Yes. But it is only 1-2 months. That's a kind of very fast to set up and run the project like this.
Although, I doubt they will have everything ready till September.
It is more likely they will polish a lot of things in the process (including important ones like card limits etc.)

I agree that we forget often that this is managed by a big professional Team and we should let them develop and do their thing and be patient. Why we invest and expect in one week to be millionaires I don't get it. My advice is don't sell cheap..

I can't see any fraud-warning article or so,. so if you say that project is sinking only based on price it is weird..
Better give any article about possible fraud in  project if you have one..
