161  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-11] Fujitsu and 3 largest banks are developing a money transfer system on: October 11, 2017, 03:17:52 PM
Good luck to them... but i still "don't understand" how they will secure his network, if this is like blockchain technology they have will have several problems because there will be always people with more hash rate that them so... i'm sure that they call it something like blockchain technology but in the end it will have nothing to do with it...
162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN AS PAYMENT FOR ONLINE GAMES on: October 11, 2017, 11:05:58 AM
Not only for online games, should be used for everything, i hope that steam platform is not the only one that start accepting it, btw better than bitcoin as payment for online games, why not online games that pay in satoshis? xD, you know, you kill one "mob" and you get 1 satoshi, farm guys will be there 24/7 Tongue
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fork Naming Convention on: October 10, 2017, 10:47:14 AM
To preempt seemingly inevitable bitcoin forks, I suggest Bitcoin adopt a naming convention so that we don't have Bitcoin Diamond, Bitcoin Platinum and Bitcoin Pearl just out there without a tether.  I suggest that we adopt the following simple naming convention for forks: BITCOIN-DD-MM-YY. In this way there can be a common name as well as a standardized name as all these iterations continue to develop and work independently and cooperatively.

Thoughts? (Especially from those who decide)

I don't understand the sense about your statement, we already have a name convention, Bitcoin and the rest... so why we will need to "tangle this up" even more? even if there will be 10k of forks, things will be always clear, as i said, bitcoin and the rest....so i don't see the needed on doing it.
164  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-10] Don’t Fear Forks, There’s Only One Bitcoin on: October 10, 2017, 09:52:26 AM
Some days ago one friend of mine told me "i hope that there will be more bitcoin hard forks this year, free money for all..." and he was in truth, people will not lose his faith on bitcoin, so there is no problem with all those hard forks, not at least on the faith side. The only one thing that "scared" me is the way that bitcoin devs could take with time....

...I suppose people have learnt enough about forks and got some experience...

That's one of the keys, the experience that people is taken over the time, maybe someday we'll look back into the past with nostalgia about hard forks? Tongue
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Are Now Used in Crimes on: October 10, 2017, 09:23:41 AM
Well i must agree that with bitcoin criminals have a better payment method for his purpose, but it does not mean that thanks to bitcoin there will be more crimes.

I have seen it and it is true.
Illegal weapons are the most of the trade. They will use bitcoin to avoid being traced and it works fine for them.
Now that bitcoin price is huge. It will be more easy for them to transact.

Before made a transaction there must be a product and a logistic to trade it, why bitcoin should be the main problem on it?, no, bitcoin does not help to catch criminals, ofc, but is not the problem for sure...
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins dumping with Bitcoin fork coming up? on: October 09, 2017, 11:32:57 AM
Well is not something rare that when bitcoin price goes up Alts goes down but i must agree that those news about next bitcoin fork could have impact over it, people learn how things works and they are aware of it and want to take some advantage.

While this happen HODL your alts is not a bad idea but there will be always people who will fall into "panic" and sell it Tongue
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another hard fork coming in October. New Bitcoin name is "Bitcoin Gold" on: October 09, 2017, 10:18:39 AM
So, if i have BTC after the fork i will receive free BTG? Right?

like happen some weeks ago, something like this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2017191.0 , so yes, in the end this is free BTG for all, just be 100% that you follow tips on that thread.

I predict that people will dump his BTG so faster Tongue

...People should have more faith in bitcoin...

Agree but you know... people are impatient... let's hope that bitcoin devs could  bring us to the table a good bitcoin who solved the current problems in a good way...
168  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you expect a crash soon ? Or you see bitcoin keep climbing ? on: October 09, 2017, 09:59:11 AM
Bitcoin crash soon? so we will have to sum one more to this thread xD, Nah IMHO i don't think that bitcoin will "crash", soon or on the next years, obviously everything could happen....

I'm really interested on see the next movements on bitcoin like LN, lets see if everything goes "well", i'm not sure about the devs "way".... but if everything goes well, be 100% sure that bitcoin will climb.
169  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-06] Over 10 000 people want BTC and LTC payments in Amazon on: October 07, 2017, 11:36:53 AM
... People aren't willing to spend their coins, knowing that they potentially might end up seeing the price shoot up significantly -- this is the main obstacle for people to not spend anything...

I must agree with you at this point, the majority of crypto-guys are just holders, so the desired effect by these companies may not be what they are looking for, but in the end is free publicity for bitcoin, so why not?

If you really want to start buying items online with bitcoin, use Openbazaar. I heard version 2 is good.

Yes Openbazaar is really interesting, but IMHO is on a very early stage yet, maybe with time....

170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM's on: October 07, 2017, 11:00:34 AM
Country after country is installing a btc atm , for exemple my country has 3 on the capital and another 3 spreads on the rest of the country and is not a big one.

