161  Other / Meta / Re: Got banned (7 days) will I be released? on: May 15, 2018, 10:35:30 PM
Hi, I got banned for "unsubstantial posts + signature campaign (7 days)" on the other account. Does it mean that after 7 days I will be able to post again or I am banned forever?
If it says that you are only banned for 7 days, then your ban will be lifted 7 days from the time.you have been banned. What you should worry about when you get back after your ban gets lifted is the possibility of getting red trust because you said here in your statement that you were banned on your other account(which is not prohibited by the rules but discouraged).
162  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: HOW TO RECOVER A DELETED CRYPTOCURRENCY WALLET on: May 14, 2018, 11:24:22 PM
This is a nice guide but it won't work when you have formatted your PC or hard drive before doing the recovery process. It will also not work on wallet.dat files that was deleted for two years and above. That's why it is important to back up your private keys and seeds online in a secure cloud storage so that you can still recover it even if you formatted your PC.
163  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help for beginners on: May 13, 2018, 09:07:24 PM
I can not find the information, how not deleting my messages, cleaning the page, answering my posts?
This is my own way of deciphering your question, but are you asking how to not get your post deleted and cleaned when answering a post? If that is the case, then simply post constructive reply on threads that are not redundant(or spam). You can also refer to bill gator's post above if he is right and one more thing, I suggest you join the Fit to Talk English project by Jetcash for others to understand your post better next time.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ICO] 📜🔗🔆 Grain.io • The Backbone Of Modern Work Agreements 🔆🔗📜 on: May 12, 2018, 10:46:40 PM
TS ? What is TS ?
In some forums, TS means thread starter.
Grain bounty campaign is now over.
As said before, you are free to remove your signature and avatar.
Thanks for the update sylon. So when can you make the spreadsheet public again? Any ETA?
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who's interested in Masternodes? on: May 11, 2018, 10:19:52 PM
Who here is interested in masternodes? Do you think there should be a section in this forum about masternodes and staking?
I also am interested in masternodes but I think the current altcoin discussion section is enough for us to discuss about it. After all, it is also an altcoin right? Masternodes having different section would make information about it easier to find but I think it shouldn't have it's own section, because it is seldomly being mentioned by users here on altcoin discussion (when compared to other alts).
166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: .000014? on: May 11, 2018, 02:30:51 PM
I just recently started trading, is this normal? On Binance every time the price starts to drop there is a constant stream of buys and sells at 0.000014, thousands and thousands of the same thing. What is that?
Those are buy and sell orders like what Shanmatthew said but if a set of orders are done with the same volume in a repetitive manner, then it probably is a bot buying and selling to manipulate price. Whenever you see one, be careful as it might be a pump and dump scheme. Do not ride the waves if ever you have seen that because someone is more likely to suffer a loss if bought at current price at the time manipulation was done.
167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China and Bitcoin taking vows again? on: May 11, 2018, 01:03:56 PM
What do you make of it, will prices rise (my guess yes), or a ploy to sell their product?
Preinstalling btc wallet is not a good move IMO since NOT EVERYONE WHO BUYS A HUAWEI SMATPHONE KNOWS HOW TO USE A BITCOIN WALLET. I think it is just a waste to do it because users can simply uninstall it if they root their phones(or if it isn't in categorized as one of the system apps). Nevertheless, I think this will help spread information about Bitcoin and how to use it.
168  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the true potential of Blockchain and decentralisation? on: May 11, 2018, 12:28:28 PM
What do you think could be achieved by Blockchain and decentralisation in the future?
Pretty much everything but I think the greatest achievement blockchain can bring human kind is a transparent government(a ledger showing government transaction logs(via block explorer) to help prevent corruption. Another great achievement crypto can bring to us is the transparency in institutional records so that employees can be rest assured that there aren't any shady dealing within their organization(although I still don't know how blockchain can achieve it).
169  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trend surfing on: May 10, 2018, 11:22:40 PM
Any ideas about any other indicators that could shortly anticipate an uptrend?

Thanks!
Other indicators you can use to anticipate an uptrend is by using technical analysis. IMO this type of analysis is good when paired with Fundamental analysis(the one you are attempting to use since you'll make the program predict a bull run using market sentiment). By utilizing the two, somehow it can make that small PHP program more accurate in predicting an uptrend.
170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Former President of Goldman Sachs Predicts a Global Cryptocurrency Other Than Bi on: May 10, 2018, 09:51:10 PM
BTC is the first cryptocurrency and it is more valuable than any other cryptocurrencies
That is the case for now but when a better crypto comes along, then it might dethrone bitcoin. The chances of it happening though is very low because bitcoin mainly was the source of the programming codes used in other alts and I don't see how the altcoins that exists today dethrone bitcoin. If Gary Cohn's prediction is right, that real global cryptocurrency he's talking about is still not invented.
171  Other / Meta / Re: Crackdown on obvious Currency exchange scams on: May 10, 2018, 01:44:58 PM
Newbies should be fine if they are reading properly because there is a red note below the trust rating of the scammer warning all users to trade with the scammer with extreme caution. I think it should be enough to warn newbies to help them avoid that risk. If they still got scammed after that, I think it ain't the administration's fault anymore(since they have been warned). For the first case though, you can just report the post to moderator.
