thank you  very much Xapo...i couldnt pay my lunch with your shitty card and its not the first time. Please go away from bitcoin community, because its the worst advertisment for bitcoin ever.

In another words: DO NOT USE XAPO DEBIT CARD!

maybe your account balance wasnt sufficient to cover your purchase? you provide very little info in your post about the issue, but im just gong to guess its an account you created to troll and try to spread FUD on xapo.

isnt entertainment wrestling rigged and couldnt owners make money from the bets as they would know the outcome of the matches?

not exactly, but I would lean towards saying that the matches and trash talk are more or less staged. doesn't make for good betting if you ask me.
1703  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: online sellers on: July 21, 2015, 10:28:49 AM
usually i prefer if they go first, if you have a certain position with good different type of trust(having many trust from the same member is seen as abuse for me) from different member, you can ask for that

it's always worked for me
Not all of the users have good reputation and the counter party is willing to go first!

its not wise to always be willing to go first without escrow; people have scammed on this forum for less than a dollar before, and every time escrow circumvented in the trading process, the temptation of a scam always comes up. its better to think of traders as a ticking time bomb, just look at what happened with maidak.
1704  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cost of Bitcointalk Accounts. on: July 21, 2015, 10:22:01 AM
how about my acc Iam jr.member but i use avatar  Roll Eyes

any 1 interesting to buy at price 1BTC  Cheesy

you are overestimating the cost of an account, your can not go for more than 0.034, with good trust and quality post you can rise a junior even above 0.1

It just takes 4 weeks more to become a Member, and no offense, but even you over-estimated the cost of a Jr. Member, that's the cost of a Member's account...
I have never seen a Jr. Member account sold at the rate you mentioned...

i said no more, not at that rate, if a junior member with 34 activity has a good post quality can already be sold for that, bears in mind that with junior you can roi in 1.5 months at 0.034 so it's not a bad amount

not to mention that during those 1.5 months, you will be gaining activity to put yourself at a member status, and from there you can start earning even more with the signature campaigns.

found an new faucet, 1000 satoshi for every 5 mins. Shocked
http://leaky.website/

LOL, sooner or later the faucet will collapse Cheesy
Ever take a WD? The site is seems strange, i used adblock and when i try to disable for that site, my adblock show this site is like this: wyciwyg://4/http://leaky.website/ Huh

it depends on how much traffic they get with ad revenue too, if they generate enough traffic per visit/claim to be able to afford 1000 satoshi per claim there shouldnt be a problem with it.

Ad's are a big part of faucets.   The more adds the more they make off of traffic.

To have a successful faucet you need these adds.  I still suggest doing other things such as signature campaigns over faucets.

And other things to, for me it's Mining.

theres little defense for faucets honestly; i know that 1000 satoshi per 5 minutes is a "high" rate for a faucet, but compare that to 1 post that i make on my signature campaign for 0.0013 BTC, thats 130 times more btc for a single post. that translates to over 10 hours of claiming on that faucet, nonstop, to get the same amount. its just notnworth the time and effort (to entering captchas).

Guys?
any free game where to get bitcoin???
yup, you can download coin flapper from playstore and win upto 600 satoshi per tournament and there is a limit of 200 games per day.

nothings really free lol.

think of how much time you have to spend on that game to get a decent balance like similar to a faucet. if theres other methods id stick with posting lol.

you can earn more with counterstrike(which isn't free, but you can wait for a sale on steam) than any faucets, i calculated that you can do 0.01+ in 4 hours only

is that CS:GO? can you pls give more details on how to earn with just playing that game? i would like to try but i dont want to spend money yet so im looking for more details on how to earn

from the sound of it you would be playing on their specific servers, and i hear they have a twitch channel where you can live bet on games played on their stream.
1708  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUYING AN ACCOUNT on: July 21, 2015, 03:58:52 AM
But what happen if the seller take back his account by proving the ownership of old address after sell the account to someone? Is it still possible right?

Please respond, I'm curious about this one.

No need to worry if the buyer have signed message from the seller when buying accounts, that would serve as proof of account transfer and he cant claim it back

Well when you buy an account you ask the seller to sign a message that that account is sold to you, and you must keep this message for future, so you are protected. - my opinion

its not just your opinion, i agree with it as well. by stating in the signed message that the account will be sold to you, the seller can no longer claim the account back as theirs using a signed message.

Quick question about signed messages: Now, from what I understand, for a signed message to be valid, it must have been fron an address associated to the account from a post or something at some point. If a person were to purchase an account, and then decide to resell it for whatever reason, how could he legitimately prove ownership without having access to an address that has been associated with the account for an extended period of time?

