yesterday a buyer named Nikfon has disputed a trade and he created a screenshot that he had sent 500$ to my payeer account i checked my account there are no money and take a screenshot from history there are no transaction and post it the the chat but i afraid the ADMIN go with the buyer side because he uploaded fake screenshot, what can i do more to proof i`m not received the money ?
Nikfon has no trades before and his account created from one day i have +70 trades account older than one year
Email Payeer support and ask for an audition on your account, let localbitcoin support take a look at it. They have to refund you the money unless some lines of their ToS say you have a " let's say 48hs " window to upload something to counter his accusation. |

It doesn't matter about the site but the payment processor which is highly reversible and you need to be an stablished trader in order to use it at all. If you are able to take the money out of your Paypal account there'r another bunch of methods,eg- MoneyGram or Western Union. Under digital good section if you have some Amazon Giftcards with reciept is another way to buy bitcoins, sadly with Paypal is hard to make the things go smooth. I just made a quick google search, e-toro allow you to withdrawal funds to Neteller and Skrill. if you get some Neteller funds instead of E-Toro money I'm willing to make a fair deal for your money and gave you bitcoins or altcoins. |

Trying to bust someone with a scammer accusations or allegations just because he doesn't show his/her wallet address. I mean come on men it's not like the transaction is done or mission accomplished something like that. Make a smooth transaction first before you get your head start with claiming someone with scammer you can make this allegations if you have enough claims that he/she doesn't do her part in the negotiations.
Everyone who provide services/sales and refusing transparency is shady and means he's hiding something. Legit seller would never refuse to provide valid verification for his funds/hardware to the community to make his deals more easy. Simple logic. Simple logic ? Sending messages to one of my possible customers saying I'm a scammer with baseless accusations ? And later on sending me a private message in regards of negotiation ? What do you think ? You can fool me like you tried with your alts ? hahaha. Keep doing it. Calling me a kid you ? 23yo ? kk. This is the thing. If you don't come with real accusations. Is not coincidence two people who has scam accusations against them with similar modus operandi, I think AtrIz nailed it . Check the negative placed by me on Danos and take your own conclusions also. I'm really looking to hear Danos story on this particular case. He sent a private message to one of my deals, never showed publicity at the thread as any trustwhorty person would warn a third party about an scammer ( as he supposly made it earlier by others claiming he's a scammer) and then he logged off a few minuts before I called him in public to show up... there is incoming bs when he has time to read and prepare another vage excuse of why would he do that. By the way, he refered my potential customer to my trust setting were I have negative from scammers, and people with baseless accusations, a scam fighter ( as how he call himself) didn't take the time to dig into my negatives and check what's there ? Yeah right another bs will be created by him if he has the balls to reply here. |

Unfortunately I don't think i can provide any proof. I play poker almost everyday and lose similar amount of money to bad beats and mistakes and i've decided to write it off as just another bad beat. I didn't post that scam accusation in the hope that i might get paid because when the admin didn't reply to my messages and i didn't receive the payment after waiting one week i knew i was scammed. I posted that to warn other players who consider depositing on this site that there is a risk that they will never get their money out of the site.
Look, if you have emails and private messages sent to he's support email and or he's bitcointalk account is enough proof to at least get negative from a DT2 user for evading straight questions about a cashout, more likely if you sent many on different days is going to work very well as proof. When I firstly decided to play here with the free bonus their offered, and within less than 5 days they deducted the money from the account because " some other players abused their promo " I knew this site had something strange not scammy but strange as the way of conducting promo and business. |

Try to exchange it into Perfect money then deposit in to Pokerstars. Why you need this help when this is unnecessary.
Depending on the locations, here in Uruguay you can't deposit with PM, that's why I don't even use it. I commend everyone around to avoid trading with user " Danos " as you may get scammed by that piece of sh1t. |
