You still haven't answered that one yet. You were online for quite a few days, both on this forum (logged in) & at miningrigrentals especially, renting rigs while everyone was trying to find pout what was going on. Your admin knew this but continued to lie to your miners. You also go on about transparency - but you still have not divulged to anyone about how the fixing of the draw happened, or what was done about it or what action was taken.

This thread was moved from the pools thread to the scam thread by moderators. I posted it in the pools thread in the hope that the people involved would see sense & try and explain their actions instead of continuing to ignore every question. They didn't. This will be the last post.


OK, it has become clear that sobr, the owner of BAN (BitcoinAffiliateNetwork) mining pool has absolutely no intention of showing his face on this thread to challenge the allegations of many S3 winners being fake accounts owned by the pool, fake photos being uploaded by his admin (ThePhwner), lies told to everyone by Phwner as to s0brs whereabouts when he supposedly "disappeared" or the insulting & threatening behavior by the admin including via PM to users who asked questions or needed help, some examples of which I will list below. I and other forum members asked s0br time and time again for answers & explanations, but were constantly either ignored or told by Phwner or his shills that "s0br has already answered that", when in fact the only answers we had got were "it's already been answered" - even though none had! A vicious circle. Those questions were:

1)  Does it not concern you that the pool admin, employed by you, uploads fake pictures claiming them to be a delivered unit when it obviously wasn't? If not, why not? And why would he do that?

3)  Why have you shipped much less than a third of the miners you promised you would since the beginning of your promotion over a month & a half ago?

4)  Why do you continue to advertise your promotion in your pool thread header, knowing that it is completely false/finished.

5)  You claim to be a transparent pool, but you consistently refuse to answer any  questions that have been asked on multiple occasions by multiple members regarding your "promotion". Why? What has happened to that transparency?

6)  There is only one possible source from where the fake posters with fake pics of fake "delivered miners won" come from & why. Either you address & discuss the concerns of the members here, or forever be known as a liar, faker & con-artist that you are shown to be by the overwhelming evidence available on this thread. Until you do so, like any half decent pool operator would, I'm sure the scam accusations will continue for the foreseeable future - it's entirely up to you weather that happens or not though. Answer the questions & clear your name, preferably with evidence, or don't.

There came a point when I managed to catch s0br online - so asked him face to face to answer the questions one at a time, so as to make everything completely clear and transparent for everyone to see:



So, despite what the BAN shills will have you believe, s0br has been anything but transparent, refusing to answer even a single question either on the forum or "face to face" as it were. Shortly after disappearing s0br began deleting as much evidence from his thread as he could of the fake winners, refusal to answer questions, etc before looking his own pool thread - hardly the acts of a transparent, innocent man.

With regards to his admin for the pool, Phawner. Here are the two pictures he uploaded of, what he claimed, were the same miner he "won":

This is one of many abusive messages Phwner sent to many users on the thread who either asked for help or simply asked questions he didn't like, as can be seen from his posts that haven't been deleted from the BAN thread or the beginning of this thread. Then there is also this:



where Phwner said s0br was offline due to weather issues at the exact same time - only he wasn't, he was online for everyone to see, just hiding from everyone over the fixed S3 draw scam. Not the best liar that Phwner bloke.......

I don't want to drag this write-up on, It's taken me hours to find various deleted posts, and I'm pretty sure that anyone who reads through what is left of the BAN thread will be able to see that there is/was something shady going on with s0br, Phwner, their multiple aliases & the whole S3 "giveaway every day" debacle. I am also not saying that nobody got their S3's, many did after the first draw was made and the cat was let out the bag when questions were asked. Everything is there in whats left of the BAN thread & here for everyone to see - and that is that the whole BAN setup is operated by liars who devised a scam promotion in order to attract more unsuspecting users to their pool under the false impression that they have a chance of winning an S3 miner every day for a month, where as in fact the miners were never going to leave their pool, only be awarded to fake users, and people who either worked for the pool or promoted it in some way by either trolling other pools in an effort to discredit them, or act as shills to jump on anyone who asked too many questions about the promotion - some of whom have shown themselves here on this very thread, as I was sure they would. All these and more allegations/questions were made openly on the BAN thread by me and others, but were continuously ignored or hijacked - hence this thread and the mess that s0br has found himself in, unable and unwilling to answer a single question for fear of being exposed as even more of a SCAMMER than he and his sidekick sockpuppets already are.

