I'm using slightly different software versions, but this just works: mkdir /dev/shm/bitcoin; bitcoin-qt -datadir=/dev/shm/bitcoin It saves on /dev/shm (which is more or less a RAM-drive in Ubuntu). Can you test this, just to see if that gives you the same error? the only way to make the bitcoin-core to work is to let download the block chain to the default directory but that's not what I want. Just in case: In your screenshot, you ticked pruning. That means it'll fit on the default location too.

I'm just using a shell script. For a Telegram bot it would be nice if I can just provide the data that the bot processes, but that's the long-term plan. For now I spend my free time improving the current version.
Ah ok. If you can hit a URL or make an API call, that should be easy to do. If you don’t go for it until I come back home, we can try doing something if you want. I have played with Telegram bots before. I'd like to take you up on this offer once I have all my data sorted out again. As an alternative: would anyone be interested in email notifications? If so, I'll look into how to do this add it to my TODO.

Current block is 609315 We are ~13364 minutes away to the CET time of reaching 2020. According to the average block time, we will have ~1336 more blocks which will be resulted to the first block of 2020 as 610651. In that case hosseinimr93 will win the 1st prize & DdmrDdmr will get the 2nd prize So basically, if we skip December 31, I win ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

I haven't forgotten about this, but because of the sudden disappearance of my webhost I have to fix that first.

~snip~ You forgot the "Notifications: " in front of the URL. Scraper is picky ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

Thread title doesn't seem Swiss exactly.
How's this: DT1-member included banned red-trusted users which increased his own Trust score I can't add "solved" to the title, it's too long.

Interesting service ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Unfortunately I don't have any digital files to sell, so I created a test-file. Some things I've noticed: 1. After clicking "Go to payment page", the browser "Back" button doesn't work. 2. If I update the Available quantity to 0, I can still click "Go to payment page" if I had the public link open in a Tab already. That probably means that if there's only 1 item left, and 2 people open the buy-page at the same time, the item gets sold twice. Is that correct? 3. I can't find the public marketplace. Fee The standard fee is 2%. Seller will get: Product price - 2% - Bitcoin network fee. Depending on the transaction fee you use, this'll be terrible for micropayments. Any chance you'll support Lightning Network in the future? Or is this service meant for more expensive digital files? Another thought: This can probably easily be abused by either scammers, or criminals selling for instance illegal photographs. Apart from escrow, maybe you can add a service that verifies the file to be as advertised?

I need a reference topic for a neutral tag: Trust abuse, see Reference link. I wouldn't trust a service that responds to valid concerns with negative feedback. See https://archive.is/lxboQ and judge for yourself. User Atobmixer is abusing feedback: ![Image loading...](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Floyce.club%2Fother%2Ftrustabuse.gif&t=663&c=3y1RQV6g26d22g) Please read LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust system and don't use negative feedback when you don't like someone's opinion. No spamSelf-moderated to stop spam. Atobmixer is allowed to respond here, but his posts should be on-topic and shouldn't look like he's advertising.

I really still do not understand why some users consider me a trust abuser. I'll give you an example: I've received positive feedback from DavidXXXX Banned! ( Trust: # +0 / =0 / -4). I'm on DT1, so if I would include DavidXXXX on my Trust list that would make him DT2 and my (green) Trust score would increase 1 point. That would be Trust abuse. In your case, I think you confused your Trust list with feedback, and all this happened long before you were on DT (and before the users got banned). I don't think you had bad intentions, but when you reach DT1, those decisions suddenly mean something for other users too. So it's good you reconsidered, thanks for that.

Since the beggining of my adventure here ~4.3% of my reports have gone unhandled. If you have more than that maybe it's a grey area the mods don't want to touch or they just don't know how to handle it. Just my 2 satoshis. I'm at 3.96% unhandled reports. In my experience, it is indeed the "gray area" reports for which Mods give the poster the benefit of the doubt, while the reporter gets the benefit of the doubt too by not marking it as "bad". When unsure, don't Mod! Clear spam is usually removed quickly. @TECSHARE: would you mind posting links to the reported posts here?

