If only we could turn back the clock, I would have bought as much as 50000 btc also. this would only cost me less than 1000 usd. but then, who knows bitcoin will be worth as much as today. and also, nobody knows how much bitcoin will be worth 10 years from now. if we know that bitcoin will be worth 1M usd apiece 10 years from now, i think everybody would buy as much as they can today. I don't have any proof of backing up the claims of the OP that about 90% of ICOs are scam but i can also feel it. Being a bounty hunter for quite some time, i have also participated in a scam ICO many times and it's really a waste of time.
