I thought that to able add a new pair especially for fiat money and the team needs legal support. It's normal as long as the team will not give another delay for the launch of the platform. I put a little money on this one and i hope this will be going so well.

But I contact with BCNEX team member on telegram and asked for KYC rejection! then i tried again and send him my email address and after few hours my kyc accepted by BCNEX. Keep trying!

I don't understand it must be as bright and good as the quality of the photos that must be sent and they can immediately receive it, but it's better to contact them on the telegram so I don't go back and forth in the photo again

Yeah you should contact BCNEX team because they will reject your documents again and again, maybe they are seeing any issue in your documents so if you contact them then they will explain you better reason behind the rejections, hope you will get your verified account very soon.
