...I'd really like to stay and watch the pretty green candles  Cheesy

LOL yeah same here...

Also funny that the usual-suspect trolls show up around here pedding their FUD and almost immediately we get to enjoy a little mini parabolic moony day of tall green

Thanks guys!! Cheesy

Yeah - I was thinking just the same.  It was uncanny timing.
1704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: May 20, 2017, 07:01:09 PM
XMR just hit $500,000,000 market cap, according to Coinmarketcap.com.   I believe it is at an all time high in USD terms.

It is indeed - we just jumped over Stellar to no. 8

But this seems to have legs.  I am reaching for the popcorn....

I'm torn...  I'm going out to give my dirtbike some exercise, but I'd really like to stay and watch the pretty green candles  Cheesy  Save some for me!

Enjoy - and with luck, you will come back home to see they're still at it.
1705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: May 20, 2017, 06:57:05 PM
It's not done yet - around 15,000 XMR at the 018 mark*.

Good fun watching the action - gonna have to persuade my lady to let me have the lap top at table during dinner.

She understands what green dildos mean though and she is looking for a holiday, I should be ok Wink

EDIT: *Buy wall obvs.

Finex just jumped the 2000 barrier, if Stamp follows it might be an even more interesting weekend.

1708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: May 20, 2017, 05:54:42 PM
Polo buy side has substantially increased, it hasn't been up at 1800 BTC + for a fair while.

We might be seeing more action - OK, it's a spike not a run so far, but...  Wink

The 20K+ XMR buy wall has some influence there...

You beat me to it, Explorer...

EDIT: Someone is underpinning it with a 20,000 XMR wall
1710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: May 20, 2017, 05:17:31 PM
It looked like a 1000 BTC spike - anyone see how much of it was one buy?

1711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: May 20, 2017, 05:10:09 PM
Whatīs is the second most liquid/trustable exchange to trade XMR?. Polo is getting too slow to trade fast volatility events like that one

Looks like it's still going Dotto.

I know what you mean - but I leave buys and sells set up ready on Polo.  I did try Finex, but don't trust it...  Kraken?  I tried it, but I don't like it and it does seem to upset people as much as Polo at high volume times..  I haven't been on Bittrex in ages, so I hope someone else can give you an answer.

Yepp. Itīs a nice green dildo, isnīt, kurious?. Thanks for your feedback. Letīs see what others think about

Oh yes - it just hit a certain milestone marker for me in terms of my personal future 'wellbeing' too.  I am smiling ear-to-ear, Sir!

Cheesy typical angry response of shooting the messenger.

When the 'message' contains falsehoods, it has to be taken on

Great trader selling BTC under 1200 BTW - good call Wink

in my defence, i do call myself noobtrader.   and like i said profit is profit and now i have 0 usd price average for ALL my coin. can you say the same thing ?  Tongue

I have been in BTC since 2012 and here since 2013, so yes, of course.

But good luck to you with your trading, seriously.   I don't go trolling in your coin thread, I have no idea why you feel the need to come and troll in here.

Now kindly leave graciously, as XMR just hit it's USD ATH and I can't be arsed to argue with someone who thinks trolling coins in their own thread is a sensible use of their time and simply ends up just demonstrating their limited intellect and insecurities with tribal aggression.

Do we even have bottoms any more? I can't really recall seeing a juicy one for quite some time. Maybe I'm not looking close enough.

It went all the way down to $1199 at Stamp a couple of days ago. Does that count?  Grin

Someone must have sold for that price.

i have to admit that i sold some, but profit is profit and now i have zero risk.  Wink

Dark / Dash is pre-mined, centralised and not really private as is claimed and you know it.  You must be so afraid of Monero to keep coming back.
1715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: May 20, 2017, 04:08:02 PM

wow this is interesting...  Shocked

after
1. a complementary block explorer that reveals the hidden linkages between Monero transactions. http://www.monerolink.com/  from zcash dev.
2. unlimited number of cryptonote coins bug  http://cryptomining-blog.com/tag/cryptonote-bug/
3. rptilia want to sell  57000 xmr  Huh

WOW... i wonder what kind of surprise news coming next to this coin  Cheesy

EDIT : this is purely speculation as the title of this thread.

No it's trolling from an ill-informed DashHead, here's his post on the Dash thread - he's obviously missing us.

why there is no trollpost lately ?  are trollero  finding new enemy out there  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Done.  Currently the votes are:

STEEM - 12%
DOGE -   21%
XMR   -   30%
ETC    -   37%

About 560 votes when I voted - we don't need too many more to top this.

We will need plenty more votes to top this... the pool will likely be at over 10k votes and more Wink

Ah... Didn't notice it had more than a week to go...

Trolling....

Monero is open-sourced decentralized coin with a very unique code with very honest devs. Monero won't be bought by any organization nor it will pay somebody to be accepted somewhere. Otherwise I am out. I bought in at 0.5- 1$ and promised to start selling only above 100$. You from the other hand fud Monero when you short and praise it when long.  So please if you don't have anything useful to say don't come here. You are lurking around to see when a big announcement  will come just to long again and then you will start praising it again. This cycle of yours is well known and not unique at all.

I have to strongly second that Except the selling at $100..... Other than that, 'TrueCryptonaire' is obviously an impostor by name. Nomen est not always Omen it seems...Might be heading to my ignore list like others before it.....

Ignore him, he is a fool.  Apple was started as a project in a garage by two 'boyz' and look what a failure that was?  He was saying this kind of stuff when it was 50c a coin.  He was wrong then and he is now.

Stamp wall pulled, Jimbo was right.
1720  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 19, 2017, 08:27:35 PM
Poloniex is retarded, millions of dollars pump random shitcoins at complete random. And the thousands of traders just jump on at any given time or moment, with no rhyme or reason or logic.

Hence why Bytecoin, Stellar, Ripple etc etc have all jumped up in value to retarded levels.

I mean seriously, Bytecoin? Stellar? WTF?

One could have made a fortune on almost any coin just by investing in shitcoins 3 months ago on poloniex and holding for 3 months.

So did you?

If you had, maybe you would have cashed out on Polo, which - unless you want USDT - would have been by buying BTC.

All Polo alt prices are basically in BTC - it's the exchange with the biggest BTC turnover in the world. Maybe it's a positive factor where we are?

Just saying, it's not all bad news.

then you have to pull it out of poloniex. unless you got lucky then you're probably still stuck at $2000 a day because they're so slow to verify you. so if you have a true fortune it's gonna take you a couple of months to get out.

$25,000 a day, level 2.  I wouldn't risk it, unless I had it.
To make any even moderate gains you need you're in over 2K (of course). I like Polo, but it's creaking with the massive influx of trade and I am not stupid.

I rarely trade on Finex and have never risked more than a couple of BTC on it.  I got all my BTC out of Gox before it went tits up, although I confess I did buy some Bitcoinbuilder Gox BTC at around 19% of full price as a gamble, which I may never see a result on.

I love BTC and it's why I am here, I am just not a maximalist anti-alt snob. I have a few XMR for instance and I am holding them too. I don't regret it for a second.  Why would I?
