a red flag 2 minutes before time, you are done and you have no time at all. In that respect, Red Bull did a clumsy job. If Verstappen were allowed to drive, he would undoubtedly have finished first, because he was by far the fastest of everyone all weekend. An ideal opportunity for Perez to win the F1 race again. And maybe seriously compete for the World Cup title?

It is also remarkable how fit the Feyenoord players are. In which there are many injuries at other top teams and other teams, and players have to be changed in the last quarter, the players of Feyenoord are not bothered by this. The credits can only go to 1 person and that is to Arne Slot who was able to make a really great team. However, a number of players will leave abroad, which are unsustainable. But the biggest problem is that Arne Slot, the current trainer of Feyenoord, is probably unstoppable. Everyone wants him at the moment, it is no coincidence that he has achieved so much success with Feyenoord. Chelsea would be a very good club for him and he can compete for the title in England with that player material.

Everyone has the pattern of contempt that he can earn/win money with gambling. It goes wrong the moment a gambler thinks he has made money, he then experiences as if it was a day's work at the office. Then things go wrong, because you tell yourself that you are good at it and losing is not going to happen. We all have the moments when we lose, the only question then is how cool do you keep yourself and can you limit yourself by not betting big? Gamblers who occasionally make money gambling at a sportsbook can only play profitably if they learn how to accept losses. But few succeed, if you even get that far to achieve a positive ROI.

It is and remains a lost season for Lampard. Frankly, things have only gotten worse since Lampard was appointed, the results are even worse than before, although that is almost unthinkable. I think Chelsea made a mistake in appointing Lampard. It is a Chelsea club icon, but as a player. As a trainer he has little experience and at Everton he has not shown anything great either. If they let Lampard finish the season and look for a replacement in the summer, you can make this Chelsea a strong team. individually they have a lot of good players. Surely you could turn that into a machine in a few months under the right trainer?

A disappointing goalless draw in the top match between Ajax and AZ. It is again a big disappointment from Ajax in particular, although there were good chances for both teams. Ajax is still in 3rd place to qualify for the EL, but they can now really forget the CL because of this draw. PSV also won with great difficulty when visiting Sparta, 0-1. The CL Tickets now certainly seem to go to PSV and Feyenoord, the big loser at the moment seems to be Ajax. Qualifying for the EL is certainly a conceivable scenario for AZ, I can see Ajax losing some points and AZ has a better phase at the moment.

Napoli became champion with great force majeure. Last week the party was temporarily disrupted by Salernitana, but now the title has been earned by a 1-1 against Udinese. And to think that they have played a little less in the last few games, perhaps their way of playing has also cost a lot of energy from players, a large part of those players were not present at the World Cup in Qatar because Italy was missing there, but still . Perhaps this is Napoli the best Italian team in the last 10 years. Only Inter was also very good under Mourinho in 2010, when they also managed to win the CL under the leadership of Wesley Sneijder. You could also compare this Napoli with the Napoli in which Maradona played and they became champions. That, however, was short-lived. Last year, Napoli was also close to it, but it still went wrong.
168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: May 06, 2023, 12:03:44 PM
People all deal with losses in their own way. The term addiction is of course often used, but when exactly is someone addicted? You can't link certain standards to that. Someone who plays with bets of 1 euro and does this for hours every day is also addicted. But someone who loses 100k in a match once a month and does not gamble further, is in principle not addicted? Of course, the aggression is expressed much earlier in someone who loses a lot of money, but that also makes sense. However, many gamblers are only gambling online and if they lose no one will notice that aggression quickly.

