Here's the funny part: The person who did the scamming AND the auditor/liquidator (above) are members of this forum, and to this day nary a cent's been returned. But don't worry, what are the chance that either one of them are even loosely connected to LiquidBits?  Roll Eyes

None.  Period.  You seem very intent on continuing this attack on Liquidbits.  Really what gives?  have you read the transcripts?  Read how Liquidbits files the first Temporary Restraining Order and their legal procedure against Hashfast retaining a top lawfirm (Bingham).  Your allusions are baseless and logic absurd.  Worse.  They ARE USELESS.  MOVE ON.  Liquidbits is now only a creditor --- and yes contrarily to what you ALSO tried to insinuate, they did pay in full the millions sent to hashfast and claimed.  SO why don't we stop with them and focus on the real issues: What is now going on?  What is the Creditor's committee doing?  They MUST be in touch with the CRO.  So why no news now?  The CRO has been on the job for 2 weeks now?  What's the proposed course of action?

Including the part where Gregory Bachrach has been LiquidBits' CEO from the get-go/2011?

http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/ConvertTiffToPDF?storagePath=COR%5C2011%5C0930%5C12425393.Tif&documentNumber=P11000084688

http://www.scribd.com/doc/225704506/Bachrach-Declaration-Liquidbits-v-HashFast

Again, I ask how the fuck is it possible for Gregory Bachrach to claim that he is/was the CEO of LiquibBits since its foundation, but there's not a single piece of shit paper depicting such with the exception of his words directed toward a Judge?

Until I get an answer, I will beat this fuckin' dead horse to death.

Y i agree your location is the most important factor for the price and whether u are even able to get the chemicals u need  Wink

Chemistry is a lot of fun. Biochemistry is a bit more applied, and therefore less pure.

Chemistry is the most pure you can get and remain hands on (fuck you physics).

Ha! You're awesome, and you obviously know the rivalry between physics and chemistry. Physics majors are akin to the philosophy majors--almost totally useless.

Biochemistry is fucking boring as shit, all that pipeting will just give you hand pain and a numb brain--I hated it. I specialized in analytical, taught myself microbiology and ended up being a process scientist for a while. I'm now trying to educate myself how to teach children, because we have a 3-yr old...chemistry is almost out the window, but she has read some of my chemistry books, and I'm trying to figure out how to teach it to her safely.

--Amy (not Kluge, don't blame him for what I say even though he gave me the link to this thread.)

I, too, wasn't fond of Chemistry, but aced it nonetheless due to the love of working with numbers/equations. Physics was much easier, acing that as well. Six years of math in high school, and I only missed one question, that being on the last test prior to graduation due to me opting to race through it sans checking any of my work to be the first to put the test on the teacher's desk, finally beating Cliff by ~30 seconds. When I got the test back the next day and saw that I missed one, I was shocked, but just by looking at the problem, then the answer, I immediately realized where and how I erred. I'm probably one of the few here that got a perfect 800 on the math section of the SAT. Note to self: Dig up my 1978 SAT scores.

I only wish I would have paid better attention in English class, but I guess it's good enough to attend Penn State like Joshua Zipkin did.

Never heard of that website before...

In August of 1988, two college juniors named Tim Keck and Christopher Johnson founded a satirical newspaper. They called their creation The Onion, published it for about a year, then sold it for $16,000 — likely never dreaming that it would grow into one of the comedy world’s most venerable institutions.

25 years later, the paper has become a national juggernaut — one that shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
I recall reading it at Der Rathskellar over a pint and the local R&B styling. Madison, Wisconsin was a fun city back then. I wonder why they moved to NYC?

Because theymos moved to Madison.

OP is trolling us  Grin

Seriously, I see a cat. Its right ear is highly pronounced with it left ear somewhat limp. Look at the center and work your way out. From the center, toward the left (NW) is the cat's right ear.

