1601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to accept crypto as a payment? on: February 22, 2023, 06:56:28 PM
I have seen a report today that in 2022 crypto payments showed an amazing rise. People are really accepting it and giving the value as they are giving to fiat payments.
Not all businesses in various countries are suitable for adopting bitcoin as a means of payment, in my opinion bitcoin is an option that can be considered according to the needs and demands of its customers. So I never expected everything to be the same.

Why not? Assuming that the law permits it, I don't see any significant downsides to accepting cryptocurrencies as an additional payment method. For example, some local governments in my country already accept cryptocurrencies as a form of payment for public utility charges. Additionally, grocery retail chains and some gas stations also allow customers to pay with cryptocurrencies. On the other hand, larger businesses such as car dealerships and real estate agencies have also started accepting cryptocurrencies as a payment method. So why not?

Are you guys accepting crypto payments for your business?
Maybe, that's only if my country legalizes bitcoin as legal tender.

Bitcoin doesn't necessarily have to be accepted as legal tender to be an acceptable form of payment.
1602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 5 Ways to Make Big Money at the Casino — Without Gambling on: February 22, 2023, 06:28:30 PM
Now, in all of the Five, which of this do you think is the funniest and most interesting?

Personally, I find the case "2. Hack a Fish Tank" to be the most intriguing.

While in today's era of growing digitization and internet of things (IoT) devices, the idea of hacking a fish tank may not appear significant, it was quite a revelation for many when this case was documented several years ago. This case demonstrates how even seemingly harmless devices, such as a fish tank, can be used as an entry point for cyber-attacks, and I consider this case to be the most entertaining and a remarkable demonstration of clever thinking by hackers.
1603  Economy / Reputation / Re: Multiple account : SCORPION FINANCE Bounty campaign Manager on: February 22, 2023, 06:10:30 PM
Since some accounts are evading bans, you can report them in this thread as well. Additional related accounts have already been reported by CryptoYar here.
1604  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I sell bitcoin on: February 22, 2023, 05:54:41 PM
Just a word of warning to anyone who might be interested in this "offer": The account woke up today after several years of inactivity. According to his last thread, he is trying to sell fake coins stuck in scam website. Best to avoid any form of communication with him.

The guy offers coins stuck in scam website.
Or the website is own by OP and trying to trick people to scam LOL. This is very possible & with such scam trick, I have seen few cases where scammer himself pretend to be the victim.
Be aware, anyone. Don't fall into his scam trick.

This is a "typical" strategy for scamming more when the victim wants to withdraw his hypothetical earnings/profits from the scam site.
In this case, I don't know if the OP is a victim or the admin of this crap but for sure don't care to pass his loss to others and get paid. Anyway, now nobody will fall into his hole. Cool
1605  Economy / Gambling / Re: Warning: ZKasino - Possible wallet phishing scam on: February 22, 2023, 05:35:16 PM
it seems this site is just a clone of https://play.zkasino.io/ (I don't know if it's a scam even this but for sure here you can access to social media/player addresses etc...)
and yes you can't see anything but just connect your wallet.
any items you try to click is just a reminder to homepage or connect wallet Roll Eyes

Yes. It looks like zkasino.io is a genuine website, and the scammer has merely copied their front page on a new domain to lure unsuspecting victims.

Here is an archived version of the scam site just for reference:
https://archive.is/pbWPk

meanwhile Z-Kasino has deleted his topic Sad
https://ninjastic.space/search?author=Z-Kasino&board=56 but here you can find all details Wink
Red trust added!

It's likely that the moderator removed the thread because it appears to be a direct copy-paste of the original ZKasino ANN topic.

Added a negative tag to scammer's profile.
1606  Other / Meta / Re: Welsh on: February 22, 2023, 04:44:12 PM
I'll quote his post from his last thread: "Welsh my apologies", which unfortunately got deleted again. It seems like he's having difficulty responding to threads properly.

I just got your email and now understand you moved my posts to another forum, for the life of me I could not understand why you would want to delete them.

My apologies for calling you a ****, I just though you was being one at the time
1607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finantial tracking app asking for BTC address on: February 22, 2023, 04:31:24 PM
I've got a financial tracking app that can keep track of my net worth. I can add a bitcoin address and it will keep track of my BTC, and include it in the total.

If you want to, you can probably manually enter the amount of your cryptocurrency holdings (like BTC) in some applications to achieve the same effect as using an automatic API or integration. The specific application you're using will determine whether or not this is possible, but it's definitely worth exploring as an option.

