1601  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam website. on: November 16, 2018, 05:52:57 PM

You're always going to run into users who are going to be upset about the morality of the situation. Most reasonable people (including myself) look at this sort of manipulation as disingenuous and immoral.

With all due respect, casinos and gambling establishments are not exactly running the purest form of business neither, so I don't think you can call people immoral when it comes to cash.

When it comes to cash - no one can be trusted, that's a fact, drop a $100 note in a public street, someone will take it, period.

We do agree that users are trying to abuse the system and cheat and it's manipulation, but please don't use the word immoral as the entire gambling industry is not exactly moral neither.

Thanks.

Abuse of system, cheating, manipulation = immoral.
I feel like the definition of the word "immoral" goes inline with the 3 mentioned acts.

I'm sure there are plenty of casinos which don't play by the rules.
I'm sure there are plenty of users which don't play by the rules.

Just because 1 group does, doesn't make it right for the other group as well. Both can have bad immoral parties taking advantage of people/companies. It doesn't make it right either way.

I'm going to use the word immoral when I see it. And I'm just simply suggesting the acts of trying to manipulate the casino out of profit is immoral when the OP knew what he/she was doing. I'm not suggesting every casino and/or user is a saint by any means.

you are looking at it from the point of view of morality, it may be immoral but it is also pretty much fruitless to try
he literally has no case here, even if he proves that casino knowingly let him bet despite their TOS KYC rules
and I'm sure there will be something in their TOS to ensure the situations like that are covered from the legal point of view
if it were only moral grounds, I bet this guy would have sued the casino without batting an eyelid
1602  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrency regulation? on: November 16, 2018, 05:13:53 PM
there is some sort of regulation going on already in the majority of the countries
only it is not cryptocurrencies that are regulated, in most cases, but the entities that are dealing with them aka exchanges and exchangers, banks etc.
all of them are functioning in the law fields of the respective countries
the only reason for the regulation the offer is the scaremongering calls for removing black market and terrorism sponsoring and blackmail etc.
the goal is to remove any privacy people have and go full steam to the electronic concentration camp society

come on evo, there is no risk in adding seujuntles bot , unless he goes rogue one day and meddles with the code
but he has been around for ages and one of the most trusted community members
I wonder if admin is willing to disclose the statistics on how many players are using the bot ?
interested in the figures, even if in percentage to the total number of players

1605  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betbit.com launches sportsbook as well as 8 software providers. on: November 16, 2018, 02:27:07 PM
well, day one of bets, put three bets , lost one , won two
the first thing that is annoying- you cannot bet less than 1 mbtc, more than that , you cannot bet any amount that is not 1,2,3 10 etc.
i.e. if I have 2.43 mbtc it is impossible to bet 1.43, for example
this way if I lose two bets today I am bound to have 0.43 stuck on the site regardless
other than that, the site offers decent odds, far from the best on the market, also  as sysgambler discovered , they come from a particular provider
the bet resolution was fast , live bets accepted with a delay, but it wasn't critical
bet history and interface are not too convenient for me , but this is a matter of preference, really

The deposits and withdrawals are automatic. No KYC docs needed. The odds are in European format.
Withdrawals are automatic, because the transaction gets on blockchain immediately? I thought smart contracts where created for automatic withdrawals and that in other cases casinos can interfere in the process. But how do you ensure instant deposits and withdrawals, since even priority transactions with bitcoin, for instance, take at least minutes?
If KYC are not needed, does that mean that you are not officially registered or regulated?
Your website seems nice, but I am just interested in clarifying things.
Good luck!

I think I mispoken. The withdrawals are not automatic in the sense that they automatically return to your btc address. They are available for you to withdraw at any time. There is no KYC or human who authorises the withdrawl. It is executed at the speed of the blockchain.

Is there anything else I can help clarify?

kryptqnick, Would you like a 3mBTC bonus. No deposit needed, just your feedback. Please make an account and PM me the username. I'll make the deposit.

the first impression, your chat certificate is not valid, at least so does my security system says
your password requirements with one of these ,one of that and jumping on the left leg while doing it is the thing of the past and ridiculous IMHO
veleten, Thank you so much for your input. I am running these over to our tech dept now.

