1681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: July 04, 2015, 07:55:48 PM

lets you use martingale at least 20 times, which should be a "rare" event, you should be able to make a profit (if you can call 1 satoshi a profit).

20 times is not actually rare, it happen most of the time especially in a big site like PrimeDice which you can check that they have people gibbering the same thing about the house being rigged because of 20 + lost streak.
Also 1 satoshi is not a profit because you merely need to win 10,001 satoshi and withdraw it to your wallet to consider that you got profit considering the site is using standard 10k satoshi miners fee

Well if you need one million tosses to get a 38% of getting 20 heads in a row, that makes it a little "rare".
I'm not a dice expert, I don't know the amount of time you need to roll it a million times (guessing it should be fast with bots), and that's probably the reason you say that it happens "most of the time".

Not saying I like martingale or that it is profitable. I don't like and I don't consider it profitable. And like you said you always have the bet limit, which totally makes it undoable.

The problem with bots and such small minimum bets is that it's a LOT easier to do 1 million rolls on a dice site than it is in any casino game in a real casino.
1682  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: i have 1000$ use it in cloud mining or buy mining hardware or other ?? on: July 04, 2015, 06:05:06 PM
You can invest in cloud mining, for sure. Holding onto your bitcoins and hoping that he price will go up is just like hoping that the price of gold will go up, when it just fluctuates all the time.

If you invest in mining then you are still basically investing in bitcoin; however the returns are higher since in the meantime you are getting extra mining rewards.

The mining services I use are:

Bitmain's Hashnest and hashnet.co. They are two different companies. Bitmain's service has been around for a much longer time, and they are more established, but the returns are not as good as hashnet.co's

You are welcome to try both, but remember that is just my opinion.

This makes no sense.

If he spends 1000 on x coin he will have 1000 worth of x coin today. If you buy 1000 worth of cloud mining you are hoping that someone will give you 1000 worth of coin over time.
1683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: July 02, 2015, 04:23:53 PM
If you always lose on sports then you have no skill at it.

Picking on a favourite team to win require no skill at all. Some sports betting player think they got skill but they are just betting for the favourite team to win. Like the previous match for example, Argentina vs Paraguay. Most people will choose Argentina to win and thats require no skill but it is logical to choose the favourite team

No, because the juice against picking the favorite team means you will lose more money than you will win. That's the whole point of sports betting, not every team has a 50% chance of winning, so they mess with the odds/spread to make it closer to even. If you bet on every favorite you will win a lot of bets, but when you lose you will lose more money than you won in the previous bets.

no worries guys, just establishing the promised $.02 floor, they just had the decimal in the wrong place the entire time.
1685  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY CPIG BTCLend xpyerr.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: July 02, 2015, 01:41:23 PM
I really don't get how people keep falling for these things.

It's obvious that all these "companies" are horse shit and run by scumbags. Even if they actually do the things that they say (the one's that are possible anyway) only the operator will make money. The fact that they can't even do simple shit like give people back their own worthless coins shows that they are true assholes.

he already made money by dumping the coins as soon as they got them, that he can't even be bothered to spend the pennies it would cost to hold up his end of the bargain is amazing.
1686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: July 02, 2015, 11:53:21 AM
Well guys, don't pull out your champagne just yet to celebrate our misery, the site is up, but slow, so things are looking good.  You are sad little people to be so happy at someone else losing money.

Wrong! it's not celebration.

People should mock and bully viciously complete anonymous sites to prevent people losing money.
This kind of sites giving bad name for bitcoin.

Everybody that invested here in Scrypt.CC either knew it was a ponzi and were willing to take a risk or were uneducated crazy noobs that got a lesson they deserve and that will serve them in future Wink

All this from a guy that quite happy promotes gambling. So in saying that it must be everyone that loses at that casino deserves it.

At least the people going into the casino know what's going on. It's not a secret that every time you bet $100 on a roulette wheel you should expect to lose $5.26. There is a big difference between that and buying hashpower that doesn't exist.
1687  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: signalpush.com? Is it legit? on: July 02, 2015, 11:20:34 AM
The point is you can KNOW the probability with counting cards, which is nothing at all like technical analysis of charts.

there are so many 10s in a shoe of blackjack. If you know how many are left out of how many cards are left in the shoe, you can calculate your probability of winning the next hand or the next few hands.

With TA, you don't KNOW anything. You are guessing what other people will do. Can you really not see the difference between knowing the probability of winning a blackjack hand and the probability of an asset's price changing? Counting cards deals in facts, these cards are left in the shoe, this many cards are left in the shoe, this is my probability of winning. TA is based on bullshit. An asset acting 1 way in the past has absolutely zero bearing on it acting that way in the future.

That doesn't change the other facts, if for some reason someone was able to read the charts because there was something making it work, there's no way they would be sharing it with other people and making it harder for them to make money (unless of course they are telling you bullshit to get you to buy from them when they want you to and sell to them when they want you to).

