16261  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Total BTC lost at Hashocean.com ponzi? on: June 27, 2016, 10:59:36 PM
Just a rough guesstimate, I'd say somewhere from 100-500 btc was lost in this mess.
It was apparently more then that. According to this thread, all the BTC was sent to a single address, and totals just shy of 5,750BTC.
It looks like they also have 1,000BTC at 1KBjrcKeRjX2k1EmLm7HkKuyoWr73YhZoH

So a total of 1,000 BTC? I have checked on the link you have gave it is very big amount 5.750 BTC and with the address you gave which is 1KBjrcKeRjX2k1EmLm7HkKuyoWr73YhZoH and another 1,000 BTC sure thing hash ocean is going to be a big time millionaire.
16262  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: June 27, 2016, 10:53:52 PM
suggest trusted site . thanks

Mining sites like genesis-mining or trade, on poloniex or other sites, you can also lend some btc to bet sites and trading sites, like poloniex, good luck  Wink

For me two things I can do for investing that 1 bitcoin. First, you can buy an alt coin and use it for trading, just make sure you are going to choose
the most reliable one or has the potential to grow.
Second, I will just hold it for maybe 5-12 months depending on the fluctuate of price.
16263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: June 27, 2016, 10:52:27 PM
The thing is though a lot of people seem to think when the halvening happens the price is going to like go crazy over night... it's not it will be over time  Roll Eyes

Well still nobody knows if that kind of speculation is possible to happen. But let's just hope that it will happen that halving will be really a profitable
thing for all of us.
Once it happens, people who are holding out a lot of bitcoins will just sell it. And that supply will be more and the demand will be lesser. But still let's just think positive.
16264  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Total BTC lost at Hashocean.com ponzi? on: June 27, 2016, 10:50:18 PM
https://www.facebook.com/HashOceanGuide/

if they scam, why they continue to inform members?
thats not official hashocean facebookpage, just a user trying scam the hashocean community.
i been to 199 Leidesdorff St. San Francisco, its a small family russian bread shop, and the owners dont know shit about bitcoin or #hashocean

Yeah they are trying to take advantage of what is happening now with hash ocean. They are just giving false hope to the investors who have
alloted a big amount of their btc's just for the sake of their hopes.
But they are not into it, but trying to get people's attention for that kind of act.
16265  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Brazil has more than 150 stores that accept bitcoin on: June 27, 2016, 10:48:15 PM
It is wonderful to see all that disclosure of Bitcoin in Brazil. I know there is a group of users who work hard to publicize the platform. It is a welcomed attitude.

Yeah that is really a wonderful thing for bitcoin industry in the country of Brazil. And for sure, other countries will going to do what Brazil did.
If they can see good results of the acceptance of bitcoin to their country.
And it is very good start for the country of Brazil.
16266  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: June 27, 2016, 10:27:15 PM
I think  the main reason why people is using and buying Bitcoin because they want to try an new payment method and they can also even earn some money with it. And that will be really nice because there are some even a lot of people that is now waiting for a higher value.

Well that's true, when people really suck about the payment system they are experiencing.  But today as the bitcoin people what is going to happen after the halving, so they are buying as many as they can today that they can afford.
Because when the halving happens, it will going cause the price to increase.
16267  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: June 27, 2016, 06:09:30 AM
If I ever get a chance to see bitcoins back to $1, I will anyhow manage a million bucks and get into it again, as I am sure that there is no end of bitcoins.

Yes this is what I'm saying earlier. And you are right there is no end of bitcoins. And you are rich though you said that you are manage to have
million bucks.
And for sure even it will rise up to $2, you can earn a million fast.

Indeed.  With the number of people into buying BTC at 1 USD, am sure it will increase in USD Value.  You can still exit at 1.25 USD if you want and still get away with profit. As for me, as long as development is still in there, i will increase my holding by bidding at the Buy wall of 1 USD per Bitcoin. and forget about selling it for another 3 years Cheesy

Yes that's what I'm saying even just for a small amount of increase if you have hundreds, thousands or even millions of bitcoin holding on that price.
You will still get secured profit if you have volume of bitcoins that you are holding.
16268  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why did you come to Bitcointalk? on: June 27, 2016, 06:05:43 AM
I'm finding out about bitcoin and am drawn to this forum. I hope I can get a good information in this forum.

For sure you are going to get good information here. You just need to be active in reading threads.
And I know it will happen for you and you will know more about bitcoin.
16269  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 27, 2016, 05:59:02 AM
If youre income here in the forum for a month which came from sig campaign  is higher than your current job salary, then it would be better to quit from it,and look for another job that pays much higher than your monthly income by earning bitcoins.
How would be the income of signature campaign be higher than the income in real life, to tell you man signature campaign is just for side job and you cannot rely it to finance you daily expenses in life.
I think job in signature campaign only provide income per month was 0.2 BTC the largest that I saw. it costs $ 120 per month? I think everyone has a salary greater than the signature campaign? IMO
yeah I also think that the signature campaign only as a side job that very profitable

I dont think it would be better than making a stable income but it definitely could help you out a lot with just secondary funds or if you really needed it for a bill or something to scrounge up really easily to get that one thing that you need paid off.

