BITCOIN did reach an all time high of 20k USD but I don't think it is the end quite yet. Maybe now there will start another bull run and we might see eventually a new floor of 20 USD for Bitcoin but it will take a hell of a lot of whales to move the market up to that point. I personally would love to see a new all time high of say 30k USD and then see it pull back to 20k and that I won't mind as long as other altcoins join in and grow at least on par with BITCOIN and not drop and drop because BTC becomes bullish again as that really annoys me lol.  |

I hope I can join the airdrop but need to wait for this evening. It's not too unreasonable to request the gas fee and I might donate the 0.01 eth so I can grab a few more. I like the idea of a green erc20 token and it might be one of those cool community coins that blows up over time. I don't mind giving it a go. I don't join all airdrop coins. I am quite choosy with airdrops but you just never know which one might be a corcker and a winner in the long run. It's always good to give things a try at least.

Seeing it grow every week before our eyes is very refreshing, compared to many projects that remain dead for months and years and are only being pumped by and large by themselves or pump and dump groups. COSS holders really believe in the project and token and with all the new improvements and trading promos, it is making the holders want to purchase more COSS and become bigger holders over time. I hope they will add an API soon with the fiat pairs, it will be big then in volumes.
I agree with this completely. Watching the developments happen is indeed very refreshing and an enjoyable part of holding onto my COSS tokens. I've been very pleased with the developments so far and have faith the COSS team will do a good job in the end. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR TO OUR FELLOW COSSERS. I am glad that with the BTC price surge, COSS also rising slowly and steadily. I actually also prefer the organic rise of COSS price so we can still accumulate at these prices. I agree with many peep's sentiment here that any COSS bought under the one dollar range is a great bargain to be had. I am trying hard to buy up a few more before it really moons to a new floor and the volume in the exchange explodes at some point, because I feel by the end of 2018 it will.  |

DESPITE it was a bit crappy this month due to valentine's day. I will add a little of my personal income to the pot to do this month's bagbonus. I still need to add more coins to asset sheet, I will do that over the next 2 days. I will be out taking my dad to the main hospital in the big city so I will do the payouts on the 16th because I need to send money to buy BURST etc. HAPPY VALENTINE'S from us here at QBK. This was a humongous ICO that was advertised everywhere but I am looking now for more information on it here but can't find the ANN thread. Does anyone have the proper link for CRYPTERUM ANN THREAD as I need to follow the information trail. I saw that it is being traded own a few decentralized exchanges but need to know more of what's happening around the project right now as I hold a few hundred of it. The volume is quite good too for a start coin.

There are many ifs and buts and maybes and what ifs involved in anything crypto related. We all invest with our eyes open as much as possible and only time will tell how things will evolve and how the Populous platform will succeed. I want all crypto projects that benefit everyone involved to flourish and grow and bear fruits and even though I like Debitum and also own some PPT, I still like Populous a lot because it was a pioneer in this area of fintech and we must give PPT credit where is due.

I was in the telegram chat yesterday and they said that the ncash on Etherdelta is a fake contract so don't get scammed from buying them on ED. I I don't think the actual token is available for trading but you better to check for yourself on their telegram chat as they seem to be more active on that channel of communication. I am wondering also when is the ICO due to end, anyone here know by any chance? I better to to telegram and ask I guess lol. |

We are all going to leave this world, that is the ONLY certainty and truth to our lives so we all need to make wills accordingly and have all our logins to all our wallets and private keys handy so that one of our loved ones can collect whatever we own and accordingly share the monies out. It will be a shame for us to work so hard and die and then no one benefit from our hard work. I don't have much but I would want my Hubby and Son to benefit from my hard work if anything happens to me.

I went to check the price on my portfolio today and see it has dumped 30% over the last 24 hours. Any reason for the massive dump in price? I am surprised as this looks like a pretty rock solid project and am holding them for the long term. I am thinking with this dump to add more to my stash but am just wondering why a huge dip all of a sudden? I won't be using HITBTC as an exchange anymore either. Their deposit and withdrawal fees are ludicrous to say the least.

I used to use macd and bollinger bands but now in crypto it's really hard to use indicators as the markets are more open and prone to mass manipulation by pumpers and dumpers and the big whale private groups where whales dictate daily how to move the markets and create and generate FUD and HYPE on twitter and other social media outlets including of course the mainstream media which is also at their disposal. I have given up using the charts to be quite honest and just invest n projects I believe might have some up side.

I put ti down to market manipulation by the big wigs in power. You see just before the great rise when Bitcoin reached it's all time high, all the media outlets and big so called coin gurus were all saying Bitcoin will hit 50-100k by the end of 2018 and what they did was create such a big hype and as soon as the noobs started all coming into Bitcoin and buying they all started the FUC campaign and dumped on all the noobs, parking all their Bitcoin and altcoins into USD AND TETHER, making all the panic sellers lose a ton of money and this is how whales become phatter whales, end of story.

I have a niece in the U.K that wants to start doing crypto jobs as well as she is having a hard time finding a decent job. She is only 18 years old but I think airdrops might be a nice way for her to get introduced in Crypto as she builds her way up in the forum, although now it is going to be much harder for newbies to get up the ranks with the new merit system but still, it will be good for her to start somewhere and she can work her way up the ladder as she is young.

The biggest problem we face at the moment is that we don't have enough educated and long term investors in crypto at the moment and also there is the issue of changing Crypto to Fiat, which has been made even more difficult now by the credit card companies and banks. Once we have a universal wallet and ease of exchange crypto to fiat, then we might see more mass adoption. At the moment we have too many get rich quick speculators that have come from the traditional internet marketing schemes on the net. All those peeps that were doing mlms, cyclers and revshares, before are suddenly becoming trading experts and now just shove their btconrekt type ref links all over Facebook lol. When I used to tell them about Bitcoin and crypto they used to laugh at me. |

Um, I said it was the easiest scam. I probably should have said "one of the easiest" because I'm sure there are easier scams, but the ICO scam is pretty simple... setup a website conduct an ICO, get people to send crypto in.
Bitconnect was NOT easy but it made a lot more than an ICO. After all, they not only had an ICO, they followed through with developing a ponzi platform, marketing, promotions, etc. and ran it for over a year.
You're going to lose the argument all day long that an ICO scam like Facecoin is easier to pull off than a ponzi scam like Bitconnect, the level of effort cannot be compared.
Whether a scam is short-term or long-term depends on whether the founder wants to make the scheme last. If they don't want to make it last, they will put least effort into it and then scheme will be quick to go. Bitconnect founder wants to make the scheme last as long as possible. Populous founders (Adeyemi and Jahigrant) wants to scheme to last as long as the 1 year lockup period. Having the intention to hype the price up is an obvious dead giveaway. Don't tell me that's not even obvious to you. Update: By right, you should ask yourself why Populous is not a scam despite the conviction, the hypes, etc. Steve isn't even consistent in his statements in regard to his past conviction. How can you even say such a person is trustworthy? How can you even say such untrustworthy person is credible enough to manage a project that you are invested into? If my argument doesn't make sense, then your argument is even more so. Just being totally impartial here and talking as a spectator now in this thread. If, by good chance, POPULOUS succeeds in becoming a ground breaking Fintech hub and proves profitable in the long term and is churning out it's services and invoice buyers and sellers are happily doing their business. How will you react and would you be actually happy that it succeeds and would you eventually invest in this kind of project if it was feasible and profitable? I am just curious if you would have a change of heart and admit it if you made a mistake? I would certainly admit I made an investment mistake if any business I was in flopped at all, I wouldn't be sad, but in the end I always like to admit if I make a mistake, it's part of being human. |