People that make money trading make money trading, they don't draw lines on charts and sell them to other people.

10,000 kash at 386 sat!

I figure I can't pull the btc out so might as well cash in on other peoples panic!!

I went on the same theory and bought 145k.. if im wrong so be it.. that .55btc i had lef tin the account wouldnt have got to me anyways..

Same. I don't think this is accidental. I think we're being held hostage.

lol.. nah, really?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pnt_6a5jfYQ

lol cash in on other peoples panic.

Those khash's are so cheap that you guys should just deposit like 5 BTC and buy it all up. You can make ROI in like 60 days!

buy buy buy!

bye bye!

I'll pretend there's no sarcasm in your post....

Well deposits are not working and admin has clearly stated this several times not to make deposits.  If this was a Ponzi about to make a run for it, why on earth would they say NO DEPOSITS PLEASE!!

Tell me the sense in that?  Cryptodevil, it's not often I actually want your opinion on something but i'd love to hear your explanation about that, why did admin specifically tell people to stop depositing when it is just essentially free money for scrypt.cc?

As for the ROI in 60 days, yes thank you, I've already made my ROI in around 60 days as i've been with scrypt.cc for a while before the whole electricity contract issue when ROI was between 57-60 days.

Limiting access is one of the tricks conmen use to lure in people, especially in ponzi schemes. There are lots of reasons for this. If they take in too many customers/money at first, their liabilities will grow too fast, and it will collapse quickly because they won't be able to pay anyone off, and they will end up with less money overall.

Also, if we assume they are lying, they are telling a story. and they need to have some sort of logic to their story or else it would collapse. Their story is that they have a bunch of miners and hackers are causing issues for the website. If they were accepting money people would rightly think that it's a scam, so it makes sense to pause deposits, at least for now. Who knows if this is the end completely or if they think they can wring more money out of this, but in both cases it makes sense to stop accepting money, if only to give the appearance of legitimacy for a few more days. If they are going to keep going, this makes them look legitimate, if they are done, every second you buy that they are legitimate is another second for them to hide or spend your money, cover their tracks, and make it harder for them to get caught/face consequences.
1689  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptolayaway here for your mining needs! on: July 02, 2015, 12:15:19 AM
It's nice that you're loyal, but that banner is a big red flag to many people in the community.

Still being involved heavily in that mess (the idiots/scumbags that used to work with Josh that are now running the various "teams" or "foundations" are no better in my book) means that you are either too stupid to understand what happened there or understand and are enough of an asshole to still be involved trying to rip others off. I'm not going to waste my time figuring out which one because I wouldn't do business with either, and there are many that feel the same way.

feel free to accept xpy, but that giant banner reads "stay away" to many, and for good reason.
1690  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ===►Maidak scammed me 400$ BTC,this time is for sure===► on: July 01, 2015, 11:43:58 PM
When something looks too good to be true it probably is.

What legitimate reason could the be for him to need $400 and be able to pay back $450 in an hour?

With the anonymous nature here/with bitcoin it really isn't too hard to build up a reputation then run when you get enough money.

This isn't the first time I've seen a "trusted" "reputable" person end up being a total scammer, and it really wouldn't be hard to do. I borrow 1 btc on this account. Then log into a second account and borrow 1.1 btc. Pay off the first guy, now with my rep for paying off my first load I borrow more to pay off the second guy. Now I have 2 accounts with a positive reputation and didn't risk/lose anything. Keep going until I can't get the next loan or I feel like I have enough money.

This guy did it by making trades instead of borrowing money but it's the same thing. Buy 1 btc from mark 1, sell 1 btc to mark 2, just move the money and coin from mark to mark (keeping a cut for himself of course) until you make a deal you can't follow through on or get a big enough score to move on.
1691  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: signalpush.com? Is it legit? on: July 01, 2015, 09:25:29 PM
You know wrong, listen to people that are trying to make you more informed before you lose money to another scam.

Counting cards in blackjack means keeping track of what cards have been exposed. If you know what cards have been dealt, you know what cards are left in the shoe, and you know when to bet more money because you are more likely to win, and when to bet less money or walk away because you are less likely to win.

If other traders would act based on TA, we would be rich because all the arrows and charts that were posted telling us how the price of BTC would be 1 million per coin now.

Counting cards is something that make sense for an expert to teach someone else because your actions at the BJ table in God know's where have absolutely zero impact on me at my blackjack table.

Teaching people how to read charts doesn't make sense, because if I know that a triple bottom followed by a cup and wedge means the price is going to go up, and I tell you that, next time there is a triple bottom followed by a cup and wedge you will be trying to buy my cheap whatever and I won't make as much money.

If someone knew how to read charts to get rich, they would be reading charts and getting rich, not selling you how to do it and cut into their profits.
1692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: July 01, 2015, 12:05:48 PM
less than 12 hours to go now til mining rewards kick back in.

