I was a full member before but since I deleted some of my unnecessary posts, I became a member with activity of 112

I'm unable to even delete my current avatar due to that reason.

Now my question is, since I have a post count of 189 (after deleting the unnecessary posts), how did I become a member from full member?

Hoy you made one heck of a mistake. If you deleted posts which were the only posts in a certain activity period, you lost that activity gained in that period.

No, a single post in each of the activity periods is fine. They will give you a total of 14 activity each until your posts are lower than your activity. The next periods are (CET):

Yes, you are too hasty.
If your activity has not been updated, you just have to wait an hour for it to do so.

Interesting, I wasn't aware of that. I have been busy lately myself trying to report those pesky bots. How many number of posts to accuracy do you need to become promoted as Staff?

Well over 10k I'd say, but even if you go for becoming a staff, prepare to be disappointed. There are lots of patrollers for admins to consider another one.

There is no magical number as shorena will probably agree (though he's probably long overdue in getting modded in my opinion). Threre are users with several thousands of reports who are not yet mods but it's all about whether we need more in a particular timezone etc.

I have a question for anyone here that might be able to answer.  Once my Activity hit 350, it seems to have frozen.  This happened 1-2 weeks ago, and I have made a lot of posts since then and spent a lot of time logged into the forum.

Is there a glitch, or anything that could be possibly freezing my Activity level?

You can only get 14 activity points every two week period. New period starts on Tuesday and you can get another 14 points then.
