1701  Local / Konu Dışı / Re: ABD'li polisin eli bıçaklı adama müdahalesi on: November 09, 2022, 08:27:40 PM

There are news related to Bellingham like everywhere. He is at the centre of transfer news these days. This time it is speculated that Manchester City are the closest team to sign him now. They are said to have started initial talks with him and secured him to sign for themselves on this source:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-11406911/Man-City-held-initial-talks-Jude-Bellingham.html

Actually Manchester City can really be the closest team. Because they have a very important card in their hand. That card is Erling Haaland. As you all know, they Haaland and Bellingham were teammates at Dortmund. They are still very close to each other. We saw it after a Dortmund - Manchester City match in the Champions League recently as well. Manchester City would like to use Haaland to convince him to come here. To tell the truth, I think Haaland would be very convincing about this.

With Liquid's shocking elimination as well, the eliminated big teams list is like this now:

- FaZe
- Vitality
- Liquid

Teams like BIG, ENCE and NIP are also teams which are near top 10 and it wasn't nice to see them saying goodbye to the tournament this early as well. Now we have these matchups for the quarter finals:

MOUZ - Cloud9
Outsiders - fnatic
Spirit - Heroic
FURIA - NaVi

I think that we will watch Cloud9 - fnatic and Heroic - NaVi matchups in the semi finals. Cloud9 seemed pretty solid in the group stage. MOUZ had a big difficulty in reaching this stage. MOUZ are still a dangerous team though but I think they will be out by a 2-1 score. I expect a close series between Outsiders and fnatic. But I see that fnatic have improved their effort very much against top tier teams. I think they can do this. Heroic should be able to do what Liquid couldn't. I don't think Spirit can make another surprise. NaVi have mostly dominated their matches against FURIA. Maybe they seemed inconsistent in the group stage unlike FURIA. But I still don't expect any mistake by them.
1704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 09, 2022, 07:27:15 PM
The thing that separates Barcelona from Real Madrid at the moment is being more successful against smaller teams in the La Liga. Otherwise Real Madrid are a much better team than them when it comes to big matches. The El Clasico was a great example for that. And we saw how horrible Barcelona were in the Champions League against Bayern Munich and Inter as well.

However this difference is still an advantage for Barcelona for now. It is like that in the La Liga I mean. Because if Barcelona keep being more consistent in the remaining matches then they can always manage to stay one step ahead of Real Madrid. Even the other El Clasico match is going to be in Camp Nou which is another good news for them. Xavi's main target must be to win the La Liga title this season undoubtedly. It is quite achievable for them considering their current level of effort.

Ronaldo's stepping on Camp Nou after a long time would be really meaningful for him indeed. But we don't even know if we will still see him as a part of Manchester United after January. He still doesn't have a good relationship with Erik ten Hag now as it seems. He finally found a chance in the starting eleven in a Premier League match last. But I don't want to keep my hopes up about its continuation. ten Hag is a really unpredictable manager. Maybe he will continue to make him wait in the subs mostly until the transfer window.

This would definitely cause him to leave at the first opportunity. Because he is already not comfortable with Manchester United's not being part of the Champions League. Having not much time in matches would just speed up the process of leaving for him.

Liverpool's being purchased by investors from Dubai could be really interesting. Actually they already have a very solid squad which is enough to be the champions in the English Premier League and Champions League both. They are just having an average season now that's all.

But after being purchased by very rich people just as it happened for teams like Manchester City, PSG etc., I wonder how their transfer policy will be next summer. Maybe the investors will wish to see some specific stars at Liverpool as well. They would have a huge transfer budget just as Newcastle have now that's for sure. I think Klopp would still continue to be a part of this team then.
1707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2022/23 | Group Stage on: November 08, 2022, 07:34:06 PM
It looks like it is the end of the road for Club Brugge and Frankfurt on paper. Because both of them have really tough matchups against Benfica and Napoli respectively.

Benfica had a very impressive group stage. I think that it was a huge achievement for them to finish the group ahead of PSG by not even losing to them for once. This is showing how much willing they are to be successful in the Champions League now. They lost Nunez to Liverpool while he was like a goal machine. But this still didn't affect them badly at all. They should be eliminating Club Brugge nicely as well.

