1601  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: September 21, 2017, 10:50:25 PM
Ok so I just called the toll number, they told me they don't accept videos. + my screen shots of my account were in 2014 and the ones on 2015 are just logins to my account. Should I seek other lawyers in the US who accept videos? I was sure my video was enough I mean why would I take a screen shot if I have a video.

Edit
Is it a good idea to take screen shots of the video even though it was from my phone meaning it's not a screen shot from a PC or laptop?

Resubmit the video, claiming its nothing but frames of screenshots at the rate of 30 per minute which they can pause at anytime to review any single screenshot.

If they still won't accept that, email them every single frame at one frame per email.

Problem is that the submission of the contest of the rejection has to be by snail mail!!! I have contested, but got a reply that I have to reply by paper and envelope!!!!!!

It's just completely unbelievable, and is such an awesome example of how this clashes with the old and new. I find it rather incomprehensible that the class action did not hire people in the know of the crypto-world. That would at least include those who do not have screenshots, but private wallets with transactions to back up their claim, and I also don't understand why they don't accept the withdrawal emails from Cryptsy. It contains information that can be used to see that the destination address has never receive the amount in the confirm withdrawal email.

Most of this could also be handled by signed messages by several wallets ensuring sender/receiver privacy authenticity!

Bleugh - I give up!!!

Is this the biggest thread on this board? Was a legendary scam back in the day.

yep with silk road shadow-rogue agents and everything!~ can't wait for the movie!  Cool #freeross

Speaking of rogue agents et al., here's a post from the past on this thread resulting in one FOX production being canned after it was learnt that its star was ... wait for it ... fucking his Mormon daughter: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1173703.msg12994311;topicseen#msg12994311

Yep, this thread has everything, and if it doesn't, it eventually will while I'm still around.

Fat dude is Marshall "Stinky" Long. I noticed he doesn't post anymore on Reddit. And most all the good conference organizers ban him from attending. I guess it's back to the spray booth in Texas for his fat stinky ass.

The FAQ page and various other pages are simply copies from one to another, it is a default page by many service providers.

we are here to stay for long, once we gain more trust we will put more funds into escrow, we also paying a big % for doing that.
other providers after small amounts running out of BITCOINS, situations that would never happen to our service.

regarding the 2000BTC signature, we do not want to expose our main wallet to the public in this stage. we will do so, when needed after we gain more trust and especially customers.

Nothing says trust better than not disclosing who the fuck you are, one who doesn't have a rudimentary command of the English language.

And what the fuck is that escrow clause all about? It's the other way around, fucktard - while earning trust, you use escrow; once trust is gained, you more or less are free to abandon the practice.

One more thing - My standard extortion fee is 35 BTC if you don't want me to expose your main wallet to the public.

This fucker has scammer written all over him. This dude actually said that he'll provide the wallet address AFTER he gains more trust and Investards.

I'm willing to bet this ass-backwards dude washes his hand BEFORE taking a shit and wiping his ass. Now that his hands are clean, he's ready to eat or ... wait for it ... prepare food at the McDonald's he works at.

1610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BCC] Bitconnect Coin - Decentralized Cryptocurrency on: September 20, 2017, 10:35:08 PM
Bitconnect would rise up more since they are excellent with their marketing strategy. If you're seeing an advertise all over the web and that's how they do it.

I would say bitconnect will grow more since their investment is one of the investors what theyr are looking for. Many investors is attracted to their lending investment plan that can double or tripled the investment within couple of months.

You're right and I know they're going to exit scam eventually? I'm just hoping it's not in the next 120 days. I mean usually when something is too good to be true it is. I just gave it a shot with 10010$ hoping it lasts 120 days

I'm about to make a thread on my daily progress of bitconnect, it's payment, and the day I expect it will exit.

EDIT: You can check my signature for the link to my daily progress thread

Hard to believe this is what it's coming to. People know it's a scam, don't care it's a scam and throw their money in it anyway. You know you're only helping extend the cut and run date? And also becoming part of the scam itself since your returns are coming from them?

What's this world coming to? I wonder if Google and Facebook can be sued for running these ponzi ads?

My opinion Crypto is a scam because there is no real value in real world. Only people involved in this business speculate and gives values to any crypto currency. For me BitConnect I think is same as other coins, it will stay here for long. You know why? It creates demand with their lucrative 30-40% monthly interest rate. Keyword "Demand" and it's very very hard to mine that pushes new people to buy BCC coins at higher price. I bet you are holding shit coins that hoping one day price will go to moon but there is no "DEMAND" of that coin. BCC will not run because there's still 22 Million BCC coins to mine and worth $Billions of $$$. Yes, that value comes from the "DEMAND" This is just my 2 cents.

My opinion is that ALL cryptos are a scam unless John endorses them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adFv_tyfSgo&feature=youtu.be

1612  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BITCOIN FOREX USI-TECH. NO SCAM! THIS IS FOR REAL on: September 20, 2017, 08:51:05 PM
Hi Everyone.
ok so a friend introduced me to a company called USI TECH. its basically a bitcoin forex trading and mining company that offers returns a 40% value on what you put in all returned in bitcoin.

