Based on your TA, what is your buy back in price? I have a few BTC loaded and ready to pick up some (hopefully) <0.02 DRKs.
LoL ! If only I knew. It might not go down much at all from here - I might not get a chance to buy back in and I'm prepared to loose out considerably on the next rise. On the other hand, if it does, it looks to me like the resistance is at 19, 15 and 10. I really don't see it going below 15 at an absolute minimum and it may just hover around 19 while a bit of profit taking goes on. As I say, I left quite a bit in there because I'd like to be able to sleep at night either way and eat dinner with my family without crashing out to check the DRK price every 10 minutes and them thinking I need 'treatment'  you dont have to crash out to check: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/coin-ticker-bitcoin-litecoin/id636476147?mt=8best ios app, supporting all major exchanges, tons of coins, your portfolio. I use it every 5 min when i m on the road is there android version? I m sure there are similar apps out there, just search "coin ticker", "altcoin ticker", "bitcoin ticker" on play store and it will show many results. Be cautious and read reviews, maybe you ll encounter malware hidden in the apps that could use your phone/tablet as a miner. I use darkcoin widget just type darkcoin in the app store. I use Bitcoin Checker. You can choose your market (Mintpal, Cryptsy, Bitstamp, etc.) and choose the currency (DRK, other, other, etc.) +1 for bitcoin checker. I was using crypto X before but this is soo much better |

nice one! but i dont expect us to go over 240 anytime soon. the 14th deadline is coming and after the last desaster the market wants to see a working RC3/hard fork before gettin serious.
justmy2darks This is my thinking too after the Bitfinex launch didn't push the price up as high as I anticipated. I have to disagree. Logically you both are completely correct. But most people are rarely logical. They're stupid. A few days before RC3 you're going to start seeing spikes from panic buys and it's going to intensify until, id guess, 24-ish hours before the RC3 release. Then everyone is going to hold their breath. |

Anyway let me get this straight it was the mixing pattern that you spotted and could follow back from there right? Yes. when open sourced, no matter how many txs are in. +foward/at least 4 confirm + backward If it's the mixing pattern that let you connect the dots then wouldn't it be pretty easy to code a tool to scan the blockchain and mark potential links for review? (if there was a reason someone would be looking for a paticular transaction that is) |

People in the XC thread don't want to listen. I tried to warn them about stuck blocks, all i got back was whining about it being just my problem. Couple pages later multiple wallet updates to fix a stuck block issue. Tried to warn them about a possible fork? Nope, guess that was just fud. Couple pages later "hey, there was a small fork..." Fools just don't want to listen when someone tries to help them. |

A bit OT. What would be the best graphics card to mine DRK coin? There is a huge debate on Nvidia beating the Shit out of AMD recently. I was seriously thinking of getting an AMD, but now i am having second thoughts. In your opinion what would be the best graphics card to mine DRK (an indication of the hash rates would be the icing on the cake)? I am on a bit of a budget, so i am looking at graphics cards below $150 at this stage, but if the indicated hash rate is very high for some of the others, i may consider! The PSU on my system is 300W, so it will have to be a card that i can use without having to change over the PSU.

They froze XC so they are fixing whatever their issue might be Aye, but if you have your polo addy saved and didnt know... Like i said it's a fair warning. Losing coins in a fork sucks a lot. |

Can anyone trustyworthy vouch for whether the original "evidence" of Bitfinex intending to add DRK ever existed in the first place?
I took this earlier today inside my account ( which was very recently opened because of the initial dark rumors) This hasn't been posted anywhere else, not a recycled shot I'm looking for a confirmation from someone who's neutral on the matter. Someone who's been using Bitfinex for a while and isn't invested in DRK. Fair enough. |

The whole bitfenix thing has me scratching my head. I can see a screwup offering a glimpse of dark being added once. But a second screwup in a different place..
I dont know. It obviously something they are, at the very least, taking under serious consideration. But these sneak peeks... once is an accident, twice though.

Offering money for 0.2 % percent is not worth it if your funds can lose 10 % because of a DRK crash.
It's even worse if you're lending BTC. A 10% loss would take out multiple years worth of interest.  Weird..because I remember Litecoin crashed from $50 to $30, and from $30 to 10........ That's more than 70% value lost... I also remember Bitcoin crashed from $1200 to $400.... But what I remember most, is Darkcoin went from $0.70 to $15, and we're still in the beginning... You guys in this thread are Beyond hyptocritical. We're not talking about value lost, we're talking about actual USD or BTC lost. As in, I lend out 10 BTC to margin traders and only get 9 BTC back due to forced liquidation going awry. In that case I've lost 10% of my lent funds, regardless of what the price of BTC does in the meantime. Anyone feel like we're being brigaded by the Darkcoin folks? This whole thing smells like a plot cooked up by DRK holders to pump up the price.