We know how insane Napoli are this season. They are just incredible not only here but also in the Serie A. Not every team can keep two important tournaments balanced. But Napoli are good at it now. They finished a group with Liverpool and Ajax as the leader. Now they have got the most comfortable matchup compared to the other teams. Frankfurt don't have much experience here. Unless Napoli lose their focus Frankfurt isn't a big obstacle.
1708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 08, 2022, 07:14:27 PM
Osasuna are indeed not a powerless team now. They are too close to top 4 at the moment. Actually they started this strong in the previous season as well but they couldn't be very consistent later. I wonder if they will have the same scenario again. Anyway I don't fully believe in Barcelona to win this match even though bookmakers are favouring them too highly.

It is a fact that Barcelona aren't like Real Madrid in this kind of matches these days. While Real Madrid are continuing to lose points against weaker teams Barcelona are showing a consistent performance. Barcelona's last rendezvous here ended up with a 2-2 draw actually. Osasuna would be happy if they get a draw in this matchup as well. Maybe they are among the best home teams now but they lost to Getafe and Valencia here as well. This is a proof that Barcelona can do the same to them as long as Xavi chooses the right game plan. Maybe I might try my luck with both teams to score @1.81.
1709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: November 07, 2022, 05:00:52 PM
PSG must be feeling really comfortable in the lead by a point gap like this right now. Actually Lens are not too far from them as it is only 5 points. However the rest of the teams are at a distance of 10 points at least. Besides PSG have a big time period until their Champions League matches. I assume they would focus on opening the gap with Lens also as much as possible. They would like to finish the season in the Ligue 1 as early as possible to have their full focus on the Champions League.

Their opponent in last 16 round is Bayern Munich in the end. They need to fight with all they've got to be able to eliminate one of the strongest contenders of the title. Messi's condition is still doubtful as you know he has an achilles tendon injury. Not having a clear return date must be really worrying for PSG despite still having three months to go for the matches. Messi's absence would drop their chance of moving on too much for sure. But hopefully he will be back and we will enjoy a solid clash between these teams.
1710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: November 07, 2022, 04:41:46 PM
FaZe could have beaten Cloud9 and Bad News Eagles both actually. If they did and their record was 2-1 now then I'd find it totally normal. Because Vitality were the other opponent among their matchups and Vitality were one of the strongest teams recently. But first losing to Cloud9 by 14-16 and lastly losing to Bad News Eagles 2-1 in the series brought their end early. You shouldn't be eliminated this easy if you are the number one team in the rankings. I guess they won't stay at top anymore after Major ends.

NaVi are also making a big effort to move on in the tournament. They beat Bad News Eagles by 2-0 today with satisfying map scores. Their last opponent hasn't been decided yet. Vitality can also be one of the candidates in case they beat ENCE and maintain their chance. NaVi beat them before but this time they might need to be more careful. Because this time it is going to be BO3.
1711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: November 07, 2022, 04:21:47 PM
About the toughest draws like PSG - Bayern Munich and Liverpool - Real Madrid, I see Bayern Munich and Real Madrid as the closest sides to advance to quarter finals.

Bayern Munich have really surprised me so far with a huge performance in terms of scoring. After selling Lewandowski and not bringing anyone in his place I thought like they would struggle even in the group matches. But they just destroyed Barcelona and Inter both. This is a clear proof how disciplined and powerful team they are in this condition as well. PSG on the other hand are a little doubtful to me. Because they had a big difficulty against Benfica and both head-to-heads ended in draws. I think PSG will say goodbye to the Champions League early.

Liverpool have made a good improvement here these days. Maybe they are inconsistent in the league but the Champions League is the opposite for now. However I still don't see them more reliable than Real Madrid. Real Madrid are on track here and in the La Liga both. I think they are even stronger despite not relying on Benzema. I think they will find a way to eliminate Liverpool but it can be a close matchup indeed.

Only two more races to go and then Max can finally chill out with his trophy for the holidays.
Next track is in almost two weeks away on the nice backdrop of Brazil.

Then the final one is Abu Dhabi where there was controversy between Verstappen and Hamilton of who actually won the race.
Good there will be no drama giving anymore material for netflix this year. As the title has been settled.

Just maybe Ricciardo trying to show he still has that drive that made him a great driver.
Did you see how many places he went up from that roll up by Tsunoda on his car? He was on fire in the last 10 laps of the race.

Yeah there is no drama in the last race for the championship this time.  Grin  This is quite a boring season for Drive to Survive series that's for certain. However they can still focus on Ferrari's fall after a solid start to the season. At least it would be worth watching. Because their fall was really quick. I was thinking about them to be the favourite team for the championship. I even thought like this could have been Leclerc's season to make it to the title.