Today Manchester City play against Leeds United. Not really a big test I guess. They won't have a problem with that. otherwise unattractive posters for today in the league in England. Normally Liverpool should roll up Brentford at home but this Liverpool is extremely vulnerable. maybe it's time for Klopp to start thinking about his players too. They have achieved many successes over the years and belonged to one of the best teams in the world, but now the English are top and nothing more. They can still qualify for the CL, but it seems more like they have to be content with the EL, which is also quite an achievement considering where they come from. Things have been a little better for Liverpool lately.
170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: May 06, 2023, 11:56:51 AM
Mourinho is one of the most successful coaches of all time. Won the CL with 3 different clusb, not many can do that. In any case, with AS Roma he seems to have a good chance of reaching the final, although they had a lot of luck against Feyenoord by making it 2-1 in the 89th minute. But you often force happiness, I am convinced of that. I think Juventus are the favorites to win this tournament, but if we get AS Roma - Juventus in the final, then on a good day for AS Roma, Mourinho's day could also stand out. It would be something, winning the Conference league last year and now immediately following the EL.
171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale strategy in casinos on: May 06, 2023, 11:54:45 AM
It can still work well, but it is risky. What has also been stated more than once is that after 8 losses in a row you have to bet more than $2000 to win only $1, or at least the starting amount you used to bet. If you do use Martingale, my advice would be to use it at a sportsbook. And another big problem is the limits at the table in Roulette. Sometimes tables have a limit of 1k, you will get through that pretty quickly if you lose about 6 times in a row. And that moment will come when you will lose 6 x in a row. Then your entire strategy immediately falls into the water. Martingale is not the best strategy.
172  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betcrypto.cr |No KYC Casino & Sportsbook| 200% welcome bonus + 100% reload bonus on: May 01, 2023, 06:57:57 PM
I took a cursory look at the site. The good thing is that no KYC is requested. At least that's as advertised in the topic. In terms of content, I find it very inconvenient that as a visitor you have to register yourself before you can see anything from the sportsbook. That is hardly ever the case. I think that a visitor without registration obligations should be able to see the available sports bets, so certainly without registration. Furthermore, it is a relatively new casino. Founded from a company in Costa Rica, that does not have to be a problem, of course, but if a player can choose, he often does not opt for a construction in Costa Rica. I'm curious what the experiences of others will be.
173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 01, 2023, 06:53:33 PM
I still think about Tuchel in Munich. At the moment he is no better than Julian Nagelsmann. I think it looks worse. Of course it is difficult for this short time for Tuchel. He came in at the end of the season with some problems. Tuchel is actually a good coach, but in the Bundesliga he hasn't been able to show that. If he fails to win the Bundesliga, will he be fired?
Julian Nagelsmann had been interested in Chelsea, but he refused. Maybe he will go to Tottenham. I think Julian Nagelsmann's substitution for Tuchel was too hasty.
Tuchel can't be compared to Nagelsmann,  Tuchel is worse,  no better improvement since he became coach of Bayern Munich.  Bayern Munich really miss Nagelsmann because if he was still coach it is sure for Bayern Munich to win champions league and Bundesliga but right now Bayern Munich have no hope.

Tuchel is a man with little charisma, but he knows what it's like to win big prizes. He won the CL final with Chelsea a few years ago. There aren't many coaches who would manage that with that Chelsea team. And the fact that he speaks German is of course also a big advantage. At PSG he has not done badly but not well either. And who else should you appoint as successor at Bayern? The problem at Bayern is that the bar is very high for each coach. It is always expected that good football will be played and that the national title will be won every year without any problems. And the management and supporters also want a significant performance in the CL. And by that you mean at least a semi-final, but that also has to do with the draw. The title this season is not yet certain, a draw somewhere and Dortmund can already be at the top again.
174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: May 01, 2023, 06:47:09 PM
It is not at all certain for Juventus in the league whether they can finish the season without penalty, so if they want certainty to get a CL ticket, the easiest route is to win EL. It is of course not that simple in terms of content, but I think they do have an ideal opponent in Seville. Manchester United could also have been there, I think they would be comparable in terms of level. Juventus is clearly the favorite in the semi-final against Sevilla. At AS Roma - Bayer Leverkusen, AS Roma is also the favorite to continue. But Leverkusen has now put down a nice series in the German league, in which they started very badly. Juventus - AS Roma in the final is certainly not inconceivable, and in the CL it is already certain that we will see 1 Italian team in the final.
175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 01, 2023, 06:44:16 PM
Next week it's that time again and we're going to look at the semi-finals of the CL. The first game is Real Madrid - Manchester City and that is also the most exciting game in my opinion. 2 teams that like to play football and are known for their scoring ability. That said, I thought last year was a bit disappointing in terms of goals. In Manchester it only became 1-0 for Manchester City, and in Madrid it was 0-1 in favor of Manchester until the 90th minute. 3 minutes later it was 2-1, but still, still only 3 goals. I think we will see more goals tomorrow and probably more than 4 goals in 2 matches. Real Madrid are no longer in top form in the league, but in the CL they often have a different level and style of play than in the league. Not very strange either, because in the league they are favorites every game except when they play against Barcelona.

