I have seen discussion here and there about Coinbase offering a new Altcoin. One option has been Monero and another is Litecoin. I'm pretty new to LTC (e.g., I did not buy at $50, but $5). I would never use 3rd party wallet.
Do they have access to the keys or are they specific to Jaxx? I don't really understand how that all works. I mostly run Core programs, except w/ BTC. |

When price of litecoin is increasing highly then many investors are finding some big power miners to get more profit from mining. If the price hits 30$ I believe There will be big antminers releasing to mine this coin with cheaper price. Do not hurry up to buy miners with high price.
I'm thinking it's going to be a great year for Litecoin. It needs more retail adoption. The 2.5 min block times and 2MB blocks make it a superhighway. You can make a zero tx fee (depending on wallet) and it'll have 3 confirmations in 10 minutes. Problem is it's going to skyrocket in price, so I don't want to spend it ... and use BTC for purchases |

With the growing of Bitcoin's popularity, increasing the workload of its blockchain. This entails serious consequences for the price of bitcoin payments. The fees are also increasing.
If they'd increase the blocksize instead of a small group of two companies: blockstream and "Core" trying to skim with SegWit. Yes. I am moving to LiteCoin. I think it is superior: 1. 2.5 min block times 2. 2 MB block size3. 0 transaction fees 4. 25MB block payout The Bitcoin Core team (clever name for a company) is trying to hijack it, so they can put their nerdy bitcoins in cold storage. They literally think $100 transaction fees are good. It'd sure be nice to have sold that DASH over $65, which was my intention. I think it's a cool app, but would like to see additional options such as charts and the ability to self-regulate your own fee. Sometimes I still send a $0 tx fee with BTC if I don't care if it arrives in a timely manner. I'd like my DASH. I thought it was really cool, but this left a taste of uncertainty. as you know Baikal has imposed a limit of 1 cube per person for this first batch...
the main aim of these group buys is to get cheaper gear for the community, it was such a shame when products were unavailable.
this first batch of cubes there will not be a group buy I have a source in Guangdong, China, w/ no customer limits. Prices are higher and if not all orders can be filled by this group buy ... then this may be an option. My contact in Shenzhen wants 1 BTC per unit, but suggested a potential price break. Bitcoin is lower priced over there; may be able to be lower if we get to 100. Just an FYI. |

Everywhere is sold out. I have a contact with a distributor in Guangdong, China who is willing to sell them to me for $1200, shipped! She wants a minimum of 6 orders. I only want to buy one. The company is reputable and have been selling these for a while. They only accept Bank Transfers, Western Union or BTC. Their conversion is .96BTC = $1000 Shipping is within a month, so that seems par. Would anybody want to go in on an order? If so, let me know ... I keep telling her to wait. She has given me two more days. It sounds like they are going quick! I have a low rating and I don't know if there is an escrow service, but this is an option. Not sure I understand the price they listed it at either. Maybe bc I just got 3 L3 for more than that, whoops.  They probably began investing heavy into the first Litecoin push, when it was on track with BTC. They're probably trying to boost the network, especially with the recent volatility and nerves around LTC breaking $10 and ETH's rise in price, which they did not predict three years ago when they began design. |

You buy at 1191.002 and sell at 1194.336, or even less, within a very short period of time. Some have done three buys/sells on a bull run in two minutes. It's better if the margins are higher and the time waiting is less.  |