Most these names are related to HashFast of which they want to pay themselves first. Hell, I'm beginning to believe that LiquidBits didn't give a dime to HashFast, and only made a bogus claim on paper. Greg Bachrach is not listed as LiquidBits since its founding or even now, yet there he is front and center with his hand out.

LiquidBits did intact put $6M into HF.  Who cares.  All this posting about who is legally owned by who just shows how ignorant everyone is as it all doesn't matter.  What the HECK is going on now that the all mighty CRO on behalf of the creditors committee is in place?  Nobody at HF answers the phone, no news updates, no nothing.  Typical stall and pay legal bills to screw the creditors further?!  We are doomed.

+1 I just want to know when we are going to get some money back and how much??? What % of the original purchase price, because that is what it will boil down to, meanwhile I continue to receive mail about this lawyer representing the committee and that lawyer filing a motion for this that and the other!!! It's all so damn confusing and appears to me that everyone who can earn a fee off the back of us unfortunate creditors is doing so.... The longer this stalls the more $$$ they make. It's just one scam after another even the legal system can't be trusted to act in an appropriate manner to protect our best interests, we are all doomed!! And lucky to receive a penny! I just want things to start moving faster and I deserve answers!

It could be worse! There's this group of people that have yet to receive a dime from their scam investment: http://www.offshorealert.com/forums.aspx?g=posts&t=37064

The REAL question is just WHOSE capital is the auditor using?

An auditor who "somehow" missed a lot of assets, or did he?

Having the auditor as the liquidator was another real smart business move, don't you think?

When you can't take it any longer getting fucked deeper up the ass, kindly ask those doing the fucking to please stop. If you're lucky, they may comply, otherwise take it like a man and say, "Thank you! May we order another one?"

I've banned quite a few, they just reregister, pay their little fee to bypass the ip ban, and come right back. In theory it works because it increases, but that's dependent on being banned repeatedly, and I got better shit to do than ban the same guy for the same stuff over and over. Particularly when there's hundreds more just like him.
Maybe if we had an army of bears... or dogs Wink

17072  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: August 28, 2014, 08:03:41 PM
Hi,

I'm mike. I don't use forums. I googled bitcoin miners and found this forum section. I read through this thread and I just wanted everyone to know that I just purchased 1 of AMT's BEAM2U miners.

There are two reasons why I'm posting this. I get an additional 5% off at time of purchase and I'll get another 5% back when it arrives and I upload a video here. That is my motivation for posting here. I spoke to a very nice rep over the phone. I left a message and she called me back with an hour yesterday.

Here is my take on the situation.  AMT is a company that seemed to screw up like every other company in the history of bitcoin mining. AMT has had a world of bullshit thrown at them or that's what I gather from all this, and then they shipped miners to people and then clients were not happy? Or they shipped late without power supplies?  And the CEO is Jewish or something? What does that matter?  Or well there is just to much to go through and I don't have the time.  If you look at every company on this market is seems like they all had problems and now, they are all shipping.

Maybe I wont ROI from this miner, or maybe I will, who knows. But its just fun and It fits into my rack at the office. I don't care about a company's past, I care about what a company can do for me now and that's it. No offense, what happened to you guys sucks. But if they have stock and they are selling cheap and delivering fast, that's all that matters.

I'll post the video when I get my miner. She said it should be here on Wednesday.

Assuming your account is true, would you be so kind as to point out to us Schmucks which hour accompanied AMT's friendly Jewish rep when she returned your call?

Also, sans divulging too much info, would you give me somewhat of an idea as to want entity would hire your ass for an office job? The reason I'm asking is because I have a niece who just graduated from Penn State looking for a job, and where you work seems to fit her to a tee with what she majored in. Here's a pic of what my niece looks like, albeit iTS not her.

That all said, I'm kinda having trouble believing that you, who doesn't have the time, took the time to read THIS entire thread - none other - then through your infinite wisdom opted to order from one of Bitcoin's biggest snakes.

