From what ive seen, all users who come here to claim 'sportsbet.io stole my money or froze my account' are already in regular contact with our relevant department via email. Its usually the stage where we produce the evidence of double spend or multi-accounting that those users come to these forums for a bit of a bash.
I can assure you we are fair and reasonable when it comes to sorting these issues out. If we owe customers money, we do pay, 100% of the time. If its the other way around, its a different set of emails that are being exchanged.

So I waited for 3 confirmations before withdrawing my money. Once the 3 confirmations are passed (after 30 minutes). I'm trying to withdraw my money, but what's going on? They refuse my withdrawal and ask me to contact support. I contact the support and ask me to check my account. I agree to check my account and I send all the documents they ask me (ID card, selfie...) Once done after 20 hours of waiting, I receive an email telling me if I have a second account. I tell them no, I only have one account because it's the truth. They send me a message 2 hours later and say that I have created an account called "menahem911" and that it belongs to me. And that according to their rules, If someone has 2 accounts, balances will be blocked and his account banned. I still tell them that it is not my account that I have only one account called "carzobo". After 24 hours, they tell me that my account "carzobo" and blocked and the money suspended for making double spend on an account named "menahem911" that does not even belong to me. I had 9+ 2 = 11 hand in blackjack, i gave double down.. But nothing happened .. i was made to stand @ 11 and lose .. Site was also too slow and down that whole day ..

hi there, a weeks ago i joining sportbet promotion. and the reward is free bet, but 24 hour after i joining the promotions i didn't receive the reward.
i've been ask to CS but they say i'm not eligible for this promotion. does anyone have the same problem with me?
They do have strict guidelines to be awarded the free bets. Also from some of the promotions they run it changes from region to region so you need to be aware of this before you start betting expecting to receive a reward after the promotion period because if not then more then likely you were not eligible to receive it based on these restrictions. I have learned the hardway in the past from the answers their customer support told me in the end the answer to my questions about this. i saw the rules for free bet promotion is only minimum bet amount. i don't see the any restrictions. i'm just confused with their customer service, because they said that i'm not eligible for those promotion without any reason. and played 3 more hands there for 100-200 stakes, all lost and i lost 400 mb in 3 minutes in that table..
and in 1 week, i lost 4300 mb in that exact table ..
Almost every single blackjack hand of mine is a losing hand there ..
No rebate, no compensation , nothing .. Fine .. No problem ..
But atleast i expected the winnings on my double down bet, where i was robbed .. After multiple emails, they said, they will investigate and the investigation result reads as

You accepted I pressed DOUBLE DOWN ..
If i press double down, you should process it .. You acknowledged even the time @ which i pressed double down ? If u didnt process it, then how it will be my mistake ?
