16001  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wallets do you use and why? on: December 15, 2015, 04:20:51 PM
I use Multibit Classic and I am satisfied with what offers as well as ease of use.I do not hear much of a positive opinion on MultiBit HD so at the moment I do not plan to switch to a new wallet but I will certainly explore some new options Smiley
16002  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] ❂ Crypto Land ❂ 1000 Satoshi Every 800 Minutes! on: December 15, 2015, 03:50:37 PM
Thanks for the explanation of what causes this problem, and today I tried to log on several times but I have failed. You have a good way to protect from bots, but as you can see it is causing problems to users.
16003  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] ❂ Crypto Land ❂ 1000 Satoshi Every 800 Minutes! on: December 14, 2015, 04:47:37 PM
Something is wrong with the site. When I try to log in with my address it says please sign up. When I try to sign up it says lP or wallet already in use. Latter is correct, I have used this faucet successfully many other times and I still get referral payments. What is the issue - why I cannot claim my own?

It's the same with me,I come across the same problem, and the prize is 1000 Satoshi now, which is considering the BTC price still OK.
16004  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: We are against shit faucets. on: December 12, 2015, 03:00:58 PM
Limit exceeded in just 1st claim -: I immediately delete these type of faucet from my top 10 faucet list and never approve .
I request to all list and rotator owner please don't promote any such shit faucet and this way let them know that their faucet is worse then shit.

I totally agree with you about this problem. The measure that was supposed to protect faucet owners from bots is used in a way that very small amounts is paid within a specified period(30 min).So the faucet is actually turn into a lottery which is very bad for users.
I started a topic a few days ago about this problem: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1282310.0

16007  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: This faucet exceeded it's safety limits-Cheating faucet users! on: December 10, 2015, 10:52:40 AM
Agree with you but they are offering a really nice amount of satoshi usually and that's why people will continue to try to claim a lot of times imo.

They may offer 1650 satoshi, but in 90% of visits you get 0 so it makes no sense to me.

I definitely agree with Lucius on this one. It's a dishonest way of earning few extra bucks by the owners. Unfortunately many users will still check those faucets and that's the main reason why day by day, faucet owners find a new way to cheat the system in order to gain a bit more and they seem to not care for their image being destroyed as long as they earn more. As long as their faucet is listed and uses faucetbox script, you could report those and the faucetbox team will take action.

i write in FaucetBOX topic about that, and have passed without any comment.

But the offer of this faucet was to good to be true 1650sat every 30 minute and 100% commission.
By the way, watch the misspelling "FUCET" or is that mongolian for Faucet?

I never noticed that writes FUCET,and it tells you how much they are serious.

My activity has not changed yesterday, and from last update I have 20+ post. Some kind of error or I make mistakes in something?

Yes, you are too hasty.
If your activity has not been updated, you just have to wait an hour for it to do so.  Smiley

Thanks for the quick answer, activity is updated now Smiley

16010  Economy / Micro Earnings / This faucet exceeded it's safety limits-Cheating faucet users! on: December 09, 2015, 05:20:20 PM
What really annoys me these days is that many of the faucet turns into a real lottery. You come to faucet, make claim and get 0 because faucet is "exceeded it's safety limits!".Some faucets use this option exclusively for the purpose of cheating users. This message should be visible to user before he make claim. If you see a faucet cheating you on this way please stop visit that faucet because you make profit for them and get 0 satoshi.
This measure is supposed to be a protection against bots, but it's not fair for users.
An example of this is faucet on ss,I tested them for 10 days and claim only 1-2 times, today 0 satoshi from 5-6 visit.

