Was fürn beschissener , polemischer Artikel Reicht aber aus damit es in den Kommentaren wieder rund geht und sich viele Menschen im „Crypto ist das Böse“ bestärkt fühlen  Ich kann da keine Kommentare sehen, mach ich irgendwas falsch oder sind die verschwunden? I have experienced something similar and it made my life a mess. My lecture was a mess and my activities were also destroyed. Then I looked for ways to do a search on Google. and worse, I also took the drug Estazolam. But after I met my friend who is a doctor, he advised me to stop taking the drug and replace it with sports activities such as a gym or other sports activities.
Until now effective exercise to make our sleep patterns back healthy and I am also grateful that dependence on consuming my sleeping pills has also been lost. Regular exercise can also help improve sleep quality.
Were you just able to stop the sleeping pills cold turkey? That's pretty good btw to replace pills with exercise! |

NSA is going to be recommending the ending of a program that collects information (such as metadata) regarding your phone calls and texts (if you live in the US) They're going to be doing this as they cite that the program is a logistical nightmare to attempt to control, as new laws have been passed by lawmakers to ensure proper privacy compliance They're saying that for the amount of legal compliance necessary to continue the program, it will just be better to shut it down. I personally don't know if this is just a publicity stunt, and the government is just going to continue spying on the American people. Though I do hope this isn't such, and that these programs slowly come to an end as people notice that they really don't do more than invade the lives of innocent Americans. Episode 3 was massively disappointing for me, a 9 year buildup for the white walkers and winter is coming stuff
and he gets one shotted by a 1000 meter jumping ninja Arya, i was expecting something deeper that was just incredibly disappointing and anticlimactic.
And all of those Deus Ex Machina last minute saves of the Main characters was terrible as well too much cliché for my taste, game of thrones isn't what it once was...

So unfassbar lächerlich wie die letzte Folge war , besonders das mit dem Nachtkönig und Hollywoodmäßigen unantasbarkeit der Hauptcharaktere , glaube ich durchaus dass das ganze ziemlich klischeehaft irgendwie happyend mäßig enden wird. Seit die Sendung nicht mehr auf den Büchern basiert ist sie meinermeinung nach enorm in der Qualität gesunken, sehr schade dass der Dicke George sich soviel Zeit beim Bücher schreiben lässt |

I am not here to criticize anyone or bash them for being honest and doing what they are actually here for. I have been seeing a lot of post by senior members criticizing newbies for taking part in bounty campaigns or airdrops. Lets get real here, eventually we all are here to earn somehow, through our respective ways of course so what's the point of pinpointing newbies? if they are doing it after doing proper research good for them and even if they are not doing it with some research and get to know that it's some scam that's even better for them because this is how some people learn. Accept their ways and most importantly respect them as well. No offence.
Most criticism of those users i've seen has been because of very very low quality posts and or just straight up stealing other posts also google translate spam in subforums, why would i criticize somebody because he's a newbie. The people i've mentioned should get criticized and also a lot of them deserve to get banned |

if you only think that your health is fine you should get your blood work done by a doctor A healthy diet and enough exercise is also elementary for keeping your body and mind in shape! there are a lot of factors that could attribute to your tiredness , like i've told the OP you should get your blood work done!
