Okay lagging didn't work two way street.If you have a poor internet connection ,there's nothing much a casino could do since the amount of clicks you sent in te lag period might actually would have counted in the backend giving you correct results.Its common that people tend to repeat clicking in the lag period.Im still wondering what possible solution an admin can provide.Is it only your or happened to multiple players ?

For now SwC Poker is Windows Only. In the future we will provide an HTML5 client. Android development continues and is expected this summer. We have deployed resources to fix bugs and develop new clients. Betbase code has been recently sold to "DogeDigital". We are giving him rights to the code and we won't be able to sell it to anyone else.
Betbase project is officialy over. Users have 1 week to withdraw their money. Casino owners can use moneypot api to run their sites.

What isn't mentioned is that this 'change' was a removal of a person with server access because of their own personal concerns of harassment.
If another member was 'added' for server access, we would make that information available.
I absolutely agree in this sense that it should be known in that case, but it does not apply to the situation that JPR is upset about.
We and other respected members of this community believe there's a huge difference.

I mean... it's quite obvious it's a stolen script and that you have no association with it.
I thought the aim would be to prevent users from buying it and giving them exposure, but if you think the reward of further separating yourself is worth the risk of basically advertising it for more people buying it... I guess that's your choice.

Do you have an ETA for fixing the bug that's causing cash games to be overraked? If a player leaves the table before a hand is complete, that player's contribution to the pot disappears and goes to the house instead of to the winner, which is effectively overraking all cash tables (and depending on the stakes, sometimes by quite a lot) and giving players a disincentive to play ring games.
I appreciate that resources are being deployed to making the website multilingual, but I would like to see some of the more serious issues solved before new, superficial features are added. In the era of Google Translate, I doubt that the lack of a multilingual website is preventing non-English speaking players from using SWC.
Is there any plan in place to compensate players that lost money as a result of being in overraked hands or an estimate of how many bitcoins have been diverted to the house as a result of this bug?
Thank you for the well written post. We are deploying a fix to this bug with our next restart. We had thought to have fixed this, but after a subsequent patch was applied it seems to have come back. We will preform a full audit and deposit chips automatically to player accounts that were affected. Note that this is a rare issue, as most players finish the hand while still active. Can you fix an issue where everytime I minimize the main client window, it freezes and causes a reboot/disconnect. |