If you remove the banned members from your trust list I will remove your exclusion next week after checking Loyce's update. I can already confirm klarki removed the 3 banned users with negative feedback from his Trust list: ![Image loading...](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Floyce.club%2Fother%2Fklarki.gif&t=663&c=wmg5pl9QmhO08A) Only lega46141 (banned, but no negative feedback) is still on it.
The part in red (if translated correctly) makes me think he confuse the Trust list with feedback. What's wrong with that? I really formed my trust list solely on my relationships with forum users. I made a topic for this a while back: LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust systemIt's been translated by the community for 10 local boards, which makes me believe many forum members support what I wrote there. Here's the Russian translation: [Pyкoвoдcтвo] Cиcтeмa дoвepияI've already edited my trust list) Thanks ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

*edit* do we add extra comments here, or in new posts?
*2nd edit* am adding new comments to see which works. You can use one post to comment on many Flags. However, I'm still working on migrating data to another server, so if it doesn't show up instantly, just wait a few days ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

OP keeps creating new ANN-threads, trying to get rid of the negative posts. Unfortunately for him, Mods keep deleting them because it's against the forum rules. He now changed the thread title to Remote Control RFID, trying to hide the negative comments. I see several red flags here that remind me of another mixer that turned into a scam. Example: To those who just made unjust remarks on our mixer and question the reliability and but had not actually tested the system themself There's no reason to test a service that you don't trust. Even if they wouldn't steal a small amount, this post is what's expected when someone's building up to selective scamming. Like BITMIXCOIN.IO scam confirmed: 16+ Bitcoin stolen.

I think a lot some of DT1 feels like they might get a retaliatory exclusion, and if you don't have many () to waste ("political capital" as I like to call it), then you're not going to exclude people for less than exceptionally compelling reasons. That's always a trade-off indeed. There's still far too much retaliation in the Trust system. Speaking of people with a lot of political capital, Loyce why haven't you excluded them yet? I'm just curious. I don't like to jump to conclusions, that's why I wanted to get community opinions first. Eddie13 made a good point that I missed: klarki had them on his Trust list long before he was DT1. I was also hoping klarki would respond here, but instead he posted in Russian: Cтpaннaя кoнeчнo лoгикa y LoyceV, ибo мoй тpacт лиcт пpaктичecки нe мeнялcя. Ужe мнoгo paз oбcyждaлocь o вaжнocти coздaния coбcтвeннoгo тpacтлиcтa, чтo coбcтвeннo я и cдeлaл (дoбaвил имeннo тex людeй, c кoтopыми мeня cвязывaют пo бoльшeй cтeпeни имeннo финaнcoвыe взaимooтнoшeния). И вce этo былo cдeлaнo дo мoeгo вxoждeния в DT1 и ни o кaкoм фepмepcтвe DT здecь и peчи быть нe мoжeт. Tpacт лиcт иcпoльзyeтcя пo eгo пpямoмy нaзнaчeнию, нe бoльшe и нe мeньшe) Translated: Of course, LoyceV has a strange logic, because my trust list has not changed much. It has already been discussed many times about the importance of creating my own trust, which I actually did (I added precisely those people with whom financial relations mostly connect me). And all this was done before I entered DT1, and there can be no talk of any DT farming here. The trust sheet is used for its intended purpose, no more and no less) The part in red (if translated correctly) makes me think he confuse the Trust list with feedback.
It's funny you're discussing me without me) Please join ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I posted this in public for a reason (and unfortunately can't do that in Russian).

One thing I noticed is the use of "Today" in quotes. If someone quotes my message the day I post it, my notification page will reflect "today" in the quote header, even if I am reviewing my notification page several days from now. Thanks, I've added it to my TODO. I am unable to view the 'edited posts' part of your site, but my presumption is that there is a similar issue with that project as well. Correct. I wasn't ready to quickly move to another host, so it takes some fiddling to get everything working again. The links to the unedited posts are correct, they just don't work yet.

Can you tell how long Klarki has had them on his trust list? Good point: his Trust list is the same now as it was in January.

DT farming is on the way, I guess its time for theymos to manually blacklist some DT members who abuse the system. I don't expect this to happen: theymos has blacklisted a few people from DT1 (several of them at their own request), but I haven't seen anyone blacklisted from DT2. The system is designed for DT1 to keep DT2 in check. It's been discussed before, that's why I posted this individual case in Reputation. DT members, and especially on DT1, should be heavily scrutinized by the community for such things not to be so easy to pull off. Agreed. But DT1 changes monthly, DT2 changes continuously, and individual Trust lists can change at any moment too. It's very time consuming to keep track of all bad actions all the time. I've never heard of this guy before In his defense: he mainly posts in Russian, which most forum users can't read.