Good luck using it as a full time job though you will never make enough unless you dont pay for living expenses.

Bitcoin is always good as an secondary income and it can never replace primary income  for sure, better try to earn from both of them to have good and secured life ahead.

That's true, because it is also hard and risky if you are going to depend with bitcoin. But of course if bitcoin is going to offer good job for the people and have an assurance of having regular job and get paid with bitcoin.
I think many people will shift to full time bitcoin worker.
There a lot of employers here that offers to pay bitcoins, however the demand is only high for programming and other related skills so if don't have the skills it would be hard for you but if you are good in finance so trading and investment will work for you, a bit risky but worth a shot if you want bigger profit.
Yeah! and if you have a great potential to fit on the job offered it would be easy for you to earn online and you don't need to comply with the strict rules like a normal company does because the rules are simple, you can maximize your earnings because you can manage your time properly working at home.

That is really interesting if the companies will going to pay bitcoin in their jobs. But we are still in the present and that is possible in the future.
And today shifting to bitcoin as a full time worker is still kinda at risk.
And I don't think there are a lot of people will not shift their full time job to bitcoin.
16270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: June 27, 2016, 05:38:42 AM
Miners should move to p2pool to help prevent further decentralization.

I don't think it will happen. Everything now is on the move and no one can stop what is happening in the circulation today.
And most of the miners are Chinese.
And I don't know if that will help.
But china can;t controlling the bitcoin maybe better to called the china's miners giving a big effect for bitcoin of global users.
Chinese have a power to giving global effect for bitcoin because their miners.

You are right, China can't control just because most of the miners are Chinese.
But there is a big effect in the economy of it.
But we don't what they are doing on how they mine.
16271  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 27, 2016, 05:21:33 AM
save money for emergency purposes then invest all what you can lose

You are right, saving money and investment in that case. But I think they are both good if you are going to do it.
But always remember that investment is very risky, but if you want to grow your money you need to take the risk.
And saving can help if you have an investment.

You posted on wrong section

Definitely this is right.

No this is not.. the right place for this thread is Service Discussion.

I'm saying that I agree with janggernaut's post that this is not the right place of posting this type of thread.
But whatever, cloudmining are really like ponzi and hyip.
Only fools will going to keep investing with those kinds of investment.
16274  Other / Off-topic / Re: Way to get bitcoin..!! on: June 27, 2016, 04:28:48 AM
For me im earning bitcoin by trading and signature campaign only,And im losing if im playing gambling, But my income now is stable, not just like before

Gambling is a way to get bitcoin but it is not a good way of earning bitcoin. Signature campaign is a good way of getting bitcoin.
And trading I would say you can earn big income there.
And if you can offer some good service to the people here you can earn bigger amount.

16276  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What would you like to buy? on: June 27, 2016, 03:53:50 AM
well my wish was not exactly on your list, but according to your options in your list,  i would go for clothes in bulk , buy all the type of fashioned clothes i need and im actually interested in collecting and wearing them Smiley

I also think that clothes is a good thing to step into because its a nice and can be very profitable, the buy in of such clothes is cheap in my eyes.

Well for me clothes also are really a good thing to buy. And it is also a type of investment if you are going to buy some.
After wearing them you can just sell it on a garage sale.
And you can get return from your clothes.
16277  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: June 27, 2016, 03:49:33 AM
There is no real plan or simple explaining on how to get rich, there are so many factors that have to be good to accomplish this.
Some people as example will become rich because they are simply holding the bitcoin.

Yeah, there is no way of simple explaining on how to get rich. What you need is that you need to work hard for your plan to get rich.
And you need to follow it each step.
And you need to surpass all the challenges you are going to experience. But if you want to get rich buy a lot of bitcoin at low price and sell it after the halving.
16278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: June 27, 2016, 03:38:52 AM
The title to this thread should be Is CHINA TROLLING Bitcoin.
All these shills saying that "We control Bitcoin" obviously work for someone in China.

Well China has the most miners but that doesn't mean that they are controlling bitcoin with their powers.
I don't know why people think that China is the one who controls of bitcoin just because of the majority of miners comes from them.
16279  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: June 27, 2016, 03:23:15 AM
For me Well if the price drops to $ 1 bitcoin this time, I would not hesitate to buy it in large numbers, because someday if halving happen, I would not regret it as it is today. I did not think the price will rise to a high bitcoin

Mostly people who believe in bitcoin this is what we are going to do. Because we know that bitcoin drops and rise. And after drop there is a rise.
And with the super drop, there would be mega rise in the end.