Although I doubt others will use it, recently I coined a word for the likes of your kind - Nigger-JEW. May I suggest taking your vacation now before your precious ROIer arrives? You're going to need all the rest now to prepare for later when the Beastly Boy arrives.

17074  Other / Off-topic / Re: So when we going to be classed as an "extremist forum"? on: August 28, 2014, 04:37:50 PM
We've already had instances of guns-for-hire payable via bitcoins, and recently a Bulgarian off his Jewish rocker is on record in going to kill 6 people and their dog. Can't think of anything more extreme than that. Dude is in so much trouble with PETA now.

"On the first 6 charges of murder, time served."
"On the charge of setting fire to a dog, life without parole."

<later that night>

"What you in for?"
"Killed 6 people with time served, but here for life for killing a dog."
"You're one sick dude! Pull down your pants - AGAIN!"
"Mommy!"
"Louder!"
"MOMMY!"

Some additional evidence in the matter.

I'm pretty sure Joshua Zipkin meant "I'm a China man's licky."

What's telling is that Josh Zipkin knows his name is trash as far as starting anything anew on the internet whether it'd be Bitcoin-based or not. I guess that's what one deserves after attending Penn State to earn their venerable 7-year business degree all the while giving oneself daily Red Bull enemas to stay alert during the 10 X 30 = □ classes and the like.

Looks like I accidentally nailed this one: https://www.coinpursuit.com/crypto-currency/advanced-mining-technology-amt.119/

There is some forum speculation that Lipkin may also be operating out of Bulgaria.

It's just nice to show the man you can't go around screwing with people without consequences. Even if out day in court never comes, maybe josh will hunker down in china and find a new wife, he'll at least have found that people aren't just going to let him bully them without speaking out. I mean, I can't assume he'll do business in this industry in america ever again. Not with out a legion of people warning others of the past anyway.

Nah, I'm happy to shoulder the burden with you guys. It hopefully puts the other companies on warning. Fuck with the wrong group of people and you're gonna have a bad time.

I'd love to see this case be the case that puts some precedent behind practices in the crypto space. It would feel like an accomplishment even if we don't get any monetary compensation. I'm tired of seeing the companies just stomp all over us. Most business sectors are so entrenched in the every day workings of the world that to take them on seems hopeless to make a change. This is a young enough industry that with enough force we can perhaps change the flow of the stream.

Hence my crusades over the past couple years, never asking nor taking a satoshi for my efforts. In spite of the myriad missteps, I've uncovered more shit on entities like AMT, BFL, Black Arrow, Matt Carson, HashFast, etc., than all others, including all cryptocurrency-based media outlets, combined. Hell, even Brock Pierce is on record in stating that he's never met another person with such prowess (paraphrased), assuming he meant it oppose to just patronizing me.
17080  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: August 28, 2014, 03:07:15 PM
Well I'm pleased to announce that I was directly involved in getting the media, cryptocoin news, to take a look at the chats and propose there was a story that needed to be told to a wider audience than just the forum. Now they've got the Chinese looking at my Joe Snuffy google account. To bad I don't have my personal chats posted there, where he mentions hating working with the Chinese.

But it was more like:

[6/30/2014 3:19:26 PM] Joshua: curt
[6/30/2014 3:20:01 PM] Joshua: i know your pissed dude, im trying to get these thing out, im sitting here in fucking  ridiculously hot shenzhen argueing with these yellow bastards daily

Also, Dude, yellow bastards is not the preferred nomenclature.

I actually gave coin desk a one day head start, but they didn't pick up the ball and run with it. I'd like to see them do something with it now that it's gaining traction internationally.

Them Yellow Bastards deserve it after they called the honorable I'm-not-a-Racist Joshua Zipkin a Big Fat American since they couldn't translate Jewish Bulgarian Freemason Gimp.  Roll Eyes
