Jim and his wife, Ginny, still live on a small farm complete with farm animals I think they fuck in Texas. Their address is known but hit me up publicly if you can't find it. They both still run the Library of Thumbs porn site.

If I entered the domain correctly it is registered to an individual that remains anonymous but registered in Panama.

Does anyone know if this Jim bloke was questioned by law enforcement officers regarding the Cryptsy collapse.

If he was questioned, what happened and why was he released?

If was not questioned, why was this the case?

They were not sure whether they will manage to raise anything at all.
Now, as they raised, they are working as planned in case of successful fund raising.
What do they do wrong?
Can you do it faster and in more efficient way? Just do it!
I will be the first to buy your Tokens.  Grin

I am just waiting till price drops to 0.006 eth/mco to re-buy some.
Sold all my ICO Tokens with the profit  Grin

What was your buy/sell margin?

In September? I thought they planned to start sending cards in August. Anyway, unlike TenX they have neither app nor card.

Why on earth would they go live without an app and with a 2 to 3 month wait before Visa cards are to be shipped out?

They had raised $21 million in the run up to launch so makes you wonder why this was mismanaged on an industrial scale. Surely they could have launched after the app was ready and Visa cards were ready to be shipped out.

Not long after I threatened to resign on the forum, I got a phone call from Jim saying the decision was made to let me go. That is when I knew something was seriously wrong and that internal foul play may be involved, other than just a "hacker".  After that I was the first employee to contact the receiver and tell them everything I knew. I agree though, I didn't want to be out of a job. Cryptsy stiffed me on my last pay and my pay was getting smaller and smaller. I had to sell my playstation on kijiji in order to rent a moving truck to get out of the company condo about 2 months early because I was afraid of what would happen, because I knew shit was bad and that someone fucked up majorly. In hindsight, I wish I left months before but I was blindly loyal and I learned first hand of where being blindly loyal can lead you.

Also, dac10, if you want to send those back, here is an addy 1ArbDoZ4BToUP4fowgBCtwBz8ccByt7beA

As I've said before here guys, I'm an open book. Technically Cryptsy is still a company owned by the receiver, so as far as I know my NDA is still valid until after settlement is reached. I will answer what I can if anyone has more questions, but I feel most questions that could be asked, have already been asked and answered in older posts. But , if you have any new ones, please don't hesitate to ask.

Much respect to you Horus_Cryptsy for your honesty. It cannot be easy to justify your actions on a regular basis to those that were scammed but thank you for trying to best to keep composed while providing whatever clarity you can. So for someone like me that was away from Cryptos for a long time it provides much needed information. Thank you.

Please correct me if I am wrong but according to your previous post the company (Cryptsy) provided you with a rent free apartment or heavily subsidised one? When your pay was getting smaller and smaller what did you do to get your correct salary? Did this Jim bloke pay your backdated missing salary when he telephoned you to sack you? And where exactly is this Jim character now? Did he get arrested, questioned and so on? If not is he playing ignorant like Paul Vernon's wife claiming he knew nothing and was just an employee?

When the website closed did you actually lose coins in the scam as well? If so how much and BTW sorry to learn about your Playstation. Not nice what happened to you along with all of us that got scammed.
16786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [MCO] MONACO #1 Cryptocurrency Payments Card on: July 05, 2017, 12:39:21 PM
This could be true just if they found financial agreement with visa.

Also if they respect roadmap that is not respected yet!!

Everything depend of developing.

Sure is that for the SHORT TERM this is a disaster expecially for the pre-sale investors.

A good price to buy is around 0.8$ and 1$.

The value dropped to just over $2 now, it has lost a lot of value but will it go lower than $1?

Read well, I told Horus "of course I played", so I did not lite!!!
If Horus wants, I will return them immediately      0.031963  btc.

dac10 relax... feelings will always run high on issues regarding Cryptsy for those of us that got scammed. Sorry about your loss, let us hope that justice is served if/when Paul Vernon gets caught

@Jollygood, who are you to judge? The money I received from Horus goes to charity!!! Ok? Or do not you know what charityis?
For me, Horus, he's always an accomplice, even though he's a good guy.

I understand your point about judging and also about your sentiments toward Horus_Cryptsy being an accomplice but you effectively lied to get money from someone so how does that make you a better person than Paul Vernon?

