You should try again because I already faced this problem, first time they rejected my documents reason picture quality was not good. But I contact with BCNEX team member on telegram and asked for KYC rejection! then i tried again and send him my email address and after few hours my kyc accepted by BCNEX. Keep trying! I haven't done the way you mentioned, I sent my identity several times, but they continued to reject it, I will try to contact the team via telegram, hopefully they can help me I don't understand it must be as bright and good as the quality of the photos that must be sent and they can immediately receive it, but it's better to contact them on the telegram so I don't go back and forth in the photo again |

It's amazing to know that it ended with $28 mil. of dollars. ICO trend is too far away, so it is a big surprise to see BCNex raised funds successfully via their ICO. Indeed bounty hunters need to verify Bcnex exchange account for receive bounty reward and I think that's good because mostly people use multiple account. There is no doubt thst they have collected enough funds for their platform and hope so everything will be go smoothly after exchange live.