Can you please help me understand what you mean about the "jumping on the left leg".. Can you please clarify. I would like to replicate the error. This is the error for an incorrect password

"jumping on the left leg" was clearly a joke, but the requirements to creating passwords should not be restrictive as to the upper and lower case or special symbols IMHO
and why seven symbols? this doesn't make sense at all , since a weak eight symbol password is way worse than a , say,24 symbol password without upper or lower case letters or numbers
I have yet to try the sports betting part, I will make several bets tonight and post my impressions
but looking at the sportsbetting section briefly , it seems that the odds are slightly worse than average, but that is fine if the sportsbook is trusted, without KYC and pays out instantly
it has a long way to go in terms of trusted, but I hope I will get that 10x wager and test the withdrawals and no KYC part
1608  Economy / Gambling / Re: MavenBets.com - New Crypto Casino - Looking for Partners & Investors on: November 12, 2018, 07:29:10 PM
Who is the operator?

What does that mean? We operate it

do you have any proof of funds?
a free faucet  and your usual UI , nothing that should be unfamiliar for a regular dice player
10% of the house edge  affiliate, not really spectacular, but it is there Smiley
do you plan any promotions or giveaways for bitcointalk members?
I can see the the provably fair implementation on the site, well done, but can you answer Mirae concerns properly?
1609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: EOSTiger.io - 55% Revenue Share Paid Daily - 1000 EOS Jackpot on: November 12, 2018, 06:58:26 PM
Looks like a great gambling site, upfront and transparent about probability, eos isn't being wasted being in your account instead of staking since you get the dividend sharing TGC. I am honestly interested in the dividend platform more than the gambling since I'm not one for gambling too much. Definitely helps having someone like Klintay posting the OP since he has been around for a while and knows what information to add. I'll be testing this out and giving a bit more information in the coming week and my experience with the site.

Yup and as EOSTiger plan to release more games, with more volume this will be better staking returns. Staking payouts are in EOS.
Here is a staking guide, that shows how easy it is to do:
https://bit.ly/2JRZSPK

interesting, reading it,
it seems like a good way to invest some coins indeed
are there any invest /divest requirements besides having TGC which I'm not familiar with
is it an erc20 token? and what exchanges are they traded on besides newdex?
think I have some EOS gathering dust , might as well put them to use

Make an account at Betbit.com and then PM me here. We can do this for the first 20. Your help would be appreciated.

what kind of feedback do you need?
colour me interested ,will try the freebie
messaged you in pm

1611  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ BITCOINRUSH CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK EST. 2013 ★ on: November 12, 2018, 05:25:04 PM
Does BitCoinRush no longer accept U.S. players? I used to play there no problem, but now I see a restriction notice, although I can still sign in to my account.

there is nothing in their TOS https://www.bitcoinrush.io/tos  regarding restrictions for the US players
although there is this lovely "BitcoinRush reserves the right to request valid proof of identification from all players."
so if you are getting a restriction notice logging in from a US ip, maybe you should think twice before betting high stakes

I think use of bots has its place in this game, because I experienced playing manually, one gets to miss out on some rounds of bets - bet pending. I think the integration of Seuntjie dicebot would open up use of more advanced management features for even players that can't code, so it's a plus especially for those used to it!

It wont be effective to integrate with Seuntji bot now, I do not even think that crash game lovers like to play the game using a 3rd party bot. For me a crash game is more enjoyable to be played manually while looking at the graph. That's the main interesting part on a crash game IMO.  Afaik Seuntji is also not a free bot so site's owner need to spend some money for it. This is why I think 3rd party bot is not really effective thing to add now.

effective or not it costs money to integrate it , so it is not only about how convenient it is
but if the money you pay for integration is worth it
I'm sure its a good idea, generally, because it makes life of a gambler easier
there are some whales who prefer to bet through an automated software or scripts or bots in this case
it eliminates the risk of emotions getting in and affecting your betting
general rule - you have a large player base and enough money, get that bot!

Same here, I also cant browse on their site either and it seems that they are lacking of support members which can help boosting this site. Unlike bitvest, they seems to have more lively chat and more attractive games too. I do not know if lightlord still own this or only bitvest. This site is seems dead site comparing to the bitvest

it is not dead, but the minimal bet is too high for people to play there en masse
hence not so many people actively playing daily
but thats just my IMHO, maybe there other reasons , maybe Bitvest is a better alternative at the moment , simple as that
and yes lightlord is one of the two owners of 777coin
1614  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice-Bet 🎲 0.7% Edge | Wagering Competition | BTC, LTC, ETH | Play or Invest 🎲 on: November 11, 2018, 05:07:57 PM
You guys are instant nearly all of the time, so I wouldn't be that concerned about the odd time that the hot wallet is empty and you guys are off the site.

Way ahead of most of the dice sites already in terms of support. Just need to have a mod at night who can do it I think.

