Weekly Update 4/2/2014
Pre-Order Customers:
We are offering 20% off the price of our Prospector card for our Pre-Order customers. We will apply your pre-order payment to your total Prospector card order. You will need to use this voucher code URZSZLUF and have a valid pre-order with us. Should your pre-order amount not cover the total on your order you will need to pay the difference. If there is a balance left we will issue you a voucher for a future purchase. When ordering as a pre-order customer you will need to add the Order ID of the pre-order you want transferred in the comment section of the order.
Datacenter:
The datacenter should be coming on line this week, barring any unforeseen problems. We will be bring up 1 rack at a time. We will have 4 racks in this phase with ~60 TH/s coming on line. We will be adding additional step-down transformers to bring the total up to 100 TH/s after we get the first phase running. The next phase will be to bring the datacenter up to 200 TH/s after the first month of running the first phase.
MSD Investigation:
We are continuing to work with the MSD through our lawyer to bring this to a conclusion is the shortest amount of time as possible.
Sells:
We have shipped our first miners and they have been delivered. We are continuing to get orders and we are continuing to ship miners.
Shares:
Next week I will start transferring shares to CT so our investors can start trading.

Yes, this is the board that we are building 5,000 in April. Bulshit plastered over with more bullshit. You were asked for photos of products being shipped now. You posted a pic of a dev board which you claim you'll be making in April (it's April already, BTW). Buying popcorn in bulk -- can't wait for Bargraphics' objective review. He's "invested" up to the gills in you, ought to be pretty lulzy. Edit: Crop from the pic posted by Bargraphics. Ken is reselling HashFast boards -- the "reference design" story is just that, a story. These boards were made by HashFast, on their production line. Unless the revision stickies are integral to design.  *Ken, you can pick those off with your fingernail, or just plaster over them with "Prospector" stickies for the Pro look. >pro

Ken: Please allow selling hardware and manual pickup. This is important to improve customers confidence after huge shipping delays.
If I were to buy a miner, from a company that had delays (all of them, VMC, BFL, and Avalon), I would demand to physically take delivery and pay cash in-place. Or no deal.
Acquire the retail license you need.

Ken , Please arrange Fast Hash one boards for already pre-ordered costumers . I've been waiting since November , and I have not yet received it . But , if i order today , you will ship the immediately ? I don't think that's fair ken .  I have never ever asked for a refund . I just want my miners now . please..  Yes, we have a reserved a number of boards for our Pre-Order customers. We will ship those out this week. We will be offering all our pre-order customers a 20% discount off of our $1,999 price which is $1,599. Pre-Order customer can use their previous order payment and apply it to the Prospector boards. |

Yes pending the downstepping of the power in the datacenter from 480V to 240V Electricians are working on it now. Hope to be up and running on Friday. |

Not currently, just an out of box normal review. When do you expect the card? Being a shareholder you must have some delivery dates. We are sending the card today Fedex Overnight 3PM delivery. Didnt see an answer to my question, can we drop by Springfield to pickup locally instead of shipping? The stock is not in Springfield; however, we do now have a sale tax license, but we don't have a retail business license, so no we can't sale any out the door. |

Ken, Some advice. Familiarize yourself with Reddit. Posting the $1499 special there would probably help get more visibity. For sure a post on http://www.reddit.com/r/bitcoinmining would be appropriate. You could also post in /r/bitcoinstocks, /r/bitcoin, /r/cryoptocurrency for starters. The people who read this thread are those who already have vested interest in the company. This could help spread the word to potential new buyers. We are building our own boards using hashfast's reference design which we have licensed. We are tooling our own production line, producing the PCB, buying the parts for the board, and having them assembled. Can we see a picture of this production line ? When we say we are tooling our own production line, this is at a contract manufacturing company. |

No, these boards were manufactured by us, using the reference design by hashfast. This is standard procedure in the semiconductor business, AMD had done this for years. I have no doubt it happens in the semiconductor industry but not in the bitcoin mining industry. Difference is that bitcoin mining is a zero sum game and hashfast is now selling their proprietary technology to the competition*. * maybe not competition for hashfast anymore but definitely competition for its customers who have been patiently waiting through months of delays for nothing. This is how it works in the bitcoin mining industry if you want to sell chips. That is what a lot of companies have done before hashfast. i.e. Avalon. |

I've just seen them. We're doing a board design based on the HashFast chip, we aren't using their design and we're definitely not buying boards from them. It's more than a little disconcerting that they're selling boards to AMC/VMC that should have gone to people who ordered back in August or September. We did not buy boards from hashfast, we had our own boards manufactured using hashfast reference design. So, we did not take any boards away from hashfast's pre-order customers. |

Images of products and of our Datacenter being build  Looks pretty HashFasty to me  OMFG, This is exactly hasfast. Rotate the pic 180 degrees. Everything is in the same place. - even the purple orientation markings on the silver capacitors are all aligned in the same way. what a bunch of crooks. P.S. Kenneth Please explain when you are going to give me my refund? (I have only been asking for it for 4 months now) Of course it is, this is our development board from hashfast. Ken has never said that the boards he was selling were his design -- they're HashFast boards. He may be buying chips from HasFast and developing boards also, but the one in the pic ain't it. It's hashFast He said he bought the chips from HashFast but not the boards. We manufactured the boards using their design. |