S0BR, PHWNER & THEIR SOCKPUPPETS HAVE LIED, TRICKED AND SHORT CHANGED EVERY MEMBER OF THIS FORUM, LET ALONE THE MINERS ON BITCOINAFFILIATENETWORK. THEY HAVE GIVEN POOL OPERATORS A BAD NAME, INSULTED USERS AND DEVISED A PLAN TO CON MINERS INTO MINING AT THEIR POOL OUT OF PURE GREED, WITH NO RESPECT FOR THE COMMUNITY, MINERS, POOL OPERATORS OR BITCOIN IN GENERAL. S0BR, BY NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO DEFEND HIS ACTIONS OR EXPLAIN THEM IN ANY WAY, HAS ADMITTED HIS GUILT AND SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF HIS UNTRUSTWORTHYNESS AND DISHONEST ACTIONS TOWARDS THE COMMUNITY. I URGE EVERYONE TO THINK VERY, VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING INTO ANY AGREEMENT WITH HIM AND HIS ALIASES WITH REGARDS TO MONEY, BTC, MINING OR ANYTHING ELSE - THEY AND BAN ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

I can confirm that fire000 is a BAN shill, of which I referred to earlier in this thread. I did wonder how long it would be before he showed up. He has been asked to leave at least one pool thread that I'm aware of at least twice, as well as been reported to moderators by various people I believe. I will not say here which pool he was trolling for BAN, but I'm sure someone can confirm if required. He has been ignored for some time now 

Oh, he was also a "winner" too.

@ Phaker:  You seem to have changed your tune - from abusive, insulting & threatening, to excuse making for s0br. It would have been far easier if you had posted something similar from the beginning. I have also made it clear to you and everyone here on several occasions that this post was moved to the scam accusation thread from the pools thread by a moderator - not me. You will know when I make an official scam accusation, for now, I'm giving s0br one final chance to explain his and your actions before doing so - I'm being generous. Unfortunately, as most of the questions for s0br are regarding your conduct, lies, insults & fake pictures - conversing with you about them would be pointless, as was proven on the BAN thread, and is why we are in the situation we are in now. You don't need to post here, s0br does.

If s0br has still not responded within a couple of hours, and as most of the shills have revealed themselves, I will create a new, moderated thread for s0br listing the reasons for it and repeating the various questions I and others have asked repeatedly. His lack of response is, by itself, an admission of guilt - not to mention the deleting of posts, closing of his own pool thread, changing of the thread header etc etc.

I have to go for a while, but will check in later to see if s0br has responded.

The proof is all in the BAN thread, including the two pics that Phawner uploaded claiming them to be the same miner he "won" - even though they were pictures of two completely different units with completely different labels on them, which was pointed out the very moment he did it. That's if s0br didn't delete them of course, but everything is mirrored. The brand new & fake accounts belonging to the "winners" are also freely viewable......or were, I haven't checked today.....

As I have stated before, this post was moved to the scam thread by a moderator. I was hoping to get s0br to finally answer the questions I and others have asked repeatedly, but it seems the admin & his shills would rather post childish pictures or obscenities instead. I don't want to lock this thread and start a moderated thread for s0br only just yet, as there are still a couple more shills to show their faces, but if I can't get a single bit of sense out of the pool admin - I might have to do it sooner rather than later.

I expected better from a pool operator & his admin, and am a little disappointed that they have chosen the childish route instead of making an effort to clear their names - it gives other good, honest & hard working pool operators a bad name, as well as Bitcoin in general.