Do I have any reason to be concerned about giving this app my bitcoin address? Will it only be able to view my wallet total/transactions?

When it comes to the security of your crypto assets, you don't need to worry. However, when it comes to privacy, it's important to be aware that there are some potential risks to consider.

Should I create a new address for this purpose?

I use bitcoin core

It's entirely up to you and your personal preferences. As I mentioned previously, one option to consider is manually entering your amounts without providing too much of your personal information to the app.
1608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how do I keep my private key safe? on: February 22, 2023, 03:56:24 PM
First and foremost, you should never store your private keys online. That's just asking for trouble. No matter how secure a service may claim to be, there's always a risk that it could be hacked or compromised in some other way. Instead, keep your private keys (or backup seed) offline, on a piece of paper or on a metal sheet. This way, they're not connected to the internet, which makes them much harder to hack.

It's really important to not only keep your private keys offline, but also to never store them electronically, even on your own device. This is because malware and other malicious software can still find its way onto your device, even if you think you've taken every precaution. For example, there's a type of malware called clipboard spyware that can monitor your device's clipboard and steal any data that you copy and paste, including your private keys. This means that even if you're careful about how you store your private keys, you could still be at risk if you're not using a properly secured and air-gapped device.

All in all, it's important to stay vigilant when it comes to keeping your private keys safe. With a little bit of caution and some common sense, you can protect your investments and keep your coins where they belong.

1609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to accept crypto as a payment? on: February 22, 2023, 03:43:01 PM
Are you guys accepting crypto payments for your business?

Yes, my company currently accepts crypto payments for our business. In fact, we started accepting them a few years ago and we've seen a significant increase in the number of customers who prefer to pay with cryptocurrency. I must admit that this decision wasn't solely my own - we actually started considering it after a few clients brought it up and expressed interest in using it as a payment option. From there, we did some research and decided to move forward with accepting cryptocurrency.

One thing we like about accepting crypto is that it sets us apart from other companies in our field. We're all about innovation and trying new things, so this feels like a good fit. Overall, we're happy with our decision to accept crypto payments and we plan to keep offering this option to our customers.
1610  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: [FULL]🔥COINSLOTTY🔥 Review Campaign – Rewards From $60 to $70🔥 on: February 22, 2023, 12:41:34 PM
My review of Coinslotty (Live Casino Edition):
(Part 2)

Now that I've used this casino and played its numerous games for about 10 days, on and off, I feel confident enough to write the remainder of my review.

Live Casino games that I've tested:

Lightning Roulette by Evolution

Blackjack Classic by Onetouch

Live Roulette by Beterlive

Absolute Black by Alg

Oracle Blaze by Alg

Pragmaticplay games - didn't work, black screen.

Other games:
DiceTwice

Mines (original), Crash (original), Plinko (original)...

General Experience:

I didn't encounter any issues with most of the games I played, and everything went smoothly. The only games I couldn't launch were from the Pragmaticplay provider. Certain games may not be available in certain jurisdictions, and, according to the terms of service, it's strictly prohibited to use a VPN to bypass any blocks imposed by the provider. Additionally, some games may require you to provide your full name (in addition to the nickname used during gameplay), although I'm not sure why.

For the most part, I opted to use USD as my primary currency for playing. However, I noticed, as have other reviewers before me, that different games use different denominations when using BTC as the main currency. It's clear to me that this can be confusing and inconsistent throughout the casino. I assume this is due to different settings from various game providers, but it would be helpful if Coinslotty could address this issue.

What I liked:

I really enjoyed the overall design and ambiance of the entire casino. The website looks modern and fresh, and the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I'm confident that anyone, regardless of their previous experience with casino websites, will have no trouble finding their way around. As far as speed goes, I have no complaints either. I used the casino several times over a period of more than ten days and never encountered any issues or site unavailability, no matter what time of day. The only exception was the individual live games that wouldn't load.

I also appreciate that the casino prominently displays the minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, which are low enough to be acceptable for all types of players.

What I didn't like:

There were technical issues, such as loading problems, with some live casino games. This may be related to specific providers or my type of connection (I used VPN). Different denominations are used in different parts of the site. For example, some games display mBTC, while others use uBTC, and your balance may be shown in BTC (with all eight decimal places) in other places. I would prefer it if this were more consistent throughout the entire casino site.