Quote from: Queentoshi
Napoli dropped another point yesterday, everyone was looking out for Napoli to win that game, after scoring an early goal they failed to add to it and salanitana came back to draw the game, Napoli has been finding it difficult to get a result recently, the only luck they are having now is because they where topping the league with good point difference, if not they would have been in serious situation.

I believe, that luck will definitely help Napoli to win this Italian league title because they really deserved that first position, which many teams tried to improve their points to take the position from Napoli but they failed at the end. Napoli really performed well more than Salernitana, despite the match ended up draw 1-1 but Napoli fans celebrated their players for the performance and the early goal they scored to reduced the strength of Salernitana players. I believe, Napoli will maintain that good points till they get to final  battle to use their strength and energy to finish the tournament well to embrace the title and to make their coach happy.

Napoli postponed their championship celebrations for one more week. If they had beaten Salernitana this week, they would have won the league title in their home match and would have given their fans a better gift. They will play away against Udinese next week. If they win that match, they can celebrate their championship. I looked at the statistics, they last won a championship in 1989-90 season. Their supporters have waited for this moment for 33 years. They can wait another week.

Of course it doesn't matter much to Napoli in which way they become champions. After all, she can no longer miss the championship. It will be a big party in Naples next week when the championship is officially in. At least, that's what I'm assuming. It was a great season for Napoli, but there will also be a certain bitter aftertaste because they certainly would have had more opportunities in the CL. Napoli was seen by many as the best team behind Manchester City along with teams such as Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, PSG. But a new national title, again since 1989, can be called a unique achievement. And that title actually came out of the blue, because in recent years they have not been close at all. In that respect it is inexplicable how Napoli has become so good all of a sudden.

Unbelievable what happened yesterday at Anfield Road. Liverpool 3-0 ahead and it became 3-3. Due to a huge blunder in the back of the defense at Tottenham, it eventually became 4-3. But Tottenham has had some bad luck in this game. They have hit the post and crossbar a number of times and have left more good opportunities untapped. This was a game that could easily have ended 5-5. Anyway, it wasn't boring. It will be a race between United and Newcastle for 3rd place, but both have the CL tickets, that's what it's all about. A very welcome victory for Liverpool to see if they can still participate in the EL. Newcastle have played great, if they get even more reinforcements they might compete for the championship next season.
178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 30, 2023, 05:16:06 PM
Didn't think it would be another battle at Liverpool - Tottenham. As already indicated by several people, a 3-0 score after 15 minutes and now with 5 minutes to play (excluding injury time) it is suddenly 3-2. So it could just be 3-3 and I honestly don't rule out that it will be 3-3. That would be indicative of Liverpool, who are playing a mediocre season but could put some order in today with an easy victory, but it still seems to go wrong. Newcastle United disappointed in the first hour, but had more quality today than Southampton. Arsenal may try to keep the pressure on City against Chelsea in the coming days, and that is necessary as City have also won again with a narrow away victory.
179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2022/2023 on: April 30, 2023, 04:51:37 PM
Ronaldo gets all the space in these competitions to score many goals. He also has a few hat tricks to his name. But would that really make him happy? A hat trick against Barcelona will feel very different from a hat trick against the number 8 in the Saudi league if you want to make a comparison. In any case, he makes an incredible amount of money. I can well imagine that football players opt for an adventure in the Middle East. Yet many do come back after a while. Wesley Sneijder also played around here once, I thought in Qatar, I don't know how strong the competition in Saudi Arabia is compared to the other countries in the Middle East. Ronaldo has not been happy lately and there are also a number of supporters who are not happy with him.
180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 30, 2023, 04:39:43 PM
Articles already write that Napoli has missed the chance of the championship. If you read it like that, it seems like they gave away the title, but of course it's not like that. They are not yet champions, but they will be next week. Napoli was in a class of its own this season, and that from game 1. For Juventus, I also don't think it's nice to play football knowing that the investigation is still ongoing and that the 15 points returned can still be taken away at a later time . Those kinds of things also affect the mental state of players, you are under enormous pressure. Fortunately, they still have the EL, in which they can enforce Cl participation themselves if they manage to become champions there. The what are for Italian football, the CL and El both won by an Italian team.