Well yes, but the main problem is that at the moment there is more demand than ATM's, ofc services like localbitcoins help a lot but is not enough at least in my own case, is not the first time that i want to convert my bitcoins into cash and i can't do it as fast as needed... Let's hope that with time i will have not this problem anymore...
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: alternative bitcoin on: October 05, 2017, 06:46:57 PM
Well there is some tricks that you should check before invest on it, like who are the developers, how old is the alt coin, what is the current coin market and how have been doing with it since the coin start, you know, you must asking to yourself things like that, btw, don't forget that there will not be nothing like bitcoin Wink

In the end nobody could tell you what's the best alternative, you must research by yourself.
172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: October 05, 2017, 06:31:00 PM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

Well i must agree that money sitting on the bank is for nothing, unless you have a big % interest on it which i doubt... but i will never suggest you to put all your eggs into one basket... on the other hand and IMHO bitcoin has been the best investment on last years and will continue so... don't forget that if you never take the risk you will never win Tongue
173  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-05] Will the new banking cryptocurrency replace Bitcoin? on: October 05, 2017, 06:24:22 PM

Will the new banking cryptocurrency replace Bitcoin?

No, also if they finally want to made something similar to the blockchain they will fail, because the power of the blockchain is the hashrate behind it, how could they replicate and secure it?. i'm pretty sure that his final idea will have nothing to do with the current blockchain...

They forgot that people want the freedom that bitcoin is giving to us and that's exactly what they don't want...
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin is the next big thing? on: October 04, 2017, 12:59:54 PM
Bigger or as big as bitcoin is ATM? none of them, but for sure there will be lot of Alts that will become bigger than they are now, because people and the "system" will need it, more than they are now.

Mono or Dash and only a few of them have huge potential but they will not bet on them now, even if they are have a good market cap now.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN CASH is probably DYING on: October 04, 2017, 12:39:43 PM
It was always clear to me that BCash would never get anywhere, but I was too lazy to dump it, so I hope it pumps one last time before the final death, because i don't want to make small gains off this. If they are going to attack us with hardforks, at least we can get good gains with it, so im hoping Roger Ver and Jihad Wu pump the shitcoin one last time then I will dump it hard.

Haha, you, like so many people apply the same strategic Wink but don't worry i'm pretty sure that there will be some pump time to time, so people will have more opportunities to dump his coins faster than the speed of light xD, anyway and from my point of view this coin will have no future, looking on who are behind the scenes made me think that, R. Ver and J. Wu....who the hell still believe on those guys?
176  Other / Politics & Society / Re: do you think that corruption can be deleted totally in your country? on: October 04, 2017, 11:51:26 AM
if you don't think so, can you explain how to solve that problem? at least it starts from your selves?

No, Because when you kick one of them, the one that come bring the same problem; Dont forget that to be a politic, you need to be a liar too, yes that's what i think, you can't please everybody... so to be a politics they need to lie yes or yes.

A simply solution, the evolution on the human race where people are not greedy and everybody have the same objectives, at this point we will not need politics, just leaders, ofc this will not happen...
177  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-02] Jamie Dimon's comments on bitcoin miss its potential value on: October 04, 2017, 11:35:25 AM
Banks are scared about bitcoin because it can beat them, thats it. They are trying to FUD and destroy btc before btc destroy them.

that's what they want to let people think about it, but the truth is that they already jump into the game, all those misinformation and FUD about bitcoin only made them take his advantage over the rest, while people are thinking that bitcoin has no future, they are investing more and more time, effort and money in the shadows... Wink ATM the current situation is perfect for all of them, i mean cheap bitcoins and not so many people around... just look what JPMorgan did....
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XMG] MAGI | CPU mining | mPoW | mPoS | [MagiPay] on: October 03, 2017, 11:22:11 AM
From the OP its said "v1.4.3 - (08/25/2018)" someone need to fix the year Wink On 2018 we will be on v8.5!!! xD

Price is rising slowly and looks stable.

Thats the key, is much more better than biggers pumps, you know.... this only bring a big dump... Tongue

Do you think billionaires invest in BTC?

Billionaires are billionaires because they invest his money into good assets, can you bring to the table a better asset than bitcoin at the moment? Tongue

People seems to trend to subestimate rich people, ofc they are already jump into this "train" long time ago, also don't forget that the current "timing" is perfect for all of them, i mean that is not regulated, not "very popular" and could made a huge profit now, so... is perfect.
180  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2-17-09-29] Russia may prohibit the use of cryptocurrencies! on: October 03, 2017, 09:35:17 AM
...I am predicting that eventually Russia will somehow recognize Bitcoin and some other cryptocurrencies ...

Not only Russia, all countries will end on this statement, right now they are playing with all those decisions and looking sideways about what are doing his neighbours, but they will end in accepting it, simply because they can't reproduce the amount of hash needed to secure a new network, if you think on it carefully, the use of bitcoin could bring to them more "control" over us...