Another thing that I missed on the casino was a classic dice game. Although I enjoyed playing DiceTwice by Bgaming and some other dice-like games in the Instant Win category, which are visually appealing, I would also like to see a traditional dice game on the casino, similar to those found on other crypto casinos. One where we can set custom gambling amounts and odds, and that has very fast gameplay, especially in automatic mode.
1611  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto casino project - bug hunt & feature ideas on: February 17, 2023, 09:31:40 PM
Hello everyone.

User "Kostelooscoin" made a post claiming he was the owner of demoscript.online website.

It is easy to prove that you are the owner of a website. All you need to do is make some unique edits to the homepage or add a link to your Bitcointalk profile in the footer. Alternatively, you can upload a custom text file to your hosting server and share the link with others.

By the way, I couldn't find the discussion you mentioned where he claims to own the website.
1612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling problem on: February 17, 2023, 07:15:56 PM

In reality, those gamblers that have a serious gambling problem already might not refer to any form of help as they are already owned by the negative effects of gambling. Those gamblers are in need of a serious approach and their families and friends play a big role to help them.

Maybe the site mentioned by the OP will help instead those people that still can control themselves despite feeling emotional stress due to gambling.

But for those who are new to the gambling world, as much as possible don't allow yourself to experience such negative effects that gambling brings to us.
But there's no harm in trying, as long as that person is open to new life and possibilities outside gambling addiction I am sure he will make it. But for some people, if they keep on denying they are addicted or they are they are not aware of themselves a professional help is a must. It can lead to many serious problems if addition cannot be treated. No matter how many people and organizations will help a person if the person itself didn't do anything it is useless.

I absolutely agree with you. Until the gambler himself understands that gambling affects him negatively and begins to fight his desires, which he cannot control, nothing will change.

So if your friend has a problem with gambling, try to help him or her understand the problem and point out ways to solve it.

Yes. It's essential for individuals to recognize that they have a gambling problem and take steps to address it. It can be challenging to admit that gambling is negatively impacting one's life, but it's the first step towards making positive changes. As they say, the first step is always the hardest. But of course, many people feel ashamed of their gambling problem, which can make it difficult to acknowledge.
1613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Recommend your Favorite Slots on: February 17, 2023, 07:06:01 PM
Ultimately, when it comes to online slots, it's all about personal preference. The best slot games for you will depend on your unique playing style and what you enjoy. For example, some players may prefer games that offer frequent, smaller wins, while others may prefer games with larger payouts but lower odds. Similarly, some players might prefer simple slot games with fewer features, while others may enjoy more complex games with lots of bonus features. In addition, different players may have a preference for certain graphics styles, such as 3D or 2D graphics, and some may be drawn to particular themes or features, such as free spins or wilds.

From my experience, I have found that playing slots from reputable providers may provide a better overall gaming experience. Well-known software providers like NetEnt, Microgaming, and Playtech have a track record of creating high-quality and engaging slots with excellent graphics and cool effects.
1614  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Looking for Investors for my Upcoming PvP crypto Casino on: February 17, 2023, 06:47:14 PM
Yeah, but ogu.gg is not a forum for collection investors, I asked my developer and he said that this site would be a good place to find investors, he was the owner of cups.gg idk if he posted here.
But even thou this forum is the best place to find investors just as you were told, presentation actually really matters, because it is by your presentation that people will either pick interest into your project or not, which in this case, all we could see is that you said you are working on a p2p platform and needs investors, same way an ordinary scammer will do, which is creating doubt into many users on this thread including mine. Because if I'm to rate this, I will score you 1/10, simply because I expected you O.P to have provided more details, e.g link to your project, a screenshot, and background features to actually proof that you are the real owner and what benefit will an investors stand to gain by investing in this project.

Well the project is finished we are just working on new games, also i posted the link the it and my trust as said is on another forum which i will confirm with you if you have a account there and uploaded a screenshot of my profile on it

If I understood you correctly, the PvP casino project is close to completion. I would love to learn more about it, and I was wondering if you could share the website with us so we can take a closer look? I may have missed it if you already shared the link somewhere, so my apologies if that is the case. I'd love to get a better sense of the project and its potential. I am particularly interested in seeing the visual design of the site, as well as the functional design and layout.
1615  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Web Browsers begun to have inbuilt Cryptocurrency Wallets on: February 17, 2023, 04:17:13 PM
I was aware of the Opera Crypto browser, but I had no idea that they had integrated a crypto wallet into the default version of their browser. I haven't used Opera for a long time, this might be reason enough to give it another try.

Opera crypto browser looks exactly like classic Opera browser, so, wallet isn't available for classic users. This screen is from Opera Crypto Browser.
But classic Opera browser has an option of securing crypto address when you copy it to clipboard.

