Works on Tor, albeit also slow.

WHEREFORE, Fraser respectfully requests that this Court: A. Dismiss plaintiffs’ claims and enter judgment in Fraser’s favor; B. Award Fraser reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in defense of this action, including costs and expenses; and C. Award Fraser all further relief that the Court determines to be fair and just. D. To be fair, getting https:// may or may not have been on their roadmap before or after getting DDos Protection. Startups need priorities.

Migrating servers to a new datacenter don't require to shutdown all servers from my understanding. They should have at least kept the homepage stay online. High chance that they've already ran away.
Makes as much sense as not yet selling your old home nor closed on you new home, but put all your furniture on the front lawn so that it's ready for the moving truck when all the stars aline.

Just like i said earlier, until i see proof that i have been scammed... Until then...For now, i do not have any reason to doubt them. The first thing on their road map after ICO is DDos Protection System Upgarde... which could actually be for their Data Center... see below a link on DDoS Protection for Data Centers. https://www.a10networks.com/resources/solution-briefs/data-center-ddos-protectionThey could be telling the truth or lying. But until i see proof that i have been scammed, then i will believe they are scammer.Check the road Map yourself JESUS MOTHERFUCKIN CHRIST!!! What more fuckin proof do you need? Since when has the fuck putting DDos Protection verbiage on a contrived roadmap a bellwether as to what constitutes a scam? Hell, I'm willing to bet you would've jacked off all over yourself if the roadmap included "Edit Copy for Grammatical Errors[, Plagiarism, and Fake Team Members Complete with Bios]", something not worth mentioning because ... wait for it ... such is standard practice in the online world. Making mention of DDos Protection is as useless as tits on a bull.

Has anyone yet succeded to withdraw from Ethconnect, or get any sort of response from them within the last 2 weeks? I have been trying everything I can think of without any sort of luck! Do Anyone here have some links to Japanese authorities I want to report them ASAP!
Fact: they used fake pictures and ID's in their white paper, this has been shown in the thread. What makes you think these chancers are really in Japan? Check their website credentials and the servers are based in the USA, there is a link to a Company in Panama and the identity of the website owners are hidden. Ethconnect (last time checked) had been removed from etherscan.io and folk have reported when they check [Suspicious link removed] with the Ethconnect BTC wallet address they can see the funds have gone in and then disappeared 4 to 6 days ago. No-one can get a response from these characters. Guess what, I doubt you'll get your money back. I hope am wrong and please reply if you do and I will administer humblest apologies. Yes the facts are right, but this is not 100% sure scam. We do not know still Nakamoto`s real name, but i don`t think that Bitcoin is scam . I do not defend them, but this is fact too. There are some technicalities that I may not understand, but from what I have gathered, several people have posted either in this thread or on social media that they have copied their Ethconnect BTC Wallet address into blockchain info and it shows zero Bitcoins. They disappeared around 7th & 8th November. They can see their initial amount sent, and then it's gone. As there is no BTC left against the address to which they were deposited to. When they try to withdraw it, it fails and the error message is displayed. Not sure what other reason there is for punters not to ba able to withdraw their BTC. You guys should get facts before insinuating... I withdrew the remainder of my BTC from ethconnect on the 8th. It will be so dull of me to still expect to see all the BTC i deposited on blockchain. Even at that, ethconnect posted a message on their facebook handle that they have moved the BTC to one hardware wallet for preservations ( https://www.facebook.com/EthConnect/photos/a.1336710246450870.1073741829.1329654003823161/1347864892002072/?type=3&theater ) yet people will not allow us rest with their scam stories... Give them benefits of the doubts at least until they scam you before spamming the thread with theories...I have a theory that Ethconnect once depicted their Team, but when it was called out, they deleted their Team, then proceeded to blame FUDDERS for creating the Team and embedding the Team on their website which Google indexed. But hey, it's ONLY a fuckin theory. It's not like we're tryin' to protect retards from investing into an entity where it's CEO is unknown on the Net, even though in real life - person-to-person - retards give money to complete strangers making similar promises all the time ... "I just gave a hundred dollars to a man who I just met because he said that he had a secret bot that will turn it into much money and make me rich. Now I'm not stupid, so I asked him his name and he said that nobody knows who Satoshi is which I don't, so that assured me that my investment is secure. He did show me some pics of his team and some white paper, so I took out a pencil and was going to write on the white paper, but then I saw the team disappeared. I asked him what happened to the team and he said what team. I gotta stop drinking Mountain Dew because I'm starting to see things." gleb, seriously go and get a hobby and leave people in here alone! You would do us all a huge favor if you did that.... Speakin' of retards, looks like one of your favorite alts is donating to your group ...

Okay, it's time to scare the shit outta all the Investards invested in BCC. Here's how BCC can exit sans suffering any repercussions even if the folks behind it are known. Simply state that they're shutting down and that all those who have BCC et al. on account will be paid immediately upon request via ... wait for it ... BCC, payable to a BCC address that the Investard proclaims as their own. Then all the Investard has to do is go to one of the other wonderful exchanges and trade off their BCC for the collective tens of millions worth of BTC. For us naysayers' reward, we get to sit back and watch BCC moon as the Investards liquidate their BCC position ASAP. I'm sure Jrevon Tames will post a video depicting how to liquidate as a public service, showing how he did such while jacking off to Craig's mail-order bot.

What's with the hostility and name calling? Very mature of you.
You mean my use of 'retard'? And did you meant to pen 'immature', retard? What hostility? Do you mean how I feel about nefarious actors invading the crypto space? I guess sarcasm doesn't come across well online. Such a keyboard warrior you are, I would love to see you speak to me like this in person. Would be fun. hehehe, I see what you did there. You penned your entire post as sarcasm to see if I would catch it. I did. See how easy it is?

I can only reply to my comments. They faked ID on their White Paper...... FACT. A lot of people have not been able to withdraw FACT Your link says people can withdraw. NOT FACT. We now know the website is down. Either they have buggered off or they are fixing the FACT the Wallets do not release BTC. As I said earlier, if I am wrong I will apologise, but at this moment, I think I have my facts right. A bunch of retards invested in this scheme ... FACT. The same retards are waiting for the next Ethconnect clone's ICO so to throw away more money ... FACT. You and I are the retards for calling it a scam ... quasi-FACT. Riddle: What's the difference between an Investard and a godlfish? A goldfish has a longer memory and knows how to spell 'goldfish'. "What color is a red firetruck? I know this one. It's either New Jersey or 36."

460 pages on a discussion about Flat Earth? Somebody has really gone over the rainbow here..
I figured they were writers for The Onion or maybe auditioning for a Russian troll farm job. Interesting! The Onion should do a [fake] story on the Earth being a globe.

Hi Gleb did not understand very much, do you want to buy 10 minereum? why not to buy at livecoin or another exchange? Just didn't want to go that route is all, bud, but gonna do LiveCoin after making a deposit. Only took 10 hours to get the blockchain confirmations at 33% fee. I love the new Bitcoin.

This is a good one, meaning they didn't make the mistake of depicting teams members whose images and bios are sourced from elsewhere, as well as their copy is for all practical purposes not plagiarized (giving them a by on their privacy page).
Guys, PM me if I missed something that needs my skill sets to dig a deeper.
Aside: Did I use "give them a by" correctly? For some fucked up reason it seems incorrect, with Google not providing any help.
