What happened in a loan process is complex. The moment you put your money into a bank, you lose the ownership of those money, you only get a promise from the bank that they will pay you when you withdraw. You regain the ownership only after your withdraw
What exactly is wrong with losing ownership of the money? Deposit insurance covers in case of a bank failure. It's technically a IOU, but the possibility of not being able to withdraw their is slim. What you're arguing over is semantics. Yes, the money deposited in a bank is an IOU, but for all intents and purposes it's just as good as real money.

The trick is using this confusion between debt and money to control other people.
How exactly does confusion between the definition of "money" and "debt" lead to control? Most people know that the bank is loaning money out to others. Also, upon withdraw of the money, the "IOU" becomes money again. I don't see the issue here.

No problem!
We haven't received any further guidance on this issue - any help is appreciated. It's probably because Mandrik isn't a blockchain.info representative. From his post history, there is nothing to indicate that he is a support personnel for any site. see posts below for explanation.

Hey here's a solution: how about you actually pay attention to the answers people are giving you, rather than asking "Still Waiting" endlessly.

Last time I did that I got a request for slides...
Then that guy is probably still in primary school and reads picture books. Powerpoint slides are to be used in conjunction with an ACTUAL PRESENTATION. You're not going to convince anyone with a poorly structured powerpoint. Guess why this guy: http://ripplescam.org/ is more convincing than you. Hint: it's because he has a properly structured article that lays out his arguments and then presents evidence for each of them. On the other hand, you present random pieces of economic theory, then come to the conclusion that bitshares is a ponzi. You don't have to trust me. Just read the wikipedia article linked in the slides and come to your own conclusion.
Oh so you hope to convince people by: "DON'T BELIEVE ME? HERE ARE A BUNCH OF ARTICLES VAGUELY RELATED TO MY CLAIM." Good luck with that.

I would like to read about your scammer stories

>[...]exchange units of USD via a bitcon client[...] You lost my attention
Very well, then you are not at risk as a Ponzi victim. protip: Present your findings as an essay/paper, not a powerpoint pdf. Your slides are very confusing and unconvincing.

Sounds communist at this point.
Yeah, I bet Stalin was behind this all along!

if you live in an urban area, in-person trade is your best bet. no risk of chargeback, plus very low fees (assuming you can find a good partner).

Steps to take to make sure you don't lose your money:
1. Don't use bitcoin.

This story: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=295931.0 for instance, is highly suspect. AlisonZ got her bitcoins "stolen" within 5 days of registration. Plus her story is highly inconsistent. timeline of AlisonZ's posts: inconsistencies: - why would she ask for a loan when she was to receive 15 BTC by the next day?
- why would she ask for investment advice when she was announcing a new wallet company the previous day?
- she was planning for an advanced wallet service, yet she doesn't know what cold storage was
- "NEW Online wallet solution that is [...] extremely profitable for future users" - WTF?

Is it possible to transfer CAD funds between two cavirtex accounts? I have some CAD that I'd like to withdraw, but I don't want to pay the $6 withdraw fee. Instead, I was planning to find a local buyer to trade cavirtex CAD for in-hand cash.
At the present time, you cannot transfer CAD between two CaVirtex accounts. You can, of course, transfer BTC. Can you add this feature?

[...] So the point is to grow the value in USD equivalent, not to grow the amount of bitcoins in the account. [...]
but what if I or others, want to grow their BTC value? Can you make a bot that grows BTC value instead of fiat, or is your bot limited to fiat growth?

Is there a tool that is able to brute force the private key, given a full Bitcoin address? I know it's nearly impossible, but want to try just for fun.
there is screensaver for windows that would bruteforce private keys, then check if they had a balance. i don't have the link, but you can always search for it.
