MyDiceBot v2.0.0 is out.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5057661.0

It supports YoloDice in this new release.

Have fun. Any feedback is welcome.

---

  • MyDiceBot is a cross-platform automated dicing bot for cryptocurrency dice-sites.
  • Similar to the bot pioneer Seuntjies DiceBot.
  • Multiple platforms are supported, including Windows, Mac, Linux, and Web.
  • Multiple programming languages are supported such as Lua. JavaScript and Python are coming soon.
  • Compatible with the variables and functions of Seuntjie DiceBot’s Lua script

This is indeed a great job that you have there and I saw you have some multiple site on your dice bot list too. Sorry for the way of asking you this, does everyone accepted it? Because you need their approval to make sure that your bot can be applied on their terms. And hoe about the fee? Are you giving some fee towards your bot that they used?

Hi thanks a lot for your feedback.

* "Because you need their approval to make sure that your bot can be applied on their terms" - So your question is that I need get approval from the dice sites, correct? I am happy to remove those dice sites from my list if they do not want me to put them on at any time.

* "And hoe about the fee? Are you giving some fee towards your bot that they used?" No idea about what does your question mean. The bot is free to use and no fee needed.

If your software if open source, you don’t need permission from the dice sites to run the bot imo. Don’t know what btcevo is going on about...
Is there a plan to make money out of this in some way? Put your reflink on new signups to the site through your bot if you like...

asked the author exactly the same thing, he plans to earn money through donations
but that is  a not very reliable business model, to put it mildly
putting his reflink for all the sites included in the bot is one good way to earn money , don't think there will be millions, but there must be people who sign through affiliate
to support the future development and updates, but he should include more sites and make it a viable option to seujuntles bot,
which is is the industirie's weapon of choice at the moment Smiley
1642  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-03] Millionaire Will Build Blockchain Smart City in Nevada on: November 05, 2018, 04:19:58 PM
well projects like these are hard to fulfil without mega investment of time and resources
you can't expect it to be done in one year , it is a slow process and the guy is definitely a dreamer
but without them dreamers our world would not be a better place to live in
chinese build ghost cities with no population with all the communications that are just stand there empty , so why is his project even with all the "blockchain"
and new tech and stuff buzz words in it has no right to exist? it is his money to burn , I doubt he has enough to complete such an ambitious thing,
but at the very least he will create work places , I see no harm in him trying to live a dream
1643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin value history (comparison to US$) on: November 05, 2018, 03:07:04 PM
Why not use a graph for it? always an image talks more than words and is more clear for all. We all know BTC is a roller rollercoaster and it will still that way. So would be nice some projections about the future, or some speculation in your timeline  Wink

exactly I find this one chart pretty good:  https://99bitcoins.com/price-chart-history/
you can scale it anyway you like and trace the prices through years and/or a set period of time
bitcoin price is volatile but there are some clear trends  that one can see and use in trading
but that is a topic for a different discussion, I guess
1644  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lordmancer II - an MMORPG where you can earn crypto on: November 05, 2018, 01:44:44 PM
I think this game needs a lot more marketing, because my child says the game is very addictive and he thinks it will do much better if there were more people playing this. The market is not very active and the higher level players are dominating the game at the moment.  Roll Eyes

What can we do to increase awareness of this game to take it mainstream or did the first release of the game do some damage? I see the Facebook group has about 1.2k followers.  Huh

Yes, we need marketing. If anyone has good ideas, we are open to discuss.

If someone has good marketing channels, we can work on a revenue share model.

I will appreciate any help.

How about simply creating some referral network and paying for active referrals? < You give a small referral commission at the start, to start the process and then a small commission for the first year on all trading transactions that were done >  Huh

Alternatively just start a small signature campaign on this forum, I think there are a shortage of low paying campaigns for lower ranking members at the moment. <restrict posting for payment to 3 posts a day, to prevent spamming>  Wink

what needs to be done:
1. affiliate marketing system introduced
with either lordcoins or crystals as rewards when a player reaches level 20 ( doable after only a couple of days of play, as proven by me Smiley  )
this will allow you to buy campaigns at aggregators like ad1.ru , or run a signature campaign here
I could direct targeted traffic to your game but I do not really fancy it go like water through sand without any return for me
2.very important- you desperately need guides, wiki and videos
I could not find a single! english guide  and the only video is by Volosatyj and its in russian
community is your best seller, focus on creating a community and you will earn money
(clan wars, levelling up race, PVP etc.)
a newbie should come to the game and already know where to look for information, not to run like a blind puppy for days  like myself
and I played quite a few MMORPG and a HMM3 proplayer+ I speak english and russian fluently, so it was easier for me to adapt
3.balance your trading system, I spoke with many high levels in game, the economy is not working too well , they say
hint:Hugh Hefner in particular sounds upset and wants to quit, maybe you devs should talk to him in game
but this could be due to the fact that there are only so many top players and not many new players getting to lvl 50
I have yet to see things being sold for lordcoins, the whole system is very complicated and it should not be so
if Google doesn't allow you direct links, create an exchanger for lordcoins to Paypal, payza, webmoney,Payeer etc.
the whole idea and your marketing point should be: earn cryptocurrency while playing your favorite game

this is just a brief analysis, I keep playing and the game is great, deserves more exposure and better marketing

