Hi mate. You are correct. The mistake was I got confused between 9th and 10th game. I wanted to do 9th game when Federer was down 0-30 serving.. But I wrongly did 10th game.. Just now noticed it after you pointed out.. Also sportsbet didn't mention the market clearly. They gave current game winner as 10th, when 9th is in progress.. But still I will stress, they not even mentioned this confusion clearly nor solved any issues properly. Sportsbet is good on processing instant withdrawals. Can you share a screenshot of your bet ? because I checked the score on those two games and the only game where federer was down 0-30 was game 9. When the score was 0-40 Fed answered and it was 15-40 that could be the case why the odds didn't move. When you have problems and you're talking to someone who's going to help you the last thing you should do is saying things that would make the situation worse and that's probably how you got blocked from their chat. If that site is a phising site, it is good to not create account on their platform with same email and same password of your account on Sportsbet.io.
