History price of ADA tell us this coin has so high fluctuation, the price was dump almost 1/20 from ATH, and in bull market the price just going up 10 times and currently the price of ADA below than when first tradeable. But for XRP was keep going up since first tradeable , though current price dumped from ATH, but with strong fundamental this coin has more potential than ADA and has more probability to going up again to highest price.

Some of your points are correct but there are certain crypto that are worth holding and there are some that are worth trading. Also it depends on the person itself because not all have the skills and time to do trading. If you don't want to take risk and you have limited time in crypto, then I suggest to keep holding your coins but if you are familiar with trading, then its the best for you.
