first we need to solve the "stuck on novaexchange timereum" issue. maybe like freo said Just a suggestion, but wouldn't it be better to get Nova users to send through read-only api keys so you can check balances rather than having to login as them? Would be easier all around and safer I would think.

As NovaExchange has not initiated plans to work with the developers to remove this TME, the developers have chosen an alternative option. The process of recovering TME in NovaExchange is not ideal, but we are dedicated to helping those who purhased TME turn their holdings into EXOR, which they may then turn into ELIX. Note: If NovaExchange opens withdrawals or deposits, the developers will not be able to move forward with this plan but will consider alternative possibilities. To recover TME you have stuck in NovaExchange: 1. Move all digital assets except your TME out of your NovaExchange account. There will be some gas costs, but this step is optional. It is meant to eliminate trust throughout the process. 2. Change your email if you wish to protect your privacy. 3. Create and set a temporary password for your account. Email elixirtoken@gmail.com with the following information: 1. Your NovaExchange username and temporary password. 2. The address to which you would like an equal amount of EXOR credited. This should be a personal wallet, not an exchange wallet. If you use an exchange wallet, you will not be able to access your EXOR. We will then email back with a request #, which will be used to organize this process. Afer the removal of TME from NovaExchange (scheduled for September 30th), the developers will credit the addresses specified with EXOR. Please be patient regarding email commmunications as we expect to receive many claims. Addresses will be credited after the delisting of TME to make sure the process goes smoothly. Hi dev,thanks to the team update, this is a very good solution, hope the project all the good,i will try to advertise this project in China!  good to see you are taking this problem in hand, it's such a shame novaexhcnage didn't cooperate Yup thank you dev for doing this even though it will take a lot of time this should give users a lot of trust. and it doesn't seem like novaexchange doesn't want to cooperate but that they are just not technologically gifted enough to fix this |

i have been waiting for more than 1 week for an answer to where should i apply for a review if banned for suspicious activity
me too It's driving me crazy coz dont get any reply Have you guys gone to the official forums and contacted within support threads? They don't answer ban questions here, everything is done thru their official forums, which is a good place to follow and there is quite a bit going on there too. they don't seem to answer questions on the deeponion forum either but granted the list of questions and messages must be pretty long atm |

Updates:
1. The new logo will be ready within 36 hours.
2. Another software engineer is joining the project.
3. The website is still under construction. This will take some time.
4. NovaExchange has ceased responding and has not taken any initiative regarding TME. Therefore, the developers are looking into whether having TME holders remove all other assets from their Nova account (to eliminate trust throughout the process), change their email for privacy, and create a temporary password so the developers can log in, check the TME balance, and then credit an address specified with EXOR. This may seem like a tedious process, but it is important for people who have large amounts of TME, or who simply want to have their ELIX.

thanks for the update is this from the ELIX telegram group? The dev is pretty professional it's nice to hear that a professional logo will be ready in 36 hours already and another coder is good too regarding point 4. it really does seem like a very tedious process but if it will be necessary and the dev is willing to do that ,then i think that this could be a decent solution for a big issue |

2.5 seconds after the time I think the snapshot may have happened I moved my coins. Will I still get the handout that I really think I totally deserve for doing nothing? Why the hell do you guys have to move your coins around so much? WTF? You cannot just wait a few hours or even a whole frickin day or two to move your coins? What on Earth is so damn important that you have to move them as soon as possible? Completely agree with you. As for the reason for moving.... Those people waiting on their welfare check (free handout) are moving them to an exchange to dump them so they can afford to pay rent, but not first without complaining about it. Next? People will ask simply for cash instead of bytes and demand instant payment. 'Byteball should simply give me my handouts in cash deposited directly to my bank account.' Right? lol, that's spot on , instead of being grateful for the "free money" they keep trying to find something to complain about, but i think that's just in the human nature of almost everybody. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth And in my opinion byteball is doing an amazing job with this airdrop! |
