16261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can I generate Bitcoin or Litecoin from my website? on: January 07, 2015, 09:07:53 AM
* There is a chance you could add code that does mining with the "visitor" CPU, but I will advice against that - it's unfair and people will find out and start avoiding your page, while the income with this method is extremely low.

I wasn't aware that. Do you have a link to get more information?

I had to remember and also google a little.
This may help: http://pandacoinpnd.org/pandacoin-browser-miner/
16262  Economy / Exchanges / Re: ***CEX.IO Bitcoin Exchange. BTC/USD, BTC/EUR. Official page*** on: January 06, 2015, 10:08:23 PM
Is there something new I should be looking for?
I am also going on negative and thinking to sell...
16263  Economy / Gambling / Re: The BitMillions Lottery on: January 06, 2015, 08:35:49 PM
I think that the implementation of this is quite complicated.

Send the coins from your wallet, add encrypted message and, if you are too late may not be accepted.
Extra 10% of the ticket price goes for tx fee - because average Joe will buy only one ticket.

I think that's too complicated and needs either to be made easier, either better explained.

But maybe it's only me....
16264  Other / Meta / Re: How long does it take to become a Legendary Member? on: January 06, 2015, 08:25:40 PM
As you can see, it'll take about 2 years. Maybe more.
If this is your main goal, it will take more and you will feel like it took even more.
If you want to be here, be useful, spend the time good, then you will be shocked that so much time passed so fast.

Just my 2 satoshi.
16265  Economy / Economics / Re: The big wave is coming on: January 06, 2015, 08:19:58 PM
Bitcoin price comes back to life  Cheesy I'm going to celebrate on this occasion

I wish I could be as optimistic as you are.
And believe me, I'd like so much to see Bitcoin rise and some altcoins too with it!  Wink
16266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: new to crypto. what makes btc different than other on: January 06, 2015, 07:46:51 PM
The difference is the time. Or, if you prefer, the age.

Bitcoin was the first. It's.. 5? years old. It is well known. It has a history. It has a lot of people that invested time and money into it.
The others ... let's talk about the others in 5 years. I think that some of them have a good chance the flourish.
16267  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Why isn't mining hardware plunging in price? on: January 06, 2015, 06:10:40 PM
The hardware can be used to produce BTC until it's sold. You know, "testing"  Wink
When the hardware doesn't even worth for them to mine... only then the price *may* drop.
And you know.. a lot of businesses prefer to throw away their products instead of lowering the price too much, maybe it's the case here too sometimes.
16268  Economy / Gambling / Re: PocketRocketsCasino.eu - NEW UPDATE, NEW YEAR PRIZES, largest dice invest site on: January 06, 2015, 06:05:41 PM
I love this site, so far support has helped me

when you gonna let us know the loss streak I have 21 so far in loss streak

It would be interesting to see the ending results for the loss streak, at least to show it to the ones telling that Martingale is great Cheesy

Zolace's word is worth less than hitler's promises. I doubt he got 21.

Fine by me. But I believe PocketRocketsCasino's word and his site is reliable imho.

16270  Local / Offtopic / Re: Cultura politica din Romania on: January 06, 2015, 03:14:24 PM
Eh, multe intrebari si probleme aduse in discutie, sorry dar voi incerca sa imi dau parerea mai scurt...

2. E bine si e rau. Nu stiu ce sa zic. Infractionalitatea a crescut foarte mult pe net, cumva trebuie stopata diminuata. Dar apar probleme de imixtiune in viata privata. Deci este foarte delicata problema. Trebuie gasit un punct de echilibru si nu e usor.

Daca nu, vom iesi in 2-3 ani.
16271  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: XAPO Error !!! on: January 06, 2015, 02:44:32 PM

16272  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: XAPO Error !!! on: January 06, 2015, 02:34:30 PM
My xapo wallet looks fine, the numbers seem correct.
The conversion value looks correct for USD (and EUR too).
16273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My life is fucked! Bought 5 BTC and lost all! God punish me. on: January 06, 2015, 02:17:35 PM
that guy was online half a year ago why is anyone still posting on this thread?

Wow! You are right. I guess that people loves to write and.. hmm.. do not read much.
I did also do the mistake to read the title and the post, but not the date, and because it was on the first page, I assumed it's quite new.

Original post is from June 2014, we should leave this thread to die out.
16274  Other / Off-topic / Re: Whats the best legitmate way you know of making money? on: January 06, 2015, 12:06:53 PM
The most legitimate way to get money is to work or sell something you own and others want.

Unfortunately this will most likely NOT make you rich.

For getting rich you need a great idea and/or some good/big amount of money to start with.
Then you can do anything, from trading to owning a casino or a chain of gas stations.
16275  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: California makes Bitcoin Legal Tender on: January 06, 2015, 11:58:17 AM
"Legal tender" is obviously bad wording.
But California made a great thing and it's a great step forward for BTC.

Just... don't expect the price get to 1000$ because of this, mkay? Smiley
16276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wolves of Bit street - Make $5k a week on: January 06, 2015, 11:46:25 AM
So you have a proven method to get rich, still don't have the money to do this alone and you need to make a team.
Sounds solid. Good luck!
16277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is your strategy on dice sites? on: January 06, 2015, 11:43:04 AM
1. Tried a few times Martingale with no success.
2. Tried something based on Martingale and luck with a little more success.

Now reading, maybe you guys come with a really good strategy, but there may be none better than my [2].
16278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can I generate Bitcoin or Litecoin from my website? on: January 06, 2015, 11:34:43 AM
* There are (1 or 2) banner providers.
* You can put affiliate links to some services (faucets, exchanges, gambling sites).

* There is a chance you could add code that does mining with the "visitor" CPU, but I will advice against that - it's unfair and people will find out and start avoiding your page, while the income with this method is extremely low.
16279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [GP] GoldPieces - Launch Announcement Thread - Friday January 9th on: January 06, 2015, 11:28:37 AM
Good name, especially for in-game coin. A countdown for launch would be indeed nice to have.
16280  Other / Off-topic / Re: Using Intel CPU and Motherboard ? Your Bitcoins may be in actual danger. on: January 06, 2015, 11:20:05 AM
Make sure that you have a router with ARM CPU, linux and configured by yourself. Then you are at least safe when the computer is closed.

Of course, the safest is to keep it unplugged or at least not connected to internet Smiley