The buyer can't proof that he is the legitimate buyer except he got a signature from seller that says that the previous owner sold the account to him. The new owner should have posted a bitcoin address so that he can proof, with another signature, that he held the account since then.

When selling an account then the message should contain the date of sale, the account to be sold and the buyer who bought it.

I agree with you, a date should be included in the signed message, i dont know if we can verify when has been signed the message can we?

if a date is included in the signed message, that should be sufficient proof the message was signed on that day if the message can be verified as valid; the signature for the message wouldnt be valid if any part of the message or signature were to be changed.

http://bitplay.today/

check this site, there are 2 games that offer bitcoins just for playing games this could be a good way of wasting some of your free time to earn bitcoins. Coin Flapper and Coin Crusher Smiley

which ones is better for the game wise?

cause i know this is going to be a time consuming thing lol. is coin crusher more fun?

ive tried them both out, and personally i like the flappy bird one better, mostly because i think this flappy bird is easier than the original game; its quite easy to score high. the last time i tried out coin crusher, their graphics could have been substantially better, but i just didnt like that candy crusher type of game.

1711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 6 blocks in 4 minutes on: July 21, 2015, 03:16:33 AM
its not that surprising, maybe uncommon for it to occur, but that's the extent of it. miners pretty much guess the hashes that will solve the blocks, and it seems the miners just got lucky in guessing during this hour, nothing more, nothing less. ive seen blocks get confirmed within a minute of each other too, its not something to get that excited over.
1712  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Double Spend on Pocket Dice on: July 21, 2015, 02:06:51 AM
How did he double spend? Your system is vulnerable?

Post this on the scam accusations section with your evidence.

my guess is that he sent a 0 fee deposit to pocket dice then broadcast a second transaction with a fee to get the network to forget about the first transaction.

1st question, why do you accept double spend transactions? Secondly, could you provide the txid's of the transactions in question, and other evidence to link that profile to the person you are claiming scammed you?

question is, why do they accept 0 fee deposits? accepting them is ok, but they should wait for 1 confirmation in the case the deposit transaction has no fee as those are vulnerable to double spending. other than that, we do need proof the account on your site that initiated this double spend is indeed yakuza699, 71+ BTC is not a small amount.
1713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [TUTORIAL] How to Earn 1 Bitcoin in a Week on: July 21, 2015, 01:12:47 AM
I seriously doubt how successful this method actually is, but nonetheless it is an interesting idea and I threw in a few mBTCs into different altcoins that appeared to have a lot of trading. Hopefully I can make a bit of a profit, if just one coin does well within the next few days!

It is a gamble.   OP did show he had made some profit from it.   But no where near 1 BTC per week.

The subject is misleading.  It should say POSSIBLY make .1 BTC per week from his methods.   The making 1 from I believe .005 BTC in one week is very very lucky.

given that its possible to make .1 btc from constantly trading new altcoins, it should be more than possible to make 1 btc a week simply by investing more. however, the issue is that this method is unreliable, as there is no guarantee that a coin will rise in price and that someone will buy your coins off the exchange when the price is high.
1714  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Real World Scenario - Question on: July 21, 2015, 12:00:57 AM
You can use a Trezor, or a Bluetooth/NFC enabled cold wallet. Trezor can be setup with Android phones via an OTG cable, and there were/are some wallets being released and some in planning phase that can sign transactions and hold funds via wireless, without keys getting out of the device...

you could have a bluetooth enabled wallet and have it contain a signed transaction (unbroadcast) that would a certain amount of emergency funds that would be sent to your phone's wallet when the transaction is broadcast. correct me if my logic here is wrong, but i think that could work.
1715  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: -TraderCal11's Exchange-PayPal~Gift Cards~Venmo~Square Invoice *Loyalty Program* on: July 20, 2015, 11:32:25 PM
Guarantee I can tell you what happened here.

OP set up a circle ring payment system. He bought $500 paypal my cash cards for $275-$325 in BTC and then bought BTC using those funds. When paypal saw his loading pattern they immediately froze his account. Paypal often will reverse payments made from funds of paypal my cash if they suspect something.

When I was loading PPMC they froze my account and put all payments made using that last $500 on hold and reversed them. Even though I said it's their money.

Have fun with that one OP you obviously don't have a business account with em so you're probably fucked.

It's likely the OP never tried charging back as he claims and that paypal reversed the payments on their own. But who knows really.

Nah, I never loaded a PPMC to my account.

are you absolutely sure about that?

What the hell is this? Have I done anything to any of you?

Do you make a scam accusation for everyone who buys and sells accounts? I don't even buy or sell forum accounts, just LBC.

The reason I deleted part of my post was because LBC watches the forums, and freezes accounts if they are bought.

