With regards to the money laundering and the money laundering control act..


Doesn't the fact that the, us gov't anyway, regards crypto as "property" and not a "currency" make the money laundering laws inapplicable?  Or at the
very least difficult enough that there wouldn't be much worth in trying to charge masternode operators in any case?

Im not seeing any news for this.  Where did you see it?

As many a wise man has said...  follow the money.

Lots of it moving around and hasn't settled yet.  Could land on dark, could land somewhere else...   


But my moneys (literally) on dark for it in the next day or two.

Whenever a coin (or anything else for that matter) has deliberate misinformation about competing coins, generally an indication of just trying to make a buck.  Combines
all the latest trends.. anon, pow -> pos hybrid and now mixing in airdrop.  And the anon is a "short term project"...  Smells like the same ole same ole from here, but time will tell..

I know mindfox best from his work on Version (coin).  While the coin failed, Mindfox held the dev's hand through all the issues the coin had with the wallet up until the dev bailed
completely. he knew his stuff and patiently worked through a lot issues just because he wanted to help a struggling coin.



Edit: He was also the dev that finally fixed XBCs trainwreck of a wallet.

I'd suggest 3 seperate devs, personally.  Maybe Maxwell, Mindfox and..  i dont know a good 3rd.  But comparing and contrasting 3 peoples opinions is better all around that using 1 persons as
gospel.  Let's face it... maxwell is predisposed to be negative about dark.  He's going to pick every nit.  To be honest i can't see him saying anything positive about dark no matter what.  He's made his feelings clear and he won't want his name attached to dark if he says anything positive.  The best dark can expect from maxwell will be a completely neutral review no matter what.
