There was an error a while back with one of our popular rounds on our website that should have been listed as pre-order, however they were listed as in stock for a short period of time. There have been a few delays with those orders and we've continued to have delays due to inclement weather at the beginning of last week. I contacted you via your email on Friday Dec 13th and still have not received a reply. I am experiencing the same issue. I placed an order on Dec 5th, received an email telling me my order had shipped on Dec 10th. Still no updated on tracking, when I sent a support ticket asking what the hold up was I received this:

Where did you send us an email? All emails processed through our contact page and support@amagimetals.com have been answered with the exception of a few emails from last night.

She said that my order should be here by Sat and that you are all backed up in the shipping facility due to heavy volume of pre-orders that where placed before my order.  That is exactly what type of explanation I looking for. Edit: I called them, and told them I was missing the 10 coins. She said the would check the videos first but should have the 10 coins shipped out next week.

I will update this as soon as they get back to me or I get a tracking number.

I personally will be watching the resolution of this, I was contemplating an order and after I read this I decided to wait. If this is resolved professionally in a quick manner then I will go ahead with my order. You've done the community a great service by letting the public know things may be going wrong and also by giving AmagiMetals a chance to prove themselves and show their honesty.

Order from reliable companies who blend bitcoin into an existing, established, well regarded business.  Like, say, Amagi Metals.

I've ordered a lot from them, and other than the slow shipping (which I genuinely don't object to - I'm ordering metal to hold long term), I have no complaints and they have been excellent about customer service.

Shit happens.  Shit happening is not sufficient reason to call a company a scammer when they have not yet had a chance to respond to it.

My order was substantial in size as well.  Called customer service yet again today.   I was told my shipping status would update today.  Guess what?   It didn't.   Order date was November 29th.   Shipping notification on December 12th.

I really feel uneasy that Amagi finds this an acceptable way to run their business.  I would urge everyone to proceed with caution if you are considering a large purchase.   The smaller orders seem to be shipping ok from reading through this thread.

My order was for gold and not the rounds as well.

Please note that a substantial order may be subjective. A $10 million dollar order could be considered substantial to one person and a $100 order may seem substantial to another person. Your order was most likely shipped today as we got all orders out today that we promised to customers. Please note that tracking information does not necessarily update until the end of the day and we are located in Mountain Standard Time.

It sounds like you guys have been growing insanely quickly in the past 6 months!  How much of that growth do you think is attributed to your involvement with bitcoin?

Yes, we're moving into a new and bigger location next month! We are a bit crowded in our current space and have additional staff starting next month. In addition we will have a showcase room for customers to see and purchase precious metals. We're very excited for the change and much needed warehouse, retail, and office space. Bitcoin sales seem to come in spurts as the USD value rises and some months, like November this year, accepting Bitcoin increases monthly sales 50-60%. Thank you for continuing to choose Amagi Metals as we go through this growth spurt.

I would have to say slightly worse than a bit slow to ship. Actually received an order that I placed later for $1 silver certificates yet waiting on 2oz silver round that allegedly shipped on the 3rd of this month. Very unusual since in the past I've had pretty good turn around time with Amagi Metals...sorry to see this happening with them and won't be recommending them to any friends with shipping being what it is currently :/

^this.  A significant amount of the Western US got hit with a sudden cold-snap.  I live in the middle of it.

We have a 100 gram but not a 1,000 gram gold bar on our website. Not sure where you saw the kilogram gold bar on our website as we don't have an active or inactive listing for it.

put an order of 5 bitcoin rounds on monday on what was supposed to be a 2 day shipping. Meanwhile no email, no conformation, nothing. On the order it got added a .02BTC that's a 20% fee, that's highway robbery that is well above the percentage claimed on the web page. I really don't recommend doing business with your company, and with so much fake silver and gold around it makes me wonder on what I will, if I will, get. I will run the diamagnetic test if I ever get the rounds.

I'm betting it was an issue with the BitPay processing. Happened to me before, I sent the payment then the page refreshed and I never got any confirmation or anything. All I had to do was call them and they made a new order for me and marked it as paid. They are very friendly and helpful when you call. I'm not sure why you waited this long to say anything.

I'm also not sure what you mean about the fee though, I guess we'll see what they say.

The payments are sent to our payment processor Bitpay. If there is no order established in our system we have no notification that an order is going unfulfilled. Hey everyone! Good news and bad news. The good news is that we are getting shipments out the door much faster than expected. We're going to have most orders placed up until the 30th out the door by tomorrow! Of course orders with pre-order items (2014 Panda, Jekyll Island, and a few SBSS products) are not being shipped. We hired additional staff and are in the process of moving into a new, larger shipping warehouse.

Which pre-order rounds? I don't think we have any pre-order coins other than the 2014 Pandas, and we are expecting those to ship this week and next.

The 'Silver Bullet Silver Shield' coins

Each of those rounds have been released at different times. The Sic Semper Tyrannis, Trivium, and Freedom girl rounds are shipping immediately, whereas the Argyraspides and Consumerism rounds are shipping in about 2 weeks.