Or you need to stop sleeping Mike & Ace Cheesy

does Mike even sleep, haha think he is on whenever
some things to work on before they beat the Stake's support which is 24/7
but I would agree about the mod part, hire mods from different time zones, usually the US and Europe mods should cover all the zones
if they are working together and there are four of them or more

How would dicebot even work on a crash related game? Would it just be playing a slow dice roll instead?
Basically yes, it's like playing dice but with slower rolls (and possibly a lower house edge because of the bonus system).

Yes, I am pretty sure it will be have a slower roll but do you think people like to have slower roll? Because as normal players which is mostly use bot will never tolerate anything on bot, and speed is the most important part that boost the result too. If this is slower dont you think that it is better to play it manually instead of using bot?
We have a lot of people that use scripts on the site too, I feel like having something new can help these players and let new players join too

Using the script does not really boosting your game at the first place, people tend to use the script just because they are having no time keep on clicking it again and again because they have to start with a small bet. I can guarantee there is big players there that never using any script because this is a crash game, anyone could see big multiplier so this is a feeling game Grin, like last morning when I saw 2k multipliers but I just do not dare to wait for that long  Cheesy
I agree, whales mostly play manual, but i have seen also a good amount of big players using scripts to maximize their profits
There is no guarantee. Those who use script still betting for ball 8. Purpose of script is just make an easily things to how to betting then, how if conditions lose/win round (like way recovery if lose).
Every script will bust in the long run (except if you are a bonus chaser)

yes indeed, only scripts take away the psychological aspect of being afraid to increase the bet or follow the strategy after a streak
if it busts , you come back and just see the result ( probably wondering how the hell did I find that 25 red streak on a 2x or similar )
general rule of a thumb- if the autobet is good, most of the bettors will use it instead of running scripts
some will use bots and only a few will run scripts
could be different for different betting sites , though , but I'm pretty sure dice sites gamblers stick to autobet or Seujuntles bot mostly

If you find bug, please tell me know.

as far as I can see you have one topic already
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2069612.380
why create another one for a separate game?
if that was the case Bitsler or Stake would have had 5+ topics for each of their games Smiley
in any case, well done, as you will find out shortly dice is what makes money the most ,so it was long time due
1617  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-10] Bitcoin ETF Could Attract Billions in New Investment: VanEck on: November 11, 2018, 03:00:20 PM
what avoids me completely is how does VanEck plan to protect the investors from price manipulations?
this would require affecting the bitcoin price , or cornering the market
ok , you have a cap of 25 bitcoins per basket, but if the asset price is plummeting, no indexing would save you
say bitcoin price is down 25% , how on earth will Vaneck protect his investors?
1618  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-09]Bitcoin Trailblazer Jeff Garzik Says Bitcoin ‘Unquestionably. . . on: November 11, 2018, 02:37:26 PM
Try telling that to the people who bought at $19 000 last year.  Roll Eyes

Yes, sure if you are a early adopter like him, then $6000+ might still be a good store of value, but for the majority of the people who have entered the scene last year, this might be their worst store of value.  Tongue

I am also glad his push for Block size scaling failed, because we would never have scaled as a global payment network, if we followed that roadmap.  Roll Eyes

oh yeah, if he has given away more coins than many of us combined will ever see in our lives (15.700+ allegedly) and must be holding ten times that if not more,
then bitcoin is  certainly a store of value Smiley
I believe it can evolve as a payment network , lets wait and see what does the Lightning network offer when it is fully operational
meanwhile if not store of value, bitcoin is a perfect speculative instrument for sure

1619  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam website. on: November 11, 2018, 12:24:35 PM
@OP, probably just a good idea to lock this thread & seek legal advice if you believe you have a case. Bottom left corner.

This thread is just going to keep having responses of people saying the same thing.
Seeking out local legal service would be a good option but since he do talk that hes broke he might not able to do it as well and i doubt that lawyers advice would just be still similar on what most
people do talk on here.

This thread cant be locked since he do still keep insisting that he's on the right path.

I say let him try to take it to court and get skinned by the lawyers
he will regret ever thinking about it , could cost him up to half of the money he says he lost
also seeking advice on a forum - this is what you get, take it or leave it
want to get a more qualified answer, pay money
or you can try the legal section , there are a couple of guys promoting their legal services and answering questions in their topics
might be of some help
1620  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: I sell three accounts BETFAIR with money on: November 11, 2018, 12:07:14 PM
These account is not verified. But you can play on exchange or poker.Do you understand me??? You can send this money to your accounts.

And do you think that betfair is dumb enough to leave the receiver withdraw the funds?

certainly not, don't even consider trying to withdraw them
or divert through betting or exchange to your account, you will get flagged immediately and might lose youe main account as well
the only way to use it is to try strategies with "real" money without depositing and only if he sells them dirt cheap
but they are not worth anything otherwise anyways
