For what it's worth, I wrote to BTER support, and they replied saying that the WILL be returning alt coins.  No timeline given, and no way to say if they will actually follow through.

not trying to slight XCR here, but.... the really frustrating part is that the crooks behind this mess probably couldn't care less about the XCR in the BTER wallets.  but despite that, those balances (along with a ton of other lower market cap alts) could be gone forever even though they aren't actually "stolen."  just abandoned wallets.

yeah it really sucks.  i bought 10BTC worth at the ICO. 

my own fault for never moving them off the exchange.

keep us updated.  maybe there will be a miracle and folks like me can recover our coins.