16011  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Why faucets are NOT worth your time on: December 07, 2015, 05:15:35 PM
user /u/cuckolddesu on reddit did a very great analysis of "3 hours of doing bitcoin faucets"

Quote
Total amount of faucets done:128
Total amount of faucets I actually managed to get working:103
Total amount of withdraw:1KZnGwTnUodUtm5N2yjcQVac9ppgD7TNEG 0.00037884 BTC
AVG per faucet:350 satoshi
Time started:21:22 gmt +2 time finished 0:22 gmt +2
BTC TO USD EARNED:$.15 This translates to 0.05$/hour
This means if I'd do it as a full time job I'd earn 40 cents a day and about 8.4$ a month
The minimal wage wage in Uganda is 0,01125 USD/hrs. (The lowest minimal wage country)
That means we are making 5 times the minimal wage of Uganda.
In general it do not seem like a worthy choice for a new bitcoin user to try to earn money with faucet,if you live in an extremely undeveloped country you might be able to make 0,5$ an hour but thats about it.
I also do not recommend it to anyone as I started losing my sanity in the end, first off 99% of the sites force you to turn off adblock,
about 50% of the sites have some sort of trick and the rest 50% only ask for a captcha code.
Most sites are trying to bait you into clicking on the ads.
you can see all sites I've used on my faucetbox account

He spent 3 hours to claim from 128 faucets? In what year he did it and how?
I resolved in one minute 2-3 faucet, let's say 3 in one minute-that is 40 minutes for 120 faucet, max 1 hour of time.To get the most from the faucet  users should use all available methods like rotators and all other help like easysubmit.Earnings from faucet is modest these days especially, but 100k satoshi is worth 0.4$ now,and how much will be worth for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years?

Here's just one example, for 6+ minutes 18 000+ Satoshi and that user is spent 3 hours for 37884?

Thanks for this great info did not know this can fix some problems whit this faucet. But even without this fix, it remains a great rotator.

Some Faucets never give me new referrals not sure why they don't give new referal to me.

You're welcome onlinedragon, this is not used by many faucets and some continue to display such a message even if you turn off everything.

What bothers me most lately is is the measure that allows the owners of faucets to set safety limits which is good because in this way they prevent  bots to empty their accounts, but at the same time turns faucets in a lottery game. They set for for example that every 30 minutes fuacet pay 0.001 BTC,and when limit is reached all other user claim after that get nothing. So you visit faucet, enter you address, resolve captcha and then you find out that faucet is exceeded it s safety limits, totally unfair to users.

I'm seeing all sorts of ways to make hard to users to claim from faucets, but this is something most dishonest so far.
16015  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: My faucets, minimum 2125 satoshi per claim! on: December 03, 2015, 10:50:30 AM
Nice reward on your faucet, but I do not like pop up ads.
16016  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Do you still really use faucet? on: December 02, 2015, 05:42:07 PM
I use faucets but only in rotator, except freebitco because of lottery.Personally on everything earn on faucets I look as a long-term investment, because one day it should worth a lot more than it is today, or not Smiley
16017  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] OrangeBits - Faucet and unique faucet rotator on: December 01, 2015, 05:22:30 PM

16018  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1200 before December 1 on: November 30, 2015, 05:17:27 PM
Maybe before 1 December 2016 or 2017 will be 1200 dollar.
Before 1 December 2015 I don't think that will happend.

I think so December 1 2016 price will be over $1200 for sure as now it growing slowly and getting new stable floor for it.

That would be a really nice price, but it is difficult to predict what will happen in a year. What is certain is that it will not happen tomorrow Wink
16019  Other / Politics & Society / Re: is ISIS really using Bitcoin? on: November 30, 2015, 02:48:26 PM
ISIS also used US dollars as well as euros or any other currency that suits them at some point. For those who do not like Bitcoin this is just another opportunity to display it in a negative light.
16020  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: LetsGetCrypto: the ultimate rotator - over 100,000 user referrals generated! on: November 29, 2015, 04:54:38 PM
Hello all Let's Get Crypto users Smiley
Those using Firefox might have noticed that in some faucet appears message that you need to turn off AdBlock and Private Navigation.

AdBlock must be disable, and in Firefox go to: Tools-Options-Privacy and under Tracking uncheck both options and restart Firefox. Then this faucets should work without problems.

Yesterday I tested how much time I need to claim in 15 faucet and it took me a little more than 6 minutes for 18 000+ Satoshi.Probably it could be even faster but of course depends on what kind of luck you have with the captcha and the speed of the internet.Maybe someone can make better time Wink