I can't wait until they start mining again. I'm sick of litecoin confirmations being so slow since s.cc's 850 GH/s went offline.

that's probably un-related, scrypt.cc have been mining this whole week, they just haven't been paying rewards.

of course cryptodevil and his band of circle jerkers will claim they have never mined anything and it's all part of a big ponzi.

i obviously beg to differ.

They've been mining the whole time? So will there be extra payouts coming to you guys in the next few days or do they just get to keep what they mined with the miners you paid for over the last week as a reward for getting hacked?
1693  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY CPIG BTCLend xpyerr.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: July 01, 2015, 02:52:11 AM

I can't understand how they seem to coin these acronyms - CIM?? Cum in Mouth? Whats the next platform coming out? BBBJ?

They just make shit up so that they sound smart. people with functioning brains realize it makes no sense and stay away (this is good for the scammer because they don't want smart people asking questions/holding them accountable). Idiots are to embarrassed to question these things because they don't want it to look like they don't understand, and they are perfect marks for the scammers. That's why nigerian scammers put in the typos. It's not because they're idiots, they're narrowing down their target pool.
1694  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: scrypt.cc is provably lying about their 850GH/s Scrypt mining on: June 30, 2015, 01:22:21 PM
i dont care if they mine or not , as long as they pay out get the fuck off me man , go get a life

this is a bad attitude to have. the ethics are one thing, but the logic is a bigger problem.

You paid them to mine coins for you. It's possible to track that mining is actual happening and predict future returns, if they aren't mining where is the mining coming from? That should be a very serious concern to you, because if it's a ponzi it's going to run out eventually, if it's something else you should know what exactly they are doing so you can accurately assess the risks and figure how much money you are going to be getting back.
1695  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin-doubler a scam on: June 30, 2015, 12:19:24 PM
of course it's a scam. Every time someone deposits you need 2 more people to deposit after them, then 2 more for each of those. How long will it take before you will need all the bitcoins that ever will exist to pay everyone off?
1696  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: dead HYIP, Refund progress: BTC-arbs still doing refunds on: June 29, 2015, 11:25:06 PM

I stand to recoup faster that way I think ...

Don't look to another scam to get you out of this one.
1697  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptolayaway here for your mining needs! on: June 29, 2015, 11:12:46 PM
That's good that you claim to not have an association. Why did you even think to associate with him that late in the game? why bother accepting paycoin today? even if you are going to accept many different coins, I would suggest removing that paycoin graphic from the top of the page because it would have made me close the site immediately if I didn't see the link to here and still makes me question how smart/legitimate the people running the site are.
1698  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY CPIG BTCLend xpyerr.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: June 29, 2015, 07:46:18 PM
That thread is funny.

This can't be fixed, the whole thing is based upon mountains of bullshit.

What does "maintaining zencloud" even mean. At least if they did that during the hashlet days it would have meant running the miners (lol) at sending out the payouts. Now in the paycoin era it should just mean putting all the coins in their own prime controller, and paying out paycoins to the customers at the agreed upon rates. How are there expenses to that? how could that be difficult to impossible to do?

Would paying out the agreed stake rate to immortal owners really fuck things up any worse? It's sort of pointless to argue about because they are arguing over how many worthless xpy to give out, but wouldn't it be easier to come up with some sort of appeasement strategy instead of unilaterally telling everyone to fuck off? These guys aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer if they bought primes, so I'm sure the successful business people could find a way to make them happy. And if they can't? Just give them as many of the worthless paycoins as they want, who really cares?
1699  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: signalpush.com? Is it legit? on: June 29, 2015, 01:14:12 PM
TA and counting in blackjack are not even close to the same ballpark.

believing the price is going to go a certain way doesn't mean it's going to happen. TA is BELIEVING that other people will do a certain thing. counting cards is KNOWING what cards have come out, and therefore KNOWING what cards are left in the shoe which can change the optimal strategy/bet size.

If someone had a TA that worked they wouldn't share it with you because you doing the same thing as them would make it harder for them to make money because you both would be trying to buy and sell at the same time cutting into each other's profits. You knowing what cards are left in the shoe has absolutely no impact on the shoe at another table/casino.
1700  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY CPIG BTCLend xpyerr.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: June 28, 2015, 12:46:50 PM
I haven't been keeping up on XPY since I just sold everything and left, which BTW has been wonderful and thankfully I found a real and decent cloudminer to re-coup my losses. Anyway is Josh and company in jail yet???

No. I hope it wasn't scrypt.cc either. lol.

No, Cloudminr.io they have been great paying out directly to my wallet every week.

WHY THE FUCK DO PEOPLE CLOUDMINE INSTEAD OF BUYING BITCOINS ON THE MARKET? It's just beyond me how people can be that stupid.
With cloudmining you pay someone a lot of money for the promise to pay you back later in tiny amounts of cryptocurrency. How does that make any fucking sense compared to just buying the cryptocoins you want on a decent exchange?

Because the magic machines will generate more bitcoins over time than you can buy today. That's why all the smart people sell/rent their miners instead of plugging them in and collecting all the coins themselves.
