I'll give you $4,000 for both of them. Payment in bitcoin or litecoin... of course you ship first or we use escrow... you pay fees (1-3%), I pay shipping to the US.
Thanks, Andrew

Hey guys, Alpha-tech just delayed shipment till September and announced an equity sharing program for miners where they will be giving away 30% of their company to batch 1 participants. I have no interest in shares and would rather buy some sha256 rigs at this point. As such I am asking for 1.482 bitcoin for these two pre-orders. I want to sell them both together. The 1.482 bitcoin is what I calculated these will make with 6.6% difficulty increases after 80 days. The mining start date in my calcs is 60 days so it includes a good bit of network growth before they start mining. See the screen shots for the calculations. All offers considered. price in bitcoin or litecoin equivalent... escrow is paid by you if needed. The process is really simple to switch the accounts over. These have 30% paid down which cost roughly $3500 in january when ordered. Basically you are getting about $2700 off the pre-order. Remaining 70% must still be paid. Thanks, Andrew

Then sell them on ebay...

I'm saying that i have had no luck with reflowing these cards. Even cards that are only artifacting. Reballing the bga is probably your best bet but I don't have the setup for that.

I've repaired all kinds of cards... Anything in the 7000 series or R9 series are almost impossible. It is my opinion that these cards have to be professionally IR soldered for most repairs of the BGA. Now surface mount chips may be doable. Not saying don't try... ... just saying I haven't had luck.

I'll post my suggestion to alpha tech here as their forum is down for maintenance right now:
I have a suggestion, and I really think it is a workable solution... In fact in may be the only way you will keep customers around long enough to pay the final deposit...
With all of the scrypt asics that have already made it to market.... why not use any remaining deposit money plus some of your financing to buy some of the 28nm innosilicon miners. With enough buying power you could probably get a good price on them. Host them and give us the hash rate until you are able to ship the vipers. I'd pay my full order price (2x 250mh/s and 2x 50mh/s) if you could get me half that hash rate as I wait for my vipers and after you ship... you have a large farm of hardware to mine with, sell, or sell the hash rate.
Honestly, as long as you showed a detailed business plan with total funds, the bulk pricing you can get on miners, and solid dates on when it will be up and running you could probably get a majority of the people still holding out on the 70% to pay but you have to give us more detailed updates than the last couple. As for the business plan for cloud hashing it better be something (quality wise) you'd take to your bank and expect a loan from.
Anyway, I have my fingers crossed for you guys. Andrew

Haha,
That is the shit-iest instruction manual/documentation I've ever seen. That took 10 minutes to throw together including the dummied out html.
I was giving them until the end of the month to show something... But this is fucking disappointing.
They would've been much better off telling everyone about the tape out problems a month ago.
Not hurting anyone... If you feel it is so low why don't you post a better price you'd pay. This is how markets are made.

Since you are not getting a lot of bites I'll bid 5 btc shipped to North Carolina. In a couple weeks when the rally starts and bitcoin jumps over $1000 a piece you'll have your asking price.
Or the price of bitcoin will go up to $1000 and get close to your asking price ... Just figured I'd place a bid since I didn't see anything from anyone else.
I bid 5btc... shipped to North Carolina... escrow through DannyHamilton.
Thanks, Andrew

I have to agree... that 52mh/s miner will be unprofitable to run in 60 days.... Isn't that crazy?... Not sure if this one will ever break even either though.
I'll do .5btc plus shipping to North Carolina.
.5btc without PSU shipped to North Carolina, USA. I don't know if its feasible... But I shipped a large flat rate box from USA to AUS a year ago for $70... got there within 5 days too!
Thanks, Andrew

We could work out a deal where I host it for ya... Basically something where I pay the remaining... and you get $610(current bitcoin price)/$9350 % profit each month. I'd need full control of the account and everything but I can give you references and we could draw up a contract and have a verbal agreement over the phone.
Let me know if this would interest you.
You really want to spend 5 btc for one of these?... Serious question?
I'll bid 5.7btc with escrow.
I'll take the xbox... shipped to NC... you ship first... I pay you when I get it . PM me if interested Thanks, Andrew