1645  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice-Bet 🎲 0.7% Edge | Wagering Competition | BTC, LTC, ETH | Play or Invest 🎲 on: November 05, 2018, 01:14:57 PM
interesting new style monthly competition, we shall see which one attracts more players
the fixed prizes one or the % of wagered, I think that % of wagered is more attractive for whales ,but this one is free
for all because even with not such a big bankroll  you can have a shot at one of  the prize

% wagered isn't attractive at all imo. If you have fixed prizes, there's more incentive for the players to play in a +ev setting Smiley

While the last competition was just playing on a lower house edge basically.

it depends if you are high roller or not
for a high roller any decrease of the house edge is better than a fixed prize , unless that prize is real big
if you have lot of coins to play with you are not really bothered if you place first and win 0.1 btc
but you can easily make more if you wager hundreds of coins through the lower house edge
but once again, admin tries different approaches to see what is best
for a new site I agree- fixed prizes competitions are way better since it needs more players to participate

if I was trying it I would start with numbers in the first slots
sad panda, haha I would have gotten it fast, but decided to not waste time
well played, mitchi and Etude the faucet terrorist  Cheesy
by the way, the rainbot has around 0.02 btc in bonus rain now ,some generous sponsor who decided to remain anonymous -thank you so much

1648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: https://Bitlotto.cash - new bitcoin cash lottery! on: November 04, 2018, 06:55:36 PM
no way, its another lottery game
but this one is unique, it has a special feature- the owner is asking for tips if you win playing it  Grin
and the 15% house edge makes you wanna stop reading about the site
but when you look at the site itself, any desire to send anything disappears completely
one would be better off yoloing his money at binary options, not even talking about regular dice sites with a 1% house edge
1649  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lordmancer II - an MMORPG where you can earn crypto on: November 04, 2018, 01:32:05 PM
Thanks for those replies guys, appreciated it. So this game is an open PVP wherever you are in the map?

Technically it is possible, but the game cycles and UI are designed for mobile devices. So I think if you'd like to use a PC, it is better to use an emulator.
Please make it happen but I know its going to be a hardwork before it happens, for sure many are going to play through web browser.

There are different maps - some of them are free from PvP - you cannot be attacked there. But others (Wild Lands, Clan lands, Skull Island, and the tunnels) are not.
I see, I thought that all maps are available for PVP.

I guess I'm loving on how the replies are going with this game and will probably use an emulator just to try it out and have fun as well.

you cannot get attacked in the starting areas and the area of the three fractions- Sunny Island
you can play without engaging in PVP - just farm in the area if you prefer Smiley
but if you want better equipment, more rewards and finish quests - you will have to venture outside, eventually
make sure you do not keep consumables and things like magic dust and food in bags
but I'm not sure if there is a chance to lose your helmet or shoes if you get beaten?
lets say I carry 5 shields in my bags... for some reason, lol
if I lose I lose one of the shields too? or it only works for the things like rivets, gems etc.?
1650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: <2X> KNOCKOUT - Most fair and quick way to double your ether on: November 04, 2018, 01:04:47 PM
Select your league, join the queue and wait. Each new user moves you down. When you reach last place and someone join the list, you will exit with X2.

A classic ponzi-type of game.Lets say this is based on smart contract but still...

Payouts for those who exit are instant. We do not store any ETH at the contract. No scam.
Don't Worry, Be Happy Roll Eyes

This is indeed a MLM program, better to ask people to knock you out or you are get out instantly but I do not think that you guys are putting huge amount on the smart contract, if there is some amount there, you should give us some proof of it. We never know when we will going to be knocked out by anyone here but at least there should be some funds stored on your smart contract right? And to be cut down by 10% is pretty huge amount, you should consider this. May be you can clarify everything here right now or the red flag going to stay forever

let the owner try and run his project and see for himself
once he runs it for some time and gets under 0.2 eth deposited in total  Grin he might reconsider creating pyramid style things in the future
smart contract or not the idea behind this is always same- no product , just the money of the ones who come later than you to pay you
and the rest who joined earlier until there are no more ... risky individuals
1651  Economy / Gambling / Re: [NEW] HODLPOKER, build your bankroll from scratch with our faucets!!! on: November 04, 2018, 12:52:57 PM
According to avoid multi accounting etc we are considering multiple things.