I'm not sure, but I think that this topic was created specifically because Opera integrated a crypto wallet into their regular browser, and it should not be confused with the Opera Crypto Browser, which is an entirely different product.

You can see here that Opera browser comes with a Crypto Wallet as one of its standard features:
https://www.opera.com/features

Anyway, like I mentioned, it's been a while since I used the Opera browser, so I think it's high time I gave it some attention again. I'll try it out as soon as I get a chance.
1616  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Identification of scammers? on: February 17, 2023, 10:10:50 AM
... how to identify scammers and if there is any how can we know them as a beginner.

Let me start by asking you this: How do you identify scammers in real life?

Of course, it can be tough to tell if someone is trying to scam you, especially if you're new to something. But there are some things you can look out for. You can, for example, start by asking yourself some questions: Do you know this person or company well enough to trust them? Do they have a good reputation? Are they asking for information or money that seems unusual or unnecessary? Are they being pushy or trying to pressure you into doing something quickly without giving you time to think?

Remember, it's okay to say no if something doesn't feel right. Scammers often rely on people being too naive, afraid or polite to question them, so don't be afraid to stand up for yourself!
1617  Other / Meta / Re: 5700+ posts, 1000+ activity, 0 Merit, Still Newbie. Ver2023 on: February 17, 2023, 09:31:01 AM
Although the user didn't contribute anything to the forum, but I quite respect he haven't cheat any campaign until now... or he's smart enough to leave his trace?
Chances are that he only hasn't been caught yet as it doesn't make sense at all to join bounty campaign with 1 account only since everyone else is cheating.

Exactly my thinking. It's worth noting that he created his account in 2019, which was well after the peak of ICOs and shitcoin bounty campaigns. It's possible that he hasn't yet been caught cheating, probably because this may not be his first account and he has likely learned to be careful (perhaps from his own past mistakes). In cases like this, I typically examine their posting patterns. As we can see, he usually spend around half an hour to an hour on the forum each day. Therefore, it's reasonable to assume that he could easily manage dozens of such accounts simultaneously.

In my view, this is the only explanation that could justify the amount of time they are investing in this activity. It is essentially unprofitable to engage in these campaigns with just one account, given the current payout rates and the low probability of any individual campaign generating a significant profit.

EDIT:
After a second look, the user has already been caught for having multiple alt accounts back in 2021, and is probably part of a larger account farm.

Has anyone of you seen the 8048/JAZ license?

And what's your point? Although some casinos may have certain gambling licenses that do not mandate the collection of KYC information, it is important to note that they are still subject to other laws and regulations that may require it. For instance, many countries have anti-money laundering laws that require casinos to have strict KYC procedures, regardless of the type of gambling license they hold.

Moreover, many casinos opt to collect KYC data voluntarily to safeguard themselves and their customers against fraudulent and financial criminal activities. By implementing robust KYC processes, casinos can verify the authenticity of their customers and prevent them from engaging in any suspicious behavior.

Just be clear, I'm not necessarily in favor of KYC in online casinos. However, shouldn't you take a moment to review their terms of use before depositing your funds there to confirm if they require KYC?

So should I put an image of my profile in the post since you said not many have an account there? Or just a link

Hello there, and welcome to our forum!

I think it's great to hear that you're working on a PvP crypto casino, especially at such a young age. It's always inspiring to see young people taking initiative and pursuing tangible goals. However, as you mentioned, it's important to ensure that potential investors feel confident in the legitimacy of your project. While you mentioned that you're known on another forum, it might be helpful to provide more information about your project and your experience in the industry. From what I've seen, your focus up to this point appears to have primarily been centered around selling gaming accounts. Have you had any prior experience as a developer, and do you have any tangible projects or examples to demonstrate your skills?

1620  Economy / Gambling / Re: Any Casino Android software on: February 16, 2023, 08:15:50 PM
Is there any gambling/casino website that owns a android application? I noticed that all gambling websites are good for PC/Computers but not phones, I believe an android application will be flawless and way easier to access..

I think there are over hundreds of gambling casinos that have very good running android and also iOS apps and people like myself have been using those apps for years.

Wow, that's really surprising to hear! Are you absolutely certain that there are hundreds of real online casino sites with mobile apps available, and that these aren't just free-to-play games? It's essential to make the distinction between the two, as playing with real money involves a higher level of risk, and it's crucial to ensure the legitimacy and security of any such mobile app before using it.
