I joined through a affiliate link and planned to play later in the day but I forgot the password. To change it I am told to sign a signature from my wallet which I never connected to the site.
Have never played and it will not let me create a new account. Have sent two tickets to support with no response. Live support is never on when I check.

That's not correct, please give me the name of your support agent. Also, contact support again or email support@betcoin.tm. We are looking for a forum manager now who can take over daily management of promotions and support, but until this position is filled contacting live chat is the best way. I will say that I did not see your ticket in the support backoffice, but that could be chalked up to a support agent mistakenly closing the ticket and deleting it. As I said, please give the support agent's name (if you remember) so that I can deal with that issue. |

BetCoin.TM has, in the past, paid out both large and small amounts. This time they are not. Don't defend or try to explain away scammy behavior. They deserve to have their reputation tarnished until they choose to do the right thing.
True, they haven't been online since the 12th of March. Users are still waiting for the last Tuesday's cashback, and trying to establish a conversation with their support team never yields good results. I'm guessing they aren't native English, thus leading to a lot of confusion when trying to resolve an issue; I've tried asking when will betcoin come online after which they demanded my username, makes no sense - why do you need my username for such question? My cashback was supposed to be (70% of the bet amount (0.05)) 0.035, and I only received 0.00249 (~$0.90) in my account, their support claimed that's the cashback... not sure what's going on. Yeah that's not right, I don't have your username handy but I'll fix this right now. Sorry for the delay of being online, we've had Gianluca handling things for a while but we'll be back on every day now. |

i hate these fu**ers. They fucked me 3 times this week, then they somehow convince me to play again, and they screw me again. 3 times in one week. this week they owe me now over a bitcoin. sooo grimy

Its best to just avoid them and the signature campaign also. I have only taken part of the freerols, luckily they payd out those without issues but that was a long time ago, maybe they have changed for the worse. Plenty of signature campaigns to choose from. I don't understand this point. "I take part in them giving out several BTC per week in freerolls and they pay that out but they're a scam." The signature campaign paid out and SEVERAL times we gave out bonuses (for us being late, for good quality, etc. etc.). Also we discontinued the signature campaign because it was inducing forum SPAM, which we want no part of. We love this forum, too, and want to keep it a pleasant place. Also... these freerolls weren't a long time ago... they're still happening. So what are you talking about? We pay community members (sometimes late with an apology bonus, but always paid). We have freerolls that pay out quite a bit weekly for us. We settle all disputes on Twitter and Signature campaigns leaving no member disgruntled for more than a few days. There's nothing new about scam threads in the gambling business and I don't see anyone as committed as I am to resolving them as I always do. So let's dispel this notion right away.
