Over-sized "Box Loader" Card- One over-sized box loader card included in each hobby box
- Odds of finding #83 specifically: ~1:300 hobby boxes
- Please post pictures of #83 if you have it
I don't think they make a box loader card of the #83 Cryptocurrency. At least, not according to the following Hobby Box product description on blowoutcards.com: BOXLOADERS - 1 per Hobby Box
ALLEN AND GINTER BOXLOADERS (15 subjects) – The game’s most collectible rookies and stars.
ALLEN AND GINTER BOXLOADER AUTOGRAPHS – Up to 20 subjects featuring on-card autographs. Numbered to 15
ALLEN AND GINTER NATURAL WONDERS BOXLOADER – (10 subjects) – Some of the most incredible of Mother Nature’s creations are celebrated. Limited to 500
ALLEN AND GINTER N43 BOXLOADER (20 subjects) – Greats of the game on a classic card format. Limited to 500
ALLEN AND GINTER N43 BOXLOADER AUTOGRAPH PARALLEL – Up to 15 subjects featuring on-card autographs. Numbered to 15 Regards, Chris That's correct there are none. You never know if something might show up that wasn't listed. There is a rumour there might be a 1/1 wood stock of #83 out there

Yeah, but then again... That's a SEALED mini 3-card pack with the #83 Gold Border on the TOP! The odds of that may be worth the money to a serious collector. (Maybe not today, but in 10 years?) Wish I had the extra cash. Regards, Chris If I pull an extra gold border I will just mail it to you. I have always been taught to share with others

No, no. Just heavily speculating.
That said, I think we will see this card again soon. Again, just a hunch.
Since we are just speculating, I wouldn't be surprised if this card or any of the 1/1's or printing plates known as the holy grails don't get tucked away for a very long time.

Anyone know which grading company is considered the best?
Regards, Me
Personally I have always liked PSA myself but, they do get busy at times.

That card is so rare and from the Topps company, someone scored a great deal on it.

Very cool indeed.

The second edition minis are likely limited to less than 100 copies.
That would seem about right based on the total print run..

Seems like all the card holders woke up and posted on ebay tonight... Wow, so many listings now!!! As the #83 cards are going up in price it became a good gamble to break open all the hoarded boxes and take a chance on hitting some cryptocurrency cards. The #83 card has been showing up on average of 1 per 4 boxes and there were less than 200 cases produced i.e. short printed. A total off 600 of these 2nd edition cards.

The 2nd edition mini's will become difficult to come by since the entire set was short printed and collectors will be hanging on to a few of these. So get them while you can when you see them, just my opinion What is the going rate on ebay these days? These are the 1/300s? I do not know the official count on these only that they are short printed as there were less than 200 cases produced. I believe there are 12 boxes in each case.

The hunt is still ongoing for the magenta printing plate for # 83 cryptocurrency. Best of luck to all of you treasure hunters out there looking for these ultra rare exciting rookie cards. There is also the possibility of a 1/1 wood stock #83 card .

@dolph do you have a source on these, or did you crunch them yourself based on projections? They seem right but I haven't come across any stats in this list other than the black border 1:10 statistic. Knowing odds of the very unique 1/1 and 1/25 stuff would indicate that we likely know the entire production run numbers.
Look on the back of the pack of cards

Here are a few ODDS: when opening packs with the anticipation of finding a rare card. The following odds are for any card and not specific to #83 cryptocurrency.
Any black border card 1:10 packs
Any brooklyn back #/25 1:330 packs
Any printing plate 1/1 1:1777 packs
Any no number #/50 1: 166 packs
Any glossy 1/1 1: 8355 packs

Cool. Thanks.
Any appreciation potential for the 10x14. I see the website says numbered to 99, but also mentions may be back in stock. A bit confused.
This is a default part of their listing format. All their products would show this when sold out regardless if limited or not You need the printing plates to make more and the plates are gone.

Same here, welcome back when will you be shipping

eventually we will know the population of all of them, might take 2 or 3 years though...... .........is it just me, or have the sellers stopped listing #83? I read there were less than 200 cases made of the allen and ginter X. No idea on the other.

|
|
The price inflation begins......now we'll have to buy boxs because all the dealers see this, and will hold their cards unyil they see how this all works out. Again FC is correct on how this business works.
