1601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Satoshi Vision - BSV... Recent push .. CAN IT SURPASS BITCOIN BTC? on: January 15, 2020, 01:32:20 PM
Even though BSV is centralized version of Bitcoin, can it be bigger then Bitcoin?

Centralized? What did you mean when you say it? How can a mining cryptoccurrency be centralized? You can mine BSV if you want, so we can not say it is centralized! Am I wrong fellas?

Hello all,
Even though BSV is centralized version of Bitcoin, can it be bigger then Bitcoin?
Recent push was very big for BSV, nearly 200% in 2 days. For Market research purposes, we want to know about how people react to these sort of price push when BSV has been in bad news lately.
How’s the market’s sentiment towards Bitcoin and the other Satoshi vision (Faketoshi as we have been hearing it)

Team BitBall (Btb)

I think BSV can't surpass BTC for different reasons, but the main one is because it's a clone of bitcoin, just a bad copy. I like to spect a Fake Rolex with bigger value than an original Rolex.

And the bump it had was really big, but we can be sure this was a market manipulation from faketoshi.

There is no way to overtake Bitcoin off course.
1602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Motivate currency exchangers in big city centres to exchange bitcoin ? on: January 15, 2020, 01:24:52 PM
Since the idea of motivating local stores to accept bitcoin is IMHO pointless, i have another proposition which could work in the close future (1 year):

Motivating big currency exchangers in centres of major cities to accept internet currencies: Bitcoin, Liberty Reserve, Pecunix and such.
Because those companies are already into "currency buisness", they may be much easier to motivate to use electronic currencies, than local stores.

After people could exchange money for bitcoin on their street, perhaps it will be much much easier to motivate markets/supermarkets/shops to accept bitcoin.

It's not that easy to realize. many countries have their own legal regulations. First of all, progress should be made on this issue. But a few exchanges like this, I can see that they are getting ready to step up in the future about it. In any case, it is very important to overcome legal issues.
1603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Match of This Week : Liverpool vs. Man. Utd on: January 15, 2020, 01:19:25 PM
BTW, Liverpool won all their matches against opponents till now except Man Utd!
1st match in the league ended draw. If Liverpool will win, they will be win against all team in this season.

1604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Match of This Week : Liverpool vs. Man. Utd on: January 14, 2020, 07:31:51 PM
I think Liverpool will most likely win this match. But Man Utd's special situation makes it difficult to predict. When we look at the quality of the teams, we can easily see that Liverpool is at the forefront. But Man Utd is a football club with different dynamics. The habit of winning is very important in two teams. And Man Utd has been far from this habit for some time. In such cases, large teams can react better than expected. Therefore, I can expect United to have a positive result.

So this match is not an easily predictable one.
1605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Handball - Euro 2020 on: January 14, 2020, 07:23:36 PM
Wow, just found out about Handball, and I'm impressed.

Initially, I thought handball was just a game that kids play at school, but it seems I couldn't have been more wrong! Looks like there's some serious athletes in the game.

I guess it's time for me to start binge-watching all the major games.

Any recommendations on where to start? I'd definitely like to find out more about the sport.

I think there is no live stream about it. It should be broadcasting internationally for us. But unfortunately, handball is not so popular.
1606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Match of This Week : Bayern vs. Schalke or Napoli vs. Juventus? on: January 14, 2020, 02:02:06 PM
Let the bets begin.
This week with Liverpool, (the dominant leader of the premier league) will face with Man Utd (facing difficult times.)
I think everyone thinks Liverpool will win. But if Man Utd loses this match, they can have a hard time after that. I think I think it will be a very important match for the Solskjaer. It could affect his future in United.

1608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Handball - Euro 2020 on: January 14, 2020, 01:34:36 PM
I haven't been able to watch Handball since my high school years. It is not a popular sport in my country. I guess the whole world, too. But in fact, tournaments of this kind of games can be very enjoyable. For both watching and betting.

Where can we watch it?
1609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 14, 2020, 01:17:05 PM
After Demiral's injury, Juventus will try to find new player for defence? What do you think?
They have Matthijs de Ligt, but I don't think it is enough for all tournaments. They will need rotation.
1610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are giving too much attention on the halving on: January 13, 2020, 05:47:21 PM

I dream for the day when every merchant, online or physical store, will have the price of Bitcoin tagged next to fiat price and I think it will become reality soon.