172  Economy / Economics / Re: A cryptocurrency with volatility can't be used as money on: May 09, 2018, 02:02:48 PM
if you buy a flat with bitcoin and few years later the bitcoin value decrease... Your flat lose his value as well. What do you think about this argument?
That wont be the case since if it is, then the value of daily necessities shouldn't go up as well when fiat is inflated. One good example is how my grandparents was able to buy a snack with cola for 0.25 in philippine peso in the past, while we in the present day can buy the same brand of cola and snack that they can have bought for 0.25 php in the past for 25 philippine peso. That proves as to how fiat currency can also be volatile at times. The product retains it's value, but the currency doesn't.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's going on with Bytecoin? A pump and dump SCAM? on: May 09, 2018, 11:57:01 AM
The development team is alleged of doing this intentionally. Is Bytecoin a scam?
probably(since binance is a well known exchange and might not risk their reputation for that amount of money) but there is also a possibility that a hacker is the one who is doing it.
How could it be that all exchanged started facing issues with deposits at the same time? Could there be insider activity involved?
It is very likely that there is an insider activity involved, specifically someone who is very familiar with how bytecoin's blockchain works but the insider might or might not be one of the core developers of Bytecoin.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Estcoin - nation states backed cryptocurrencies on: May 09, 2018, 07:43:31 AM
I think Estcoin has no future even if it is a state backed cryptocurrency if Europe would allow it. EU regulation bodies will ban any attempt of a nation backed crypto creation so long as it is made in countries that are a part of the Europe region, and Estonia is no exemption. I would like to see how they will fare and get past the regulation stage though(if they will).
175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Parent Company of NYSE, Intercontinental Exchange Planning an Online Trading Pla on: May 09, 2018, 07:20:41 AM
NYSE always wants to move where the turnover is. Nevertheless, they will have to face advanced competitors according to the number of rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchanges.
Somehow, this boom in new crypto currency exchanges popping out is a surprise. I have never even thought way back 2016 that a large company like intercontinental exchange would be interested in offering crypto exchange services. It might be a natural progress, but I believe this is a good news for cryptocurrency in general. This might as well be the start of institutional money pouring into crypto(because of the news given by OP).
176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook is launching a new team dedicated to the blockchain. on: May 09, 2018, 06:13:59 AM
last year was the year of shitty ICOs created by scammers to make a lot of money. this year is the year of shitty centralized shitcoins created by these centralized platforms. in about a year or two we will see all of them (Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, PayPal, Visa,....) have their own shitcoin created based on bitcoin and the blockchain technology.
Why categorize the coins they will create as shitcoin if we still haven't seen it yet? IMO, their coins must at least be useful enough to have real world use cases in their platform, so I believe they won't be the same kind when compared to a typical shitcoin. They would probably become centralized coins functioning with the use of blockchain, but they will always retain value because they can be used in real life(because of the platforms that will back it).
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ico important? Virtually all new coin organize it. on: May 08, 2018, 01:55:13 PM
I want to know your view about this. Do most of these concept really needs fund raising. Are they not taking advantage of noobs with whitepaper project flying around without anything to show for the fund received after ico.
Some projects running ICOs really are only taking advantage of noobs who swarm the crypto space. Nevertheless, there are some good coins who have done this too. Those funds gathered from crowdsale is being used not only for the development of the coin itself, but it is also used to promote the coin in later stages and is used to pay for their workers(teams, community manager, etc.).
178  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A new very interesting Crypto Service discovered on: May 08, 2018, 11:19:34 AM
It's a service providing gathered crypto signals from different premium groups / arbitrage trading / volume changes in different coins / crypto advices / news / icos and more.
It ain't a new crypto service since there are also others who already offered crypto signals/arbitrage trading and volume exchanges in different coins for free but only for a limited time like what the channel you promote is doing. For now since it is free, I might consider taking a peek at your discord channel and see for myself if it brings good crypto signals or not.
179  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make this world economically better? on: May 08, 2018, 08:58:41 AM
Why not increase the wages of skilled laborers and decrease the wage of workers including CEOs and management level employees? Wouldn't that help the poor and balance out the economy?
That wouldn't simply balance out the economy at all because many people who are considered poor doesn't have jobs themselves. What the governments around the world needs to do is to focus on multiply available jobs everywhere to accommodate the growing population. Paired with mimienamphine's suggestion, free education(to increase literacy level), and poor people's hard work will surely make this world economically better.
180  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: DAILY BITCOIN NEWS ?? on: May 08, 2018, 06:47:39 AM
How can I keep informed about Bitcoin news, insight, reviews, guides, and price analysis  on daily basis ?  Huh   Shocked
I have noticed lots of fake websites and magazines that only publish ads.  Sad
There are a lot of good websites that gives news about bitcoin. Nevertheless, I suggest cointelegraph.com and www.coindesk.com to always be informed about bitcoin news. If you want daily updates on insights, reviews, guides, and price analysis, always open threads from speculation section(which is a child board of economics) here in this forum. IMO user insights and price analysis on that section is good(specially in the wall observer thread). You can also try to browse reddit for good reviews.