I do not know much about Horus_Cryptsy but his actions lean towards him being innocent of Paul Vernon's crimes otherwise he would also be in China or maybe in jail.

There is another one. PLEXCOIN, says to gain more than 1000% rewards in 35 days or less--> https://www.plexcoin.com/?ref=ElLdu2DFn7

I like the /?ref=ElLdu2DFn7 part of the URL you provided, I hope you make lots of commission Smiley

In short, how does this differ from Monaco Visa Card? Exactly what are the pros and cons of this Plexcoin Visa card over Monaco Visa card?
16791  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: The Paypal for Bitcoin on: July 04, 2017, 04:02:41 PM
It is the 3rd party services that are the weak points in Crypto currencies. We know centralized services like exchanges and wallet providers are

targeted the most and then people want to create more centralized services to attract more people to Bitcoin. Just imagine what will happen when

a big centralize service like Coinbase goes down? {like what happened with MtGox}  Angry

After Cryptsy and Mt Gox, I have no trust in exchanges. Sooner or later Coinbase will announce bad news too.
16792  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Start Up Costs For A Business Similar To: Monaco Card on: July 04, 2017, 02:00:52 PM
This seem like a loser's fight.  Grin Believe me there are thousands of reason to fight for but yours are the worse. Both of you don't have money for whatever you want to achieve and may at least just for money this time.

I am not fighting. This guy has been caught out being a scammer. I have no interest in him trolling me.

The question asked was about costs involved if a business similar to Monaco Card was to be started either with Visa or Mastercard and which is the best, cost effective and easiest way to have your own branded Visa and Mastercard.

If you have any feedback, most appreciated.

AikFrank claimed to be hungry for 4 weeks while working on his bitcoin visa card system, therefore wanted money from me when all he had to show for his work was an adminLTE panel....

When I declined to invest, even more hilarious was his news that he "sold" the project a day later to a UK company  Grin

Any input other than from scammer AikFrank will be appreciated

I sent it because he said his kids needed shoes and I believed him. A part of me suspected it was the ol " scam horus because he is the only connection we have left to a company that fucked everyone "  but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I have apologized plenty of times for being tricked by Cryptsy. The numbers I saw when speaking to you such as account balances and everything else were faked in my admin panel as I had no access to see company wallet balances. When I saw numbers, I assumed it was ok, which as I have stated multiple times before was wrong. I am deeply sorry that things went down the way they did. I have done nothing but try to help fix anything within my power to help with in the community because of it. I know me saying sorry doesn't fix things, but that combined with helping the receiver recover what they could, is all I have the power to do. I have less than 500 bucks in my bank account at the moment and about 0.1 btc, but figured if his kids needed shoes and it was within my power, I should do it. Turns out he doesn't need kids shoes, but if he donates it to a refugee who comes to his country I honestly am not upset with it. Still goes to helping someone. I'm sorry again for the way things turned out and I am sorry that I was tricked into thinking things were ok and relaying that as confidently as I did to you.

To be honest that was a wonderful post from you. You seem a sincere person with a sincere apology for what happened with Cryptsy even though you were not responsible otherwise you probably would have either have fled with Paul Vernon to China or you would have been arrested.

Paul Vernon scammed us out of money. This guy scammed you out of money. One scam may have netted more money but nonetheless both are the same for what they are: scams

As for the chap you sent $100 to, basically he lied to get something from you. Him saying he will donate it to charity does not bode well with anyone at all. The right thing to do is for him to return it to you and if you so wish you can donate it yourself or better still keep it as it is your money. Why should you make payments to people who claim to have lost money in the Cryptsy scam?

Thank you for your open and honest reply
16796  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: July 03, 2017, 11:56:25 PM
To be honest though it was a nice gesture for an ex-Cryptsy employee to send money to someone who claimed he needed it, he opened himself up to attack because others also lost money.

I am unsure why that $100 worth of bitcoin will be donated rather than returned to the sender.
16797  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Start Up Costs For A Business Similar To: Monaco Card on: July 03, 2017, 11:35:05 PM

70,000 ETH were invested which was estimated at $21 million

If a business similar to Monaco Card was to be started either with Visa or Mastercard, what sort of costs are involved?

Which is the best, cost effective and easiest way to have your own branded Visa and Mastercards either linked with cryptos or without?