Its paid back daily in bitcoin at 1% approx. ( fluctuates between 0.65-1.25% but thi includes ROC ) you basically purchase BTC packs at a cost £43 each which run for 140 trading days, so after the 140 days you end up paid back 100% plus an extra 40%. you can choose to withdraw the daily returns or once it mounts up purchase another pack to build up a higher return.

You also have an option of recruiting others where you gain a commission.(completely optional) This is day 14 for me, and so far I've returned 0.1802 on the packs I've purchased and commissions of 0.4006, so a total of 0.5809 BITCOIN. or in monetary value at todays market price £888.
So in essence not only do you gain 40% more bitcoin over the term, you also gain on the rise in market value when you come to cash it in.
I personally put one bitcoin into this, which I purchased for £1000, so its working good for me. there's a lot of other people in this making some amazing returns.

They are in the process of a global launch right now, mainly touring Asia, Philippines, Tokyo , Thailand and just finished up the Uk tour.

they have Facebook members page, where you can chat to others taking part and see how others are doing with this. I have to say that being new to the whole bitcoin, it really is worth a look.

I did add some links on here but forum police deleted my posts as they obviously are scared it better than what they have to offer!!!.  its free to make an account, and you can start with as little as £43.

you can add me to Facebook (Dave joe mooney)and see I'm not a scammer, this is real. Feel free to add me. or message me and I can forward the info link and join if its of interest.

a bit of background on usi. it comprises of 4 people running the company. They are a software forex EA (expert advice) company who have been trading for the past 8 years mainly in forex, using correlation pairs trading catering for vip clients. They recently launched the BTC side of the model to open it up for an entry level to trading.
They have some of the best guys in the business involved with this.

don't believe me, take a look and see for yourself. google ralf Gold, Tak mano, Mike kiefer, lots of webinars online.

far too many shit scams on this site!!!

ok thanks for reading

***update****
Im Still with USI TECH, its going great!!  they have recently launched officially in the US after having law firm HDC of Chicago, look at the company, its products and its Owners, and hes given written testimony that they are a legitimate company with no legal proceeding anywhere globally against any of the company owners. Their products are real and legal and they are legally compliant with the FTC to operate in the US as Network Marketing Company with real products. This is a binding legal opinion!

So people can say what they wish, but check it out for yourself before listening to the naysayers!

The Big boss OF USI-TECH was arrested in 2014 in portugal for running a ponzi he was offering 10% a week hes now banned from running a company in Portugal and he stole millions its all over youtube for the official link to the ban

stevebills is a SON OF A BITCH for beating me to the punch!!!  Tongue Tongue Tongue

Here's the drill: moondog78 is now labeled as a nefarious actor in this space for promoting a Ponzi scheme which he claimed he did due diligence on.

Hey, Moon, was it Alta who turned you on to USI-Tech? She's hosting a massive Meetup tonight in Las Vegas, of which I was lucky enough to not only get a personal invite but was able to squeeze in on one of the few remaining seats:

Don't be serious about it but it looks like you purchased old bitmixer.io and changed the interface and few other things may be fees and relaunched the bitmixer.io service with a new name.

Update : After reading the page http://www.bitmixcoin.io/faq.php I'm pretty sure about it either you copied content from the bitmixer or you are new owner of the service sold by previous owner to you or the service of bitmixer relaunched with a new name.

Why should I set custom fee?
If attacker knows service fee, he can analyse blockchain to find exact sum transferred and discover your destination account.
For example if you send 100 BTC with a fixed fee 0.5% + 0.0005 BTC, you should receive 99.4995 BTC. It is not so difficult to check blockchain after 24 hours and find all exact transactions. Even if you use several forward addresses it is quite easy. That is why we strongly recommend to set custom fee, combined with several forward addresses and time delay.

Your fee is 1% and 0.001 btc for every forwarded address but you are using old 0.5% and 0.0005 in example

By reading the above, I can safely say that it was penned by a person where English is their mother tongue. That said, if it's later proven that said dude graduated from high school, I will suck the dicks of everybody who reads this post. Likewise, if the dude proofread the copy at least once, the offer stands still still stands.

1618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [FACTS] You are all NOOBS ! on: September 14, 2017, 08:05:02 AM
Yup.. all i ever see in the world of 'crypto' is noob accounts.
And for some strange reason they get mouthy like they know things.
They don't.

So i contest this is a bad thing (for crypto)
For example they latched onto ICO's and are supporting them out of greed.
Which in turn is killing crypto and ruining any future it might have had.

Noobs if you don't learn history it has a tendency to repeat.
And this scammy ICO bulllshit popularity is the same as late 2013's SCRYPT cloning phase.
What goes up must come down.. this time it will be with tougher and tougher regulations though.
Because you are BEGGING for them by being greedy irresponsible Investards.

NOOBS ..everywhere.

All the good threads were wiped out by Harvey and Irma, hence commenting on this one.  Tongue Tongue Tongue