For the record, I buy and sell primarily LBC accounts. I have NEVER bought an ebay account and have bought only one PayPal account for the purpose of loading PayPal My Cash. I have bought two forum accounts in my lifetime, because I was going to use them for sig campaigns, but I haven't even logged into them in weeks.
I also find it very amusing that you are creating a scam accusation for someone owning more than one account, Quickseller.
Screw you
1716  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DONT BE SCAMMED BY A LENDER THIS WAY on: July 20, 2015, 11:05:12 PM
as you can see here he is now making false conversations that never happened  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1128844.msg11923904#msg11923904

are you seriously trying to say you never sent me those pms? im fairly sure a moderator has access to see those pms, would you like to defend your statement to see if a staff member or moderator would like to confirm that fact? i usually dont delete pm's unless they contain sensitive information, so theyre still sitting there in my inbox in all of their all caps glory.

People have scammed for less then a dollar on here. If you want to do what is morally right then you should pay him what you agreed to pay him and apologize for being late. I will stick to my word of removing my negative trust if you do (I also believe others will follow) however your trust is not what you should be primarily worried about now. You should make the situation right.
I have asked him what exactly do i owe him now to try and resolve the problem because now i have no clue considering all the other people that are claiming i owe them or defaulted on a loan with them,  i think you are one of them too but i would have to check. i also want it all in public so other people can see what to expect  . as you can see another person is saying i defaulted on a loan  that happened today.  . the thing is they own a lot off accounts with high status so they can write whatever they want

you didnt ask me anything in anything resembling a polite, conversational way. the only two pms that you sent after your ban was lifted are displayed in public view. and no, the people on DT dont leave feedback whenever they want for whatever reason they want, theyre on DT for a reason and they can be taken off if they start abusing the system.

if you look at the dates on the blockchain  the 12th and the day he added the negative feedback  and the interest i was on 15th the full 3 days was not even up, Substrata ,you can laugh and pretend its funny but in your stomach i know it feels like a rollercoaster because i've called you out. if not then why so much -8  i mean it's 50 cents .  so let me ask you how much is it going to cost me know to get rid of your -8 you have put on my profile and no we are talking about this in public so dont ask again

You won't get it away after this. You've got default -ve from multiple users so it will be hard to get it away even if you repay it. Hope it will go well for you and for your lender.
so even if i payed this guy all his buddies that wrote i defaulted on a loan with them will stay is what your saying???  i wonder if they expected me to pay them to take off there comments as well

what makes you think theyre my buddies? i dont even communicate with these guys through pm without a reason, and theyre leaving negative feedback on your profile as to warn people of what you did. also, negative feedback was left for you because an unnamed individual contacted me through pm and asked me if you had defaulted on your loan, and took it upon themselves to contact Tomatocage to have -ve feedback left on your profile.

Quote
did goldkey defaulted on the loan? I requested neg rep from TC to avoid future dealing with that user

I Lost 1 Btc Than Lost 1 btc again And i tried last risk and won over 40 btc used bet on sports cricket bangladesh vs south africa the odd was 5.71 and 3.64 for 2nd match gets 8.6 odds on most sixes draw won recently on sl vs pak match it was tie on sixes now bets quit low volume. it was horrible when i was loosing my mood was totally off and sports is the only way to bet wisely

You are addicted, aren't you? Everybody would stop after 1 BTC loss. BUT! Good job dude!

i wouldnt call it addiction, maybe he has the capital and financial security to have the room to be able to gamble like that and does it for fun. i think people take the term "gambling addiction" in this section too lightly; a person is addicted to gambling when it becomes the central focus of their life, and will go to great lengths to continue gambling even if they are in debt.
1718  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Legit (cloud)mining sites? on: July 20, 2015, 04:32:48 PM
there's two legitimate cloud mining operations ive heard of: bit-x and hashnest. bit-x's hashing power is provided by bitfury, and pays out dividends daily. however, bit-x is primarily an exchange, so youll need to know how to navigate your way around an exchange if you want to purchase GHs. Hashnest on the other hand, is a cloud mining service, and its hardware is provided by bitmain.
1719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are? When will you stop and withdrawn? on: July 20, 2015, 04:08:13 PM
I'm a greedy person since I saw some people can win big but Why I can't ?
So I try to do exactly just like he did. The result is not same just like he did. Instead it keep me lossing more and more.

fact remains that those big winners are one in thousands if not tens of thousands; in bitcoin gambling especially, with the house edge in play, the odds are always against you, and you cannot change that. this of course, only applies to games vs the house, and does not apply to pvp games such as poker. the longer you gamble, the more likely it is you are to lose, and that's why everyone keeps saying this almost redundant piece of advice: if youre ahead, cash out.