what would you guys thing about a face recognition tool when creating an account and every time logging in

that would be totally against he cryptocurrencie's anonimity idea
I highly doubt there would be many people who want to share their face on the net for a chance to claim faucet and play poker
probably, look for different methods, maybe phone verification , maybe some other form
but you have to balance the multiaccounts fight with popularity of your site
if your KYC procedure are too invasive there will be no players, if too lax- too many multies
1652  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-10-29] Bitcoin trading uses so much power that it could push global temper on: November 02, 2018, 09:51:01 PM
sick of the bullcrap articles like this one
at least here people know they are scaremongering and their "arguments" can be ostracized and laughed at
but to many people if they read that bitcoin mining is responsible for global warming, it sounds true
I'm far from thinking that bitcoin mining operators are eco friendly and Greenpeace members in their entirety, but
many are using solar , wind and hydro for the sole reason - it is cheaper
1653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think only the rich can make profit from Bitcoin? on: November 02, 2018, 06:47:56 PM
what the hell? anyone can profit from bitcoin , if not today ,then in the near future for sure
the early birds catch the worms , its true and the rich will have more opportunity to buy bitcoins
but you do not have to be rich-be smart and you will profit from bitcoin easily
be it trading, working for bitcoins (writing articles or promoting sites etc.) investing
there are so many ways common folk can profit from bitcoin that it will require a separate article to describe them all
do not believe in bs that you got to be rich to buy bitcoins, you can earn them , hodl them and start your retirement plan today with bitcoins Smiley

long live Bitcoin! its a huge milestone, 10 years
hope it lives 100 times that and also costs at least 10k by the end of the year, haha
on a serious note- bitcoin did change my life ,so I'm happy I discovered sooner rather than later
many happy returns of the day

Next planned update is Bitcoin Cash, stay tuned!  Smiley

ah,very exciting news, bitcoin cash is a good addition , maybe consider adding dogecoin somewhere in the future
meanwhile all of bitvest are trying to solve the 0.021 btc puzzle Smiley with the code
for the fourth day in a row, unsuccessful so far
maybe if people distributed the process of guessing between several of them and cooperated ... but that would have been a totally different story

Guys, in my opinion, if you want your platform to be tested, you should make joining the test group less complicated.  For example, I would test your site for free, I don't need the "NO deposit bonus valued between 5 and 20$" with all the strings attached. And I'm sure there are people like me, who could potentially be your testers, but, mark my words, you won't see many applicants with your current terms and conditions. Face it, you have 1 follower on Twitter, no reputation here on bitcointalk or anywhere else, you use stolen pics for your promo posts etc. and you are asking people to do although a small but still a job for you promising to pay them somewhere along the line. Why do you think people should trust you?

So, my suggestion, make it as simple as possible. Don't promise money, just ask to test your platform and we will do it, not for the money, but for the love of the game. Good luck!

exactly that!
I wanted to introduce a friend of mine to the site, she loves playing poker and says she is a pro
would love to join and was excited ... untill she saw the forms and all that jazz with "donations" and no website addy and such
so it went from "yay! I will join it now" to "meh, will check it out one day"
1658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: <2X> KNOCKOUT - Most fair and quick way to double your ether on: November 02, 2018, 11:06:19 AM
had bad experience with one of them eth smart contracts site with the same idea
the addy from which I sent didn't support smart contract and I didn't get any money back even though I won Smiley
granted it was just 0.01 eth , but still... the sites like this are shortlived and usually the owners see the errors of their ways after a short while
since to make people play one has to invest in marketing it  and it seems the budget of the said site is very close to the cost of the hosting
and creating a btalk topic
1659  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [01/11/2018] Bitcoin Bear Market Could Last 18 More Months: BitMEX CEO on: November 01, 2018, 09:29:08 PM
they change their mind every few months, especially when the things do not go so well for their exchanges
50k prediction was as much as realistic as his 1.5 year bear market one
if we are into 1.5 year bear market, we could end up with prices way below the profitable threshold for miners
which is roughly 6.000$ at the moment, but if it falls below 6k we may see another drop since some holders will liquidate and smaller miners will be out of the game
we all would love to see bitcoin cost if not 50k but at least 10k, but lets be realistic and let the market work its magic instead of trying to predict unpredictable
1660  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lordmancer II - an MMORPG where you can earn crypto on: November 01, 2018, 05:00:13 PM
I might bore you with questions soon Smiley
but discord doesn't seem to be very active
I spent lot of time playing the game and bar some minor glitches and bugs that happen too often, for my liking aka load screen freezes
disappearing items (happened twice already) and strange PVP rules where you lose 20% of the things in your inventory , including items?
the game is very much playable and I wonder why there are not many people playing it
you should introduce some sort of an affiliate system so people who invite others get something in game
like crystals, items or lordcoins ( when the guy they invited reaches a certain level of course)
can you explain the item colour ranking in game? from common to epic?
like white-green-blue-orange-red? or am I missing some because of the level
and due to the lack of players the market system is not working, I have all of the selling slots in all castles used
yet there is barely sale a day even if the price is in gold and competitive