We are always focused something. We focused marjin things, option trading, Bakkt, ETF and something... We should focus something serious, something related with blockchain and bitcoin. Otherwise we just watch prices goes up and down. But always miss something.
1611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 13, 2020, 04:34:39 PM

2 youth player won't be playing this season anymore. I am so sorry for them both. Nicolò Zaniolo and Merih Demiral... I hope they get well soon. We are enjoying when we are watching in field.
1612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 13, 2020, 04:32:27 PM
What do you think about Babel's return. He's just joined Ajax from Galatasaray.
Can he play still in big challanges? He has a power and condition for it?
1613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real reasons to Why do you gamble? on: January 12, 2020, 07:11:17 PM
The most dishonest answer some of my friends and many others are fond of saying is that they "gamble for fun"  Tongue let's come clean on this one we all know that the reason we gamble is to make money, Simple!

Unless someone is in that bracket of money isn't a problem then they can afford to say they gambling for fun.

Off course its main reason is always making money. But we can not say it is not funny. When I playing a match which I bet on it, it always much more excity than others. What do you think?
1614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would you define Blockchain Technology in a single phrase? on: January 12, 2020, 07:09:25 PM
I can define as; good bye to old fashion financial system.
1615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's make mining sustainable on: January 12, 2020, 07:05:42 PM
Hey
We all know how the year had been Sad , unfortunately we have seen worst case of bush fire in Amazon , in Australia , environment is changing drastically , not so long enough we used to have snow here and now it's already January , no sign of snow ...
In certain places where it was supposed to be winter , it's raining there tremendously and it's something that am seeing from my own eyes.
I think this 2020 we should focus on reducing the carbon footprint of bitcoins , reduce the energy minning takes ND the pollution it generates .
Hopefully the community will come forward and the creators will also look out for this .
If you are in the IT sector please spare some time and brains for this problem and try finding a way out .

P.S. people please understand that I do not mean they cause bush fires !! It's all about environment change Smiley

Something everyone would want. But I don't think it's easily achievable. For this to happen, we must first experience an extraordinary improvement in mining equipment. ASICs, GPUs ... Better and less energy consuming. But more importantly, more people are supporting Bitcoin.
This has nothing to do with the bushfire in Australia. But of course it would be great to protect nature.

1 hour at the start of the big match between Juve and Roma in Rome.

This is the starting XI for Juventus.

Will be a great match. Dybala & Ronaldo I think they may score both.
I have a important work things in office but I will try to watch this match. I think Juve may win tonight.
1617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real reasons to Why do you gamble? on: January 12, 2020, 06:56:01 PM
Gambling? Mostly I don't gamble. Gambling is more of a bet for me. I am constantly betting on football. But I do it for fun rather than making money. I especially like to bet on the matches I can watch. Thus, the match I watched is twice as meaningful to me. For example, I watched Aston Villa - Man City match in excitement this evening. The match was very enjoyable before Aston Villa scored.
1618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 12, 2020, 06:47:49 PM
Manchester City shaved off Aston Villa. Mahrez really played very well in this match. One of Manchester City's best games tonight. Too bad at the end of the match they had to concede one goal. Maybe this is a gift given to Aston Villa so as not to get hurt because they lost 1-6 at home

An assist & 2 goals... Remarkable. It's been an amazing football evening for the city. But I don't think Villa is pleased. They didn't get any good performance this year. And they made me lose my bets. I never thought that they score goal against City.  Embarrassed
1619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Focus game: EPL, Matchweek 22, Tottenham VS Liverpool on: January 12, 2020, 06:44:30 PM
I think Liverpool will be celebrating an early championship this year. It is not always possible to say this in the Premier League. They have a performance to be appreciated.
1620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 11, 2020, 05:58:42 PM
Leicester suffered a bitter defeat at the King Power Stadium with a dramatic score of 1-2 Southampton.
Although the Leicester player's header had entered the goal of Southampton but was not authorized by VAR because offsite was really unlucky for Leicester.

There's no need to make this big. Leicester will win again. It's just a bad accident, they can win again next week.

Leicester had an unlucky day and it seems Var is causing lots of trouble for all the teams and I wonder if Var will be used next season because none of the teams wants to use it. I don’t know how but Manchester United won today they played well but we need a quality midfielder and Greenwood needs to start more often. Another thing I have observed is whenever Williams plays Manchester United look more strong from the left hand side, and I won’t be surprised if he removes Shaw from the playing 11 in coming months.

VAR is not successful in any league. More precisely, it has not improved the old situation in any league. It is not possible to understand the misconceptions that can be made despite the investigations with VAR. In Leicester today, they are unlucky about it. But there are errors in the nature of the game and it has always existed. And it will be...