About Ricciardo, his effort in the last race was impressive indeed. He was voted for the driver of the day as well. Maybe his ambition is starting to be back I don't know. But it looks like he will wait for Hamilton to retire to take his place at Mercedes. This means that we won't see him racing actively in a season until then unfortunately.
1713  Local / Konu Dışı / Re: Şampiyonlar Ligi 2022/2023 on: November 04, 2022, 05:37:28 PM

1714  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: November 04, 2022, 05:09:56 PM
Liverpool have really started to seem like they are focused on the Champions League more than the Premier League now. Their recent results in both tournaments can be shown as a proof for that I guess. Liverpool just made a huge improvement in the group stage after that horrible loss by 4-1 against Napoli. They just won their remaining 5 matches straight. They were nearly even taking the lead from Napoli.

I see that bookies are showing them as the 4th biggest contender for the title. Their winning odd is 9.00 now. I bet that it was bigger after that Napoli loss but this is a big recovery. However I still can't be sure of their ambition now. We need to see their passion after the group stage no matter what team they face. They have a too small chance for the Premier League title this season so maybe they will focus on the Champions League title by giving their everything into it.
1715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 04, 2022, 04:55:14 PM
Chelsea should focus on improving their scoring performance in the Arsenal match. Because it seems like productivity is their main problem at the moment. For three weeks, the number of most goals scored in a match has been only one. Actually they showed big weaknesses in defense against Brighton also but it wasn't a general problem if we take a bigger time period into account.

They have brought Aubameyang to increase their productivity rate. However he isn't performing like his performance in his first matches. He didn't score any goal in the last 4 league matches he played. Actually he played for only 10 minutes in one of them but you get my point anyway. If he continues to play this much consistent he might not be permanent at the team I think. We might see him leaving next summer. I still believe that Chelsea need a more reliable striker to solve this issue.
1716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 04, 2022, 04:38:55 PM
We are entering the new match week by a Girona - Athletic Bilbao match tonight. The odds are pretty interesting for this match. There is still a big gap between their odds of course but Athletic Bilbao's is like 2.02. This is quite high for a team that have many more points than their opponent and much stronger at the same time.

I wonder if it is related to Athletic Bilbao's recent form. Because they won only once in their last five matches. They finally finished a bad series by a Villarreal win last week. Girona have some potential to be dangerous too though because they stole a point from Real Madrid in Santiago Bernabeu last week. As for the h2h matches, Girona defeated Athletic Bilbao only once. I'm just thinking of giving Athletic Bilbao a chance to win as their odd is quite favourable too.
1717  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 04, 2022, 04:19:46 PM
Arteta is about to be handed over a good amount of budget for the winter transfer window. It might not be as much as their budget in the previous transfer window but Arteta doesn't need that much money in January either. Because Arsenal already have a quite strong squad and the game plan works without much problem now.

Arteta would just like to bring someone to strengthen a position a little more and increase the alternatives at the same time. His target is to win the Premier League title this season in the end. While they are going this much great he wouldn't aim less than that as a result. Some right transfers might be more helpful for their title chase. They are still not the favourite while Manchester City are this strong though. But this is the closest season Arsenal might really make it.
1718  Local / Ekonomi / Re: 2022 Ekim Ayı Enflasyon Oranı on: November 03, 2022, 08:18:18 PM

Just look at the final look of Group F.   Grin

I even have no idea how things are calculated in a rare situation like this. One thing I know is that Lazio were a really big disappointment today. Actually it was a quite competitive match between them and Feyenoord. The statistics are also telling what I mean clearly. But Lazio just couldn't answer with a goal despite trying to do it. Of course I don't think that Lazio are very sad about the result as they are continuing in the Europa Conference League from now on. Their priority is the Serie A in the end. But it must be frustrating still to miss the chance like this.
1720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 03, 2022, 07:38:21 PM
I don't think that there is such option for Barcelona like not caring about the Europa League this season. They didn't care about it too much in the previous season because they weren't in need of a huge amount of money. But now they need to make money from every opportunity. Maybe the incomes aren't as big as the Champions League there but Barcelona had better fight for even the title to earn as much money as possible. They have made many signings by spending a lot of money.

Xavi can still focus on the La Liga title first. But he shouldn't just put the Europa League aside. They are technically one of the biggest contenders for the title. If they make a similar effort to the one in the La Liga then they can surely win the title also.
